I had a tire that was going flat every couple hours. Called a bunch of places before calling Westside Service and I wish that would of been my first call. He got me in 15 minutes from the time I called and very reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very friendly, I had a drill bit stuck in my tire and needed a repair ASAP. Even though it was close to closing. They did the work and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend them.

We came in with a flat tire an hour before closing. In less than 10 minutes we had a patch and the tire was back on the car for less than $30, and all with really friendly service! Would absolutely recommend.

My tire was going flat after a long trip and Westside Service took me as a walk in and got straight to work. They weren t able to pull me in the shop because their gas tanks were being filled and the truck blocked the garage doors. That didn t stop them. They jacked my car up in the parking space, found the problem and had me back on the road in little to no time. Amazing service. Thank you, Todd. Highly recommended!

Always a fair experience when we bring our cars there for service. Prices are fair and they are very upfront on what needs to be done and what you should do in the future. Also never any sales pressure

Best local gas station in all of Grand Rapids. They even have two full service gas pumps! The last of their kind in town. Everyone is super nice and very helpful with any car questions you may have. They have fixed quite a few problems on my car. While fixing them, Mary (the owner) made sure to stay in contact with me through the whole process, explained everything they were going to fix, and if they ran across another issue always made sure to explain what it was, how much it would cost to fix, and never overcharge. Everything is always very smooth and they always have your car ready when they say they will. I love this place!

Westside Service did a fantastic job when I needed new break pads and rotors. They were able to get me in for an appointment and complete the repairs the same day. Prices are very reasonable as well! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend them for any car repair needs!

Our company brings all of our work vehicles here for maintenance and gas. They do a fantastic job. The owner, Mary, is very fun, friendly, and easy to talk to. Anyone leaving a bad review I doubt has taken the chance to know the business or the great people working here.

Family owned and great people. Love the community feel. If I am correct, they are one of a very few, If not the ONLY full-service family owned gas station. Support your locally owned business.

Dave and Mary were very helpful! I came in needing all four brakes replaced, as well as an oil change and a bulb replacement. When I told them my schedule was jam packed, they squeezed me in the same day! They were both so pleasant, and my car is all fixed up. Highly recommend!

Great business, been going there for 20 years and always treated fairly. The earmark of a great auto shop is at least some of the time having your estimate be lower than what you expect and Westside service consistently is. I was visiting town from Lansing and my car died. My car was towed to them by mistake and I needed it fixed right away (new alternator). They did not have any openings for me and said that they might be able to get it done the next day if I was willing to leave it. I explained that I couldn't as I needed to get home and had nowhere to go, so while I was arranging to have it towed elsewhere, they came out and said they'd do it right away. I was blown away by their service and could not recommend them more.

Wonderful service and Mary goes the extra mile to help you figure out what your car really needs. Went to one place and then I also went to Mary's for second input and found out that my car did not have this part on it and the other place wanted to charge me for taking care of it. Mary/Guys have always done excellant work/service.Place to go for supporting local people. Judy Grand Rapids,MI

We got a flat on Halloween night and my Mother in law, on her way to rescue us, also got a flat. They were the only place willing/open late enough to help. The mechanic was SO nice; he fixed one tire, replaced the other and got us going again within a matter of minutes!!!!Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome service. Dropped our Nissan Murano off at 2:30 on a Wednesday for some AC repair and to get a rattle fixed. Our appointment was for Thursday AM. They called by 4:30 Wednesday afternoon and had the part and said we could pick it up that evening. Fixed everything we needed. The prices we're very fair and everyone we interacted with was polite and friendly. Westside came highly recommended by some co-workers, and now they are highly recommended by me.

I just moved to the westside about 2 years ago and I brought my truck there for a simple oil change. Was getting a little bit of ticking from my motor in the mornings and wanted some lucas oil to help with that. The guy recommended I buy it on my own and add it because its alot cheaper then what they charge. I thought great, very helpful. Until I went and bought it and went to add it. Read the directions and it said to replace one quart of oil with one quart of lucas oil. That was my first experience. Then with my wife's car they quoted me one price and tried to charge me a higher price. First time when I had them install some winter tires and the second time when they told me they would swap the summer tires back on for free. Show up then they tried to charged me $50. I stick with discount tire and any other place to do my oil changes. To bad this cool local repair shop is not managed a bit better. Close and convenient would have gave them all my business.

I stopped by to see how my van's battery was holding up. The service man checked it for free. I was not surprised to hear that the battery was bad. 10 minutes later, after being offered a donut :), I was on my way! I was super impressed.

I've been getting oil changes and other service there for about 3 years and haven't had a problem. They are friendly and the mechanic won't recommend anything that isn't needed for the safe and dependable operation of my car.

Great service station. Good prices on gas. This station also offers full service at the gas pump. Friendly staff and owners. Great gardens out front in the summer months. We take owr cars here for repairs.

This may very well be a nice place. But the woman behind the counter today treated a customer like garbage in front of me today. Apparently he had parked in"her parking spot" and so she blocked his car in with her truck. I walked out without buying anything and I won't be back.
