I'm not sure if there's a tech that lives in cedar springs or if they were there for a service call. Either way, I was tailgated going 35 in a 25. It takes a certain kind of special needs to drive like that in a company truck. I hope the rest of their techs weren't fathered by the same uncle dad as that clown.

Whoever was driving this truck should not be driving anything. Driving 70mph in a 55. Almost hit a motorcycle and pulled out right in front of me while I was doing 55. I had to MASH my brakes and partially lock them up to keep from hitting them. They were all over the lane too. License plate number BC55570

I've been in the trucking industry for over 30 years. This facility has been there for my whole tenure. It's the same great service with upmost professional care. It's sometimes hard to get in & out of their parking lot but that's only because they're customer base is so big because of the quality service

Some of the nicest, kindest, most skilled and professional people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They took care of both my truck and trailer with what seemed like lighting speed and delivered excellent results for a very fair price. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Maintenance problems and accidents are some of the worst days a trucker has, and when one of those days happened to me, this team really saved my day and helped me and my employer out a ton. Highly recommend.

This place deserves a 10. I was impressed we had our truck ac repaired here. Any other repair shop wouldn't have been so careful. You never left any grease or mud prints in our truck. You treated our truck and belongings in it with respect. I definitely will come back here again. Thank you transport repair, y'all are awesome. The bunk ac works great!!!

They are pretty good at what they do, very busy, but do their best to get work done promptly, we've never had any real problems with them and having our equipment serviced..Also, any time we have a truck broke down, They are quick to get a service truck dispatched to you..

Good friendly people. Quoted me a fair price for myself and them too. Great work done and my total came under the estimated price. Decent down time. I have no complaints. And once again very friendly people.

I ve been using Transport for years. Yes this place is a dump! Yes their customer service skills are lacking. Only 2 people that you can have an actual non stressful conversation with, joAnn and Ron the owner. Everyone else is either so severely stressed or don t want to be there. You Must make an appointment to get your work done. You must set a completion date in advance and hold them to it. My stuff has always been done on time but be patient. Remember they are pretty much the cheapest hourly rates in GR @$75/ hr. But you also must know they charge pretty much 1 hr or $75 for each item regardless if it takes them 5 min or 50 min. Example a light bulb replaced $75 plus bulb cost. I know! I know! That s ridiculous and it is. But that s how they keep the hourly at $75, the overcharge on most everything. So really you re not paying $75/hr probably more like $125 plus / hr. Also when it comes to charges like anything else get the estimate in writing or you will be unpleasantly surprised when you get your bill because it s double what they told you. New policy is also in place, nothing leaves their lot without payment in full for cash customers. So be prepared to pay, even before you have a chance to try their work out. I m sure this policy is in place because they have a lot of customers that are unhappy with their work. Next, Greg is overworked and majorly stressed. His people skill are lacking already but with the added stress he s become a difficult person to deal with. Oh sure he might be a nice guy but not in the work place. I miss Ron handling everything, but age will come a knocking and all good this come to pass, like the $45/hr I used to pay. In wrapping up I will continue to bring trucks in for repairs but get estimates in writing. Remember nowadays TRUST NO ONE! You will be taken advantage of by most everyone so plan on it. Everyone wants the best deal at the lowest price which is understandable but nothing s free. Don t loan money to Family or Friends and especially don t trust any kind of repair service, they are out for themselves. Your Welcome!

Total scams specialist Ron Ward. I took a truck there to be fixed they had it for 3 weeks call and told me an estimate of $100 to $300 when I went to pay the bill the total cost was over $600. That not the bad part when drove the truck away and it broke down within with 5 mile they did not fix anything. When confronted they said bring it back and they will fix it right. Took it back they had it and additional 3 weeks and never looked at it, excuse after excuse when they would have it done. They play with your time and money but cannot deliver what they promise. STAY AWAY! I wish I could give 5 negative stars. I am reporting this place to the state of Michigan Licensed Repair Facilities. Now they had resorted to posting 5 star reviews of themselves.

Called this shop to change my stear air bags..Dena told me to come to shop..did a great job and I was out within 2 hours...these people are very helpful ..decent prices...I will definitely recommend this place ...Thanks .

Took my truck in there cause key wasn t working to start it. Picked it up started up drove it down south shut it off wouldn t start again. Great work!!

Very bad..they had my car for a couple months and couldn't fix,it and when we,picked it up they left it in theft mod and to the point where my original key isn't even recognized by the computer now ..big mess. What I paid them I,will have to pay double if not more,to pay for there mess up plus some .

My truck sat in their lot for 11 days. They kept insisting they were busy and would open a bay. Called and Ron stated he checked it out on Saturday and he'd have a diagnosis for me by 430 on Monday. The truck never moved from the spot it was dropped off at! He lied to me! I called back and spoke to ron about this and he then said he was going to put it in today, Monday! HE LIED ME ABOUT CHECKING IT OUT ON SATURDAY! I told him that the there is a tow truck on the way and I'm NEVER going to do business with them again! Also, called another shop to tow it to and they're checking it out today!

This place looks like a bomb went off in a 3rd world country... if you need something asap don't come here this is the most unhonest place to get your stuff worked on they'll lie about what work they did and they'll lie about how long it took them they will take good parts off and tell you there bad just to sell you new I'm really surprised that this place is still open as it's run by crooks DO NOT COME HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My experience was less than satisfying, they refuse to stand behind there fraudalent wrk, overhauled an engine and never put the new main bearings in causing catastrophic failure, then they buy a motor from ajunk yard with over a million miles on it and think we are even...........i think not

I had my driver bring one of my unit cause he thought its unsafe they order the part on our request without any deposit but gentleman checked and advised that it doesn't need replacing even knowing this truck was from Canada and I would have replace if he would have advise, for me that's pretty honest and can use this shop in future as its our regular lane

Great place to do business with. They run a second shift, so they are able to fix our vehicles while we're closed. This saves a lot of down time with our vehicles.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF DOWN TIME AND MONEY WHILE THEY FIGURE OUT HOW TO OPEN A MANUAL. WE HAD OUR ENGINE REBUILT. ON THE ROAD..OVER HEATING...SOMEONE FORGOT TO TIGHTEN A VERY IMPORTANT BOLT. ON THE ROAD AGAIN....BREAK DOWN. OVER HEATING, AIR NOT WORKING....TOWED BACK SHOP. DID SOME ADJUSTMENTS THE STEERING COLUMN IS STUCK. FIXED... ON THE ROAD AGAIN. BROKE DOWN. OIL ANTIFREEZE AND WATER ALL OVER THE PLACE. BACK TO THE SHOP. IT WAS THERE FOR 3 MONTHS. WE CANT FIND THE PROBLEM. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! #$27,000 FOR WHAT. THE AIR STILL DOESNT WORK!!!!! THE STAR IS JUST TO GET YOUR ATTENTION

Don't go over there for services they are a rip off garage repair if they can call themselves that if u like your semi truck run away far from thoses thieves! !!
