This place takes care of my car like it's their own. Saved me a huge bill at "Christian Brothers". What a rip off. They wanted $$$$ for work i just had done I just wanted an alignment. Scammed out of a 70.00 useless fee for useless fake inspection with repairs toting almost 3,000. Realituy 100. Mike and Jose are the most honest hard working mechanics I've met. If you think you have a high estimate elsewhereCheck with Torres tire and get your honoest quote and diagnosis.Not just tires. Many other awesome repairs

GR deals a CREVE! card ... Jose Torres slaps down an INCREVABLE card!While visiting Pure Michigan in a borrowed Audi convertible, had the misfortune of driving over some debris in the road that slashed the sidewall. Calling around to tire shops, discovered the brand + size of tires on the car are rare and not commonly kept in inventory.Called Torres Tire because of the high Google review score & proximity to our ABNB. Was not disappointed!Owner Jose Torres answered my call & helped me personally throughout the whole process. Friendly service, reasonable price for a good condition used tire, good advice about my options, prompt installation, plus some extra education re. air pressure sensors thrown in for free.Thanks, Jose! Brought my car here twice within two weeks for separate things and they were able to get my car in FAST and fix the problems even faster. They were very fair on pricing and great at communicating with customers. I won't bring my car anywhere else now!

Well I brought my business here.They fixed the problem, tried fixing the sensors cause he said it was needed but the guy that assisted my vehicle at the end and gave me my keys said it wasnt fixable and i needed someone with much more experience and that was fine yk. Got my car back great fixed the noise. Great thats what I wanted!! Awesome. Paid for sensors etc everything . Few weeks later I had another problem and called on a Thursday . The gentelmen said yes bring it in but won't be able to be fixed until the next following day great thats fine. I kept letting the gentlemen know I just wanted a quote so I know what im working with Ok. And I called again monday saying ill be bringing in my vehicle they said that's fine.. great. Well then I brought my car in payed my tow i also told them the problem and if they again just give me a quote. So again ik what im working with take ur time on fixing my car. Idc as long as its fixed. Anyways Along the way the mechanic got upset he was very rude and seemed upset. He told me he will give me a call monday very rudely after i also asked him if he can please pull up my windows if he gets a chance to take a look he said it should be fine like that nothing will be done to it that its been like that for a while so it shouldn't matter. Also at some point he said he culd not fix it and reffered me somewhere esle but whats funny is he didn't even look at my vehicle. So after telling me this i just told the mechanic that it's fine can i just get it moved somewhere else. To the point where im looking for another mechanic. Im coming out of pocket for all this. No problem, anyways he said ok i said ill come get the keys. Couldn't i tried calling once they said they tried calling me but i didn't receive it. Anways they towed my car close to the next building over! With my keys thrown in the car on the ground. LMFAO! MIND . I ASKED MORE THEN ONCE TO see its fixable if they can just give me a quote or sum NOPE LOL AGAIN I PAYED TO BRING MY CAR IN AND EXPLAINED THE REASON. HOPEFULLY NOTHING HAPPENS TO MY CAR IK WHATS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE I HAD IT CHECKED MY CAR JS IN GREAT SHAOE OUTSIDE. ALSO THANKS FOR THE REFERENCE THEY ALSO SAID THEY DONT FIX . VOLKSWAGON AND SENT ME TO AUTO CARE LOL . WILL BE TAKing PICTIRES of my vehicle and posting. Won't be reffering or bringing business here anymore. YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT DAY!:]

Had a lovely experience this morning! Mike was courteous, informative, and cheerful, both over the phone and in person. They were able to take my walk in appt right when I needed it and had me on my way in less than a half hour. Thanks for the good job!

Torres tire shop was amazing. I had a tire emergency while traveling they were able to get me back on the road so quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. Highly recommend.

Away for two nights with my wife. Had a flat tire in Grand Rapids. Mike at Torres Tire took care of us! Put on a great tire at a great price, got us on our way. Great service, great price, great guy! Keep up the great work and thank you, thank you, their you. God bless! Bill Cupp

I had a roofing nail in my tire and had called other shops that were short or rude on the phone. These guys were friendly and just happy to help - turned out to be an easier fix and they had me in within 5 mins and out in less than 15. Either way they ve earned my business because of how they treat people. :)

All I can say is wow! I had two leaking/damaged tires, one punctured by a nail, and I thought my life was over because I drive everywhere for school and my internship. These guys had me in and out in 30 minutes! I couldn t believe how fast, affordable, and professional the service was. Thank you for saving my life today!

