I really hate telling how wonderful they are because more people will go to them!! I have been going to them for years. They stand behind their work. If it's a wrong diagnosis they make it right. If it breaks again under warranty, they repair it without cost. Prices are reasonabke. Pedro is great and knowledgeable. II was in a bind and had to rent a car, they took me to Enterprise. Now, I am sure it's because I am a regular, but I can guarantee I would not get this from Ford.

Tony's auto service is a great local auto repair shop. They have courteous, friendly customer rapport, & speedy service. I had my vehicle towed to the shop one evening the next day I got a call back with diagnostic results, & my vehicle was finished the day after despite them having a garage full of vehicles to repair. The service I got was honest & good timely manner.

These guys are AMAZING! They do great work fast and at a reasonable price. I take all of my families cars to them and would never think taking my vehicles ANYWHERE else.They are a family owned company and stand behind their work. I've brought stuff back that was either a new faulty part OR maybe they fixed a different associated part. Nonetheless they have always made it right. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I work on my own cars and don't have time, so I know what I am looking for and they have always done what they said they would do. Overly honest too, I've actually got billed less one time because they over estimated.If you want a local shop that is honest and does good work at a very reasonable price, THIS IS YOUR SHOP!

I have taken my vehicles to Tony s for the last five years. They have always been honest and fair priced. Only once in those five years did they tell me something else was wrong with my car besides what I brought it in for. My last car always had the oddest issues and they spent hours trying to figure it out and still only charged me to fix it and never complained about it even though I know it was frustrating. I won t bring my vehicles anywhere else and highly recommend them.

I brought a craigslist car into this shop to get it checked out before purchasing it. They said everything came back good and I purchased it. I find out the next day that it has a bad transmission, they didn t put the cap back on the transmission check, and it caused oil to spill all over my engine. After the fact, they claimed to have never checked the transmission, and for some reason said they never even drove the car(even though I saw them test drive it during the inspection.) When I called them to confront them about this situation, they lied to me and refused to accept any responsibility. 0/10. Do not use this shop.

It was horrible, my brakes were going out after $1100.00 worth of work, I left with a little more brakes than what I had, took it back and they wanted $280.00 more for brake lines. I would have gladly went to Monro, a backyard mechanic would have done better, it probably needed just the brake lines!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

These guys are amazing. The other people writing reviews about this place don't know what they are talking about, or maybe there is a just a communication breakdown. Van and Tai are Vietnamese but incredibly thorough with their work and extremely responsive. They do top work at a fraction of the price and get it done WAY faster that other shops. We could not be happier sending our vehicles to them to get worked on. Thanks Tonys!

I called and asked for a quote on fixing my air conditioning. I told them previously I was told it was a compresser. They quoted me price quite a bit lower than other shops. They put in a compresser and my car had good air for 1/2 hour. I brought it back and they said I had received a bad compresser. They never let me see the old part. Their excuse was they turned it for core charge. Again within hours my air did not work. I brought it back and again my air worked for minutes. I brought it back and they said I should of gotten a KIT which included condenser and other parts and they did not recommend this so now I needed other parts and I did not have have the funds. A few days later I see all my gas is leaking out and I bring my car back to Tony's ALSO LISTED AS TRAN's Auto repair (perhaps so people do not see these reviews?) I was told I had a gas line leak. The owner said he could be put a hose in. I told him I wanted to pay for steel line instead so I wouldn't have future leaks and he quoted me for steel gas line. When I went to pick the car up he said he was going to give me a deal and only charge me 124. I was happy. A day later I smell gasoline. I suspected it was from repair. The smell got stronger and my full tank of gas was going away even with no driving. I followed my husband to take his truck in at a different facility and noticed I had gasoline leaking on the pavement. I took it back to Trans/Tony's and was very upset as I learned they did not put in a steal line but charged me for a plastic hose with and it was leaking. The service man played with it and I did not get refund. The owner did not apologize for lying to me and not giving me what he said he would. No refund either. He said steel lines are what dealers do. Well I wanted the same service close by. STAY AWAY from this place. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely worse place should of listen to the reviews spent 1000 and my car not fixed!! Certified mechanics yea right!! Don t go here and get ripped off should of just took it to the dealer!

Absolutely terrible service. The guy that initially told us what we needed told us "what we needed". So we would search and search and search. Finally we would find "it" and would spend our money on these things that ultimately ended up being the wrong thing. Then my girlfriend calls in and he goes completely wild on her blaming her that we didnt call a guy named Tony and that Tony answers the phone for him. Tony doesn't "want to talk with us". Dispicable service and nothing has been done to fix their mistakes. Will be towing my car elsewhete to get it fix. Stay away if you're looking for good service!
