I was in to get an oil change with my work truck. I needed some replacement parts for my tailgate some the parts manager came over to see what it was going to need. She ordered the replacement parts and called when they came in. I work 75 hours a week and have little time to work on the truck so I took everything apart to replace what was needed. Well needless to say she ordered the wrong parts. I went up to return the part that was ordered wrong and was told they can t return it because I don t have the box. Very disappointed in the customer service!!!

I really enjoy it being close by. Other than that I can't seem to trust them! Paid 140 bucks for an inspection, asked them to check our brakes, rotors, calipers etc and they insist it was all good. However less than 3 days after brakes are scrubbing and squeeking. If it isn't broken they will Not tell you until you're trapped or wasted a ton of money

Nearly everything that came out of the sale rep's mouth was a lie. Kept telling me it would be a short time in the shop and they had it for over a month. Also tried to tell me I could make payments on a new transmission but said I couldn't when I showed up to pick up the car. Don't even think I needed the transmission.

The sales staff and management are awesome. They kept me up to speed while waiting for a backordered bronco sport. I was dreading shopping for a new vehicle, I thought I would be dealing with pushy people. My experience here was very relaxed. There are 2 ford dealerships closer to me, but I will make the trip to these folks for any future vehicle needs.

I bought my car from them almost two years ago now, and she's been a solid little thing. I also stop by for my oil changes (they have an easy drive-in set up) and they even fixed up my low tire pressure issue without me needing to ask. Definitely appreciate their whole team!

My experiences with Tony betten Ford has been excellent. Evan Glass has kept me informed. Unfortunately my Ford focus is awaiting a chip for the transmission. Ford is paying for rental car which avenue range for me. Whenever I contact Evan he's very professional and polite.

Always quick service and never have an issue after I leave. Quick lube manager is awesome and makes sure his customers are taken care of!

Tony Betten and Sons Service Department was outstanding! I brought my car in on Thursday and it was repaired by Friday. Ron went the extra mile in customer service. Grateful for my experience and will definitely be returning with future repairs.

Just recently my mom had her Mustang in the body shop as well as service with fixing airbag recall. They sent her car put withering the dashboard damaged from them and white powder dust from airbag all over her Mustang interior.
