Just got a car from Todd Wenzel with sales consultant Kayla. It was a pleasant and wonderful experience. She is very professional and helpful. She tries her best to make the customers experience great. During the process, sales manager Heath helped us to solve some paper issues. He takes care of customers. He made me feel I am in good hands. When I need a new car in the future, I would definitely come back to this dealer because how amazing manager Heath and sales Kayla are! I highly recommend this dealership, one of the best dealership experiences!

Today is Thursday, February 15, 2024. My car has been in the Service Department for repair since LAST THURSDAY. There is an issue with the transmission, which is still under warranty. I have been given the run-around for the past week about getting my car repaired or receiving a loaner car. In my history of owning several vehicles, I have never had this horrible service. This is the first vehicle that I purchased from Todd Wenzel. I guess expected better from Todd Wenzel.

Good service people and they do a good job at making recommendations for caring for your vehicle. Prices are quite a bit higher then one might pay at a private repair shop. This time the wait time to do the work was better than usual.

Awesome lounge waiting area, but brand new truck burning oil already. Under 60 k miles it should be covered, but they keep dragging this issue along into week after week.

I love working with Vince! He always goes above and beyond. I came in to get something fixed on my door because it wouldn't close. He had it fixed in 2 minutes. I apologized the outside of the car was so dirty because I couldn't use the car wash and he had them run it thru their car wash for me. I left with my car fixed, outside cleaned and great customer service! So happy with this visit and previous visits! Thanks Service Team for a great experience

Todd Wenzel had the vehicle that I was looking for and at a fair price. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The purchase process was quick and easy. There were no surprises or hidden costs. Details of the sale were transparent and they promptly responded to my questions. Even though I had to travel 400 miles to get there, I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from Todd Wenzel and my sales consultant, Greg Haman.

Purchasing my vehicle was simple and easy! Jesse is the best! I was able to fill out my loan app and have my car delivered the following day, and I live an hour and a half from the dealership! They swapped my old car on a trade and left me with my new one! Couldn t ask for better service!

Going on to the lot I had no idea what kind of car I even really wanted, but Kevin was so patient with me. He was very easy going the whole time working with me and helped ease my anxiety by answering any questions I had. Honestly, everyone there is super nice and I highly recommend if you re looking to buy or lease a car. :)

Jeff Filkins was great to work with both in purchasing my new vehicle and in trading in my old one. He took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and why I was looking for it. After finding exactly the type of vehicle I was looking for (although it was just above my price range), Jeff and his manager negotiated honestly and completely without the car dealership games that buyers often are anxious about. We were able to reach a fair deal that accomplished many of my goals, and I left with a vehicle that met my needs.I'm very happy that I decided to stop in and had the chance to work with Jeff on this. I had not looked at Todd Wenzel's inventory online first. I was just stopping at dealerships on my way back to the office from checking out another vehicle. I had decided not to stop anywhere else and to just go to the office. But I drove by and decided to pull in. I'm glad I did.

Shortly after buying a pre-owned vehicle, I had an accident due to previous service performed on the vehicle. The service department was courteous and professional in dealing with issues.However, I originally reached out to my salesman, Marco and his manager Heath, who insisted it wasn t their fault. They insisted I tow it in on my own expense for them to fix it. They were rude and couldn t get me off the phone fast enough. I guess once they ve made their commission, you re on your own and they don t see value in future sales.When it was discovered to be their fault, no follow up from the salesman came to at the least apologize and try to keep us as a customer.After the repairs were finished, I reached out to the salesman politely one last time, but got the same disrespect as shown before. I won t be be buying another vehicle here.

Workmanship was great. Communication was not so great. They could keep the customer informed on the progress. Other than that, great. Would have been nice to have a loaner vehicle during the repair but I understand the shortage of vehicles this year.

I had taken my vehicle to get an oil change for the first time. 1. Appointment was at 1:30pm. They had taken 2 hours. Than they put in more oil change that was not need. They over filled with oil. Engine started shaking. Now I spend more gas. Had to take it back. They act like everything was okay. Which is not a great experience for me! My mechanic said it can damage the engine if it gets over filled with oil!

They did a great job on my truck and they even found me a loaner vehicle which was a lifesaver!! My only complaint was I requested an oil change in the correct time frame for the offer which was supposed to be covered under my lease and then once they did it they said the offer had expired. Good bye $100 bucks!! But that s ok there s worse things in life lol

Sales professional Todd was superb. He seemed genuinely excited providing me vast information about the vehicles I was interested in and he made great suggestions. He sure has some energy, lol. It is SO refreshing in today's world to feel cared and important by someone doing their job. I have recommended 2 other people to Todd Wenzel since my experience and I tell then to be sure to request Todd. He's just fun... and really cute!

