Great locally owned business with competitive pricing. The lobby is a little less "flashy" than some of the chain tire shops, but don't let that deter you.The personal service and great prices are second to none. I managed to get in on the same day for a replacement of a broken valve stem with sensor.Before you go somewhere else, give Z&Z a call to see if they can meet your needs.

It is so nice to work with a local tire shop. Gary is a straight shooter and takes good care of his customers. I know when he recommends some thing it s because it s the right thing to do, not because it s part of an upsell script. Highly recommend.

Gary and his crew are great! The service is top notch and the prices are very reasonable. I go to them to change my tires over for the snow/summer or purchase new tires at great prices. They only do tires, so they are really efficient. I highly recommend Z&Z Tire for your tire needs.

Stopped here for air... The guy told me I'm not touching that and close the door on me. Did not attempt to sell me tires or anything. The rudest service I have ever had would never recommend anyone stopping here for any service whatsoever!

I have bought many sets of tires from Gary at Z & Z Tire over the last ten years, ever since I was introduced to his shop. Two sets this week!We've gotten All Seasons and Snow Tires for my cars, my wife's car, kids' cars. I'm always happy to refer friends to Z & Z. As someone mentioned, it's not flashy, but if all you care about is getting great tires at the best pricing with great service - this is the place!Gary's not the chattiest guy sometimes, but he's got a big heart! :-) Highly recommend.

Most honest tires guys in the Grand Rapids area. Good tires for a good price. They dont have the big overhead cost like the big box tire shops.

I walked in off the street needing a tire plugged. They helped me on the spot; in and out in 10 minutes. Very fast and very friendly. I'll definitely return to them next time I need new tires.

Friendly service without the wait. The guys had my tires and TPMS sensors replaced in about half the time I expected it to take. In and out. And still cheaper than the bigger guys.

The best place for tires with a personal touch. Ask for the Sumitomo Touring tires. They work great in the snow and rain.