Used tires were really expensive, it s was $200 for two. I got my car towed here because it was the closest place and it costs as much as brand new tires. I went and got the other two replaced at discount tire for cheaper and they were new. The tires were fine and everyone was friendly but just doesn t seem reasonably priced.

Went in looking for some tires for a pick up truck and I talked to Mike. Mike is a very friendly guy and is more excited about tires than anyone probably should be. Thats how I knew this guy was probably the right guy to talk to. He showed me a couple options but really favored one type of tire. He wrote down the relevant information, gave me the price, and told me to go home and do my own research. As a general rule, sales people don't encourage you to do your own research unless they're telling you the truth. So that was indicator number two that this was the right guy to be dealing with. As always, trust but verify. So I did my own research and found he was right in terms of reviews and competitors prices. I went with his recommendation and I could not be happier. They also did the job in less than an hour. Great service, great product, and a great price. I will be sending everyone I know to this shop for all their tire needs.

I had an issue with one of my tires last night and this morning. I called and was told I didn't need an appointment to have it checked. I arrived and the staff was very welcoming and kind. In a matter of minutes was told what the issue was. They are honest and fair in price. I would highly recommend Torres tire shop to anyone who needs service done on their vehicle.

HIGHLY recommend!!!Fixed up my 2014 Ford Taurus SEL v6 VERY nicely!My car died because my old battery had corroded so terribly to the point of pretty much decimating the entire battery terminal. Things were looking pretty bleak, considering you have to purchase the entire assembly altogether, even if you don't need every single part, and the assembly alone was going to be very expensive (purchased from Ford, because it is nearly impossible to find after market, apparently). Not to mention, all the labor that would have been involved in having it put in. The whole job was initially going to cost several hundred dollars. Mike really took his time with exploring all the options for finding the right parts, and coming up with an alternative solution. He searched high and low for the parts he needed, and ended up getting them for WAY less than originally anticipated. I have never encountered a shop that was concerned with saving me money! I even tried to leave him a little extra when I went to pay the bill, and he refused. I will definitely be back! Mike did such a great job!

Monday morning flat tire. Spare didn't treat my AWD very well. Mike had a new one on with super friendly fast service. Fair prices too. Will always go back when needed. Highly recommend.

GREAT price for a TOUGH job. They listened to me (I said "change the front driver side wheel bearing!") and gave me honest feedback (they said "okay, but if that doesn't fix it you're on your own") and did the work quickly, and my car is perfect again!I don't always fix my own car, and when I don't, I'll be taking it to Torres.

Got a flat tire and had to drive 3 miles at 5mph. First garage wouldnt help me. They were too busy. Saw this place on google and gave it a try. Main mechanic was busy but put down his tools and asked what he could do to help. I told him the lugnuts were rusted on and wouldnt come off. He got his air tool out and immediately got the lugs off and put on the doughnut tire on for me. I was very late for work but because of him i was able to get there when i did! He asked for just $5! I gave him $10. This man is the GOOD SAMARITAN kind of man. He deserves our business!

Absolutely unparalleled customer service from this place. I was in a pickle and had a caliper locking up on me, so I couldn't drive my car far. Took it here as it was the closest to me and was not disappointed. Mike was extremely friendly, I dropped off my car on the weekend, he told me he'd get to it Monday morning and let me know what was wrong. I paid an extremely fair price for calipers, pads and rotors on the frontend of my car and had it back in a day. If you need any tire or brake related work done, look no further. I will definitely be going back!

What a mistake, wish I never wasted my time. Could not get a price of the phone to get 2 tires mounted. Price was $10.00 each, then bumped to $15.00 each, when the tire guy finally finished the work between text messaging whoever he tried to charge me $60.00. I refused to pay and asked for the manager. Price dropped to $30.00 and I was told I didn't need to be rude about it. It was a 15 minute job and the guy was in no hurry whatsoever. Don't go unless you like to be held hostage and have a lot of extra time. I will be sticking with the real tire stores from now on.

Just got back from the shop, small nail in tire and he took it out and patched it for 15 dollars. Usually i worry if tire shops will say that the tire is "no good" and to get a new one....but Mariano was honest and I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Never had a problem with this place until yesterday. I watched him break my tire pressure sensor on the wheel, the employee looked straight at me and said it was fine. I got home and the tire was flat, never going back again

Called they didn t pick up first time then called again they answered but rushed me on the phone then hung up on me when I had more questions but they did my tires very fast which was the good part

Had a flat tire and this shop was able to get me in and out right before close with a fixed tire for a low price! Highly recommend them!
