Brought in my Dodge Durango for a side mirror replacement. More than fair price and extremely quick turnaround. Will certainly continue to have work done here!

Excellent experience with company. Im battle creek and had recently got into a car accident in Grand rapids. My car first towed to pep boys on alpine Ave that stated they could not safely look at the vechile. I had difficulties gaining insurance information and pep boys tried to claim my vechile as abandoned. I forgot her name but the secretary knew of the trouble I had gaining the other persons insurance and was kind enough to let me tow my vehicle there. My van was declared totaled and I set up arrangements to have my vechile scrapped. The owner Gavin was kind enough to waive off the storage fees, even on his own birthday. I recommend this shop to anyone. To thank Gavin (I hope I spelled that correctly) I got him a piece of cheesecake for his birthday from Bestside bar and grill and wished him happy birthday. The entire staff was extreamly kind with a smile on their face and put the customer back into customer service. I also highly recommend Bestside bar and grill, best food I've ever had that is literally two doors down in the same suite.

100% the best value and deal in town. These guys fixed the front end on our Ford Edge beautifully and within an efficient time frame while working with our insurance company. We got some estimates around town and would totally be taken out to lunch by a few shops who were going to charge double what West End charged us. Honest folks and quality service! (They also washed our car and detailed the rims as a complimentary service)

Great service! Called on Monday, had my car in on Tuesday evening, they replaced/painted new bumper on Wednesday and I got my vehicle on Thursday. 1 day! Super awesome service. I will definitely be recommending West End Body Shop to everyone. Thanks again guys! My bumper looks awesome!

This was the best experience I have had with any car shop. As a college student it is hard to find a place that will be fair in pricing. They did an incredible and quick job fixing damage to my Jeep from an accident. I could not be happier and would recommend giving them your service rather than anywhere else in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Chris was awesome helping us in a pinch with our van; passenger side door literally fell off and we needed a quick fix. He fixed it within one day at a great price. Highly recommend.

I ve been going to West End For over 20 years, starting with when I damaged my dads 95 Mustang (oops). I ve had several cars in since then and Chris has always been great to work with and their repairs have always been trouble-free. Chris is always willing to go the extra mile and explain repair options, work with insurance, and ensure you re back on the road safely ASAP. And when I say Chris goes the extra mile, he even drove my wallet out to me at the airport when I mistakenly left it in the car for a bumper repair. That s why I ve been going there for 20 years and why I ll continue for another 20.
