I can't say enough good things about Village, my experience was great. Sales and Service are top tier. Bought my son a 2024 CRF110 and he is bursting with joy and I have them to thank for that. I will most certainly be seeing them again for my next purchase.

I tried to order a simple gasket, and needed it next day air shipped, I only live two hours away, not across the country, and I was put on hold and given a price because the guy I talked to had to check on shipping, so I paid for it and figured all was good, about an hour later the parts manager said that nobody was in the shipping dept and that it would be an additional $60 even though I had already got a quote, first of all, why was I put on hold in the first place to get a quote for shipping, and secondly why would I be getting charged an additional $60 when they had already gave me the quote? I just canceled the order and would highly recommend not counting on this place to fulfill your order and shipping to you.

I love my new Ktm xcf 350!! Very easy from start to finish. Upfront on everything from pricing to assembly. I set up a time to pick the bike up and Rodger had everything waiting and ready to go for me. Will definitely be buying my next bike from them again.

Not so sure about these folks, I bought a new Polaris ATV from them and at the same time had them service my old one. I brought it home, after paying the bill, and it wasn't fixed. It ran exactly the same. Now I am left to play mechanic or take it back and pay them more? For nothing? Not sure what to do? Just waste my time don't you.UPDATE: They did finally fix my quad, for almost $500 more, but they did have to fix more. So I am not unhappy at the result. They did make it right, eventually.

Bought a sled in 2019 (skidoo 900 turbo standard). They added $1200 to my bill, Told me it was an assembly fee. On the receipt they put the charge under extended warranty (only had the 12 month factory warranty).Look at the small details when dealing with these dealerships because not all places charge a assembly fee.Just bought a new 2024 skidoo X from a dealer in Greenville with No additional junk fees

Their service department is a hot mess. Made an appointment and brought in my sled. Now 5 days latter I call to see if it s done and they still have not touched it. What s the purpose of an appointment if you re going to just wait to work on it. Next time I will go somewhere else.

Bought a 2022 sled that I couldn't ride because of a recall. It took them until this year to get the parts in to fix it. I decided to have them do a winter prep but was unaware of the extraordinary cost of that service. I found it was 70 to 220.00 over other places. Hourly rate is crazy.

I stopped by your store today and I was really surprised that during my visit not one person that worked at this location could say hi or may we help you with something. But they were all setting behind there desks watching me look at products in the new product area. So I went outside and walked in the parking lot looking at new product and again no one was willing to give me the time of day. Now I know its monday and maybe they all had bad weekends but it doesn't seem like they want to sell any new products.

I'm very pleased to be back on two wheels and feel valued as a client at Village.Returning rider.I greatly appreciated conversing with Andrew in the service dept. He was very helpful as I was looking to purchase a used bike. (I've only bought new in the past.)I'm a former auto tech, so I appreciated the time they put into prepping the bike and ensuring it was in excellent order for my initial test drive. This was very important to me.Furthermore, the patient explanations regarding some modifications the previous owner had made, along with other features of the bike, were well informed. (exactly why I like talking with the service dept!)Decision made, the sales team managed all the paperwork efficiently.Title and plate arrived in the mail and which means they delivered on all of my expectations.The result, I am the proud new owner of a great looking Kawasaki Versys, and I am confident that it will be reliable for a long time.

Purchased two bikes from Village Motorsports but my most recent was my Duke 890r. They weren t willing to negotiate at all on price, trade in value or added fees but given the current climate on vehicles I guess I can t really blame them. After I bought the bike I was unable to ride it home due to a bad battery but they offered to deliver my bike next day free of charge and covered the cost of a replacement battery of my choice.Overall I d definitely recommend them. They have a great selection of riding gear and parts as well.

Service department is not great. I brought a tire up there to have put in. They gave it back to me flat with the valve stem rolling around in it then charged me 35 dollars. I brought it back the next day telling them it wouldn t hold air. The lady at the service desk said. Oh yeah. They had a hard time getting the tire on and that s the old valve stem. You would think that Thanh would tell you that it needs a new valve stem and I can only assume that they poked a hole in the tire trying to get it on. The third time in a row I have had a one star experience here. It s too bad . They are close to me but I will not do buisness there again. I definitely will not recommend

Awesome buying experience. Bought a Kawasaki dual sport and liked it so much I returned the next day and purchased another for my wife. Logan was awesome to deal with, both transactions took about 25 minutes. Will definitely buy from Village in the future again.

Great buying experience!!!Sent a email Talked to Jason over Email, was never nice and informative. Got an amazing deal vie email. Walked in the next day Jason unfortunately wasn't there, however Mike was there. He was very friendly, knew who I was, and made the process exceptional. The finance manager was perfect. Talk about going above and beyond, he jumped in the back of my truck and made sure my new scooters wouldn't move!!!! Have you ever ever heard of a finance manger do anything but paperwork?Would drive from hours away to get customer service like I did.

I bought a 2023 Kawasaki KLR650 S from Village, and it was a fantastic buying experience. Their quote was $700 lower than the next best quote I got, and Logan and Dwayne provided amazing customer service before, during, and after the sale. I especially appreciated Logan's laid back, no pressure sales approach. I can't recommend Village enough, and I look forward to buying my future machines from Village.

Purchased a 1290 SuperDuke R in 2021 and a 690 SMC R in 2022. Excellent experience. Logan was extremely helpful. Got all the documentation taken care of through email and was there for less than 15 minutes when I went to pick the 690. Sincerely appreciate the whole staff.

Amazing variety of good motorcycles, huge variety of nice accessories (although not enough for me and they had to order the helmet I wanted). Also, poor selection of size S in jackets/pants for men. I know the average American isn't small... but that size does exist in most brands, and it would be nice that they could remember that some of their small-ish customers aren't kids.

Salesperson was nice and not pushy. He left us alone to browse, and was then very attentive and well informed when we started asking questions. Unfortunately, they don't have much Honda side-by-side inventory so we weren't able to check them out in person.

Everytime we have had to deal with Village they are always the nicest people. So ready to help in whatever way they can. We have called other dealers and you always feel like you are an inconvenience. Not at Village. These people are the best. Absolutely a fantastic experience Everytime we visit.