I saw the particular vehicle I bought on CARFAX, called Todd Wenzel and spoke to Mel. I met him later that day and bought the vehicle. I spent most of my time there with either Mel or Rosa (finance manager). It was a comfortable environment and not high-pressure at all. Very satisfied with the experience and looking forward to the vehicle being delivered next week!

I asked for my car to be checked over for safety before a road trip; I was given a laundry list of things to do in my car that were not safety related or necessary to make the trip.Since I didn t purchase all the recommended service, I was slapped w over priced and unexpected charges that were not clearly outlined before the whole experience began. When I tried to cal rot clarify, my calls were ignored and I would wonky get a reply via email. This was most frustrating as some things are better in person.Terrible.

Already talked with Matt and Vince. The service from the dealership was great. What I didn't like was the collision glass guy (Cory) who doesn't work for Todd Wenzel, acting like he works for the dealership and hustling up business for his separate company, charging me 50 dollars after 4 minutes of doing nothing. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Matt promised he would have the charge reversed on Monday. Here it is Thursday and I don't see any reversal yet. Can't believe that Todd Wenzel allows this guy to hang out in the service department. Not good!

To buy a car yes I would recommend but I wouldn t recommend getting a vehicle repaired at the collision center. They continuously led me to believe my car would be repaired sooner then later. They just kept lying about the status. This is my vehicle and I would leave voicemails and they would not call me back but would shockingly call my husband for the update and he is not listed on the vehicle. Very insulting, do better guys!!

The customer service was great. I took my car here because I thought that if I take it to the dealership they would fix my car right with costing me more money. Boy was I wrong. I took my car in to have the battery, electrical system and the alternator looked at. I ended up needing a battery a front end alignment and my tires rotated. The said I should get a tuneup soon and something else. When I got my car back as I was driving it I noticed the drive side rear tire air pressure was reading 25pmi so I had to put air in my tire. And when I drive the seeding wheel is like loose. Then the next day I noticed there is some pinkish orange fluids in the ground where I was park but I thought maybe it was from another car that was parked there. Later on that evening I heard a dinging and when I looked at my dashboard it said my engine is running hot. So I had to pull over catch a ride to get some antifreeze to put in my car just to make it home. I rest the dashboard notifications and then I looked at it again it said I had no oil life left!!! I am very upset and the bad part about it is I will not be able to drive my car the entire weekend because they do not open back up till Monday.

This dealership tried to charge me over $1900for two new low beam headlamps. The markup for parts and service are absolutely insane.We have been loyal customers since 2016.We will NEVER purachas or service a vehicle again with Todd Wenzel GMC.

Told Mike in service department that I needed a new wiring harness on one of my tail lights because I had already changed out the bulbs and it still didn't work. Came in at my appointment time and after I waited for him to return to his desk for 15 minutes a different service rep checked me in and I told him the same thing that I had changed bulbs already and it still didn't work so I needed a new wiring harness. Waited almost 2 and a half hours before Mike came to talk to me to tell me that I needed a new wiring harness and that you didn't have the parts and couldn't get them, and then was charged 120 dollars for a diagnostic to determine that I needed the repair that I scheduled the appointment for. I'm not a service technician and it took me a quarter of the time to figure out the problem. It is absolutely ridiculous to have to pay that for you to tell me you don't even have access to the parts needed for the repair job I scheduled to start with.

I called well on my way to their dealership from Barry county. I gave two people the specifications I needed for a vehicle. They "took down" the information but before I could tell them how far away I was he hung up. When I arrived and there was nobody to help me so I help myself to their online inventory while I waited. I found what I was looking for on there website but That vehicle was not on their lot. Greatly disappointed in the customer service and inaccuracy other website.

I brought my Yukon XL in because of a seized up lifter, new vehicle new problems, go figure! Thankfully Vince in the service department did an amazing job accommodating me every step of the way. As frustrating as it was to not have my own vehicle he was able to finally get me into something that was safe enough for me and my family during the this time.. It was a lengthy process due to backordered parts but he graciously accommodated all my needs. Thank you Vince, you're my go to guy when I need to bring my truck in for any servicing.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto detailing, Oil change

I brought my truck in for the vibration problem. They found a recall problem and replaced the transmission part and hope that would fix the problem. They drove the truck back to my house down a dirt road, so now my truck was very dirty, and the transmission part was leaking all under the truck. They towed it back since there was no fluid in the transmission. I have the truck back and after all that it was still dirty and vibrating. Not happy at all. Todd

Arrived early and was immediately directed to a technician for intake. Waited for the expected amount of time for completion. Service paperwork identified oil change and tire rotation. No mention of multi point inspection and no mention of other vehicle fluids. Very disappointed that the vehicle was not washed prior to releasing it back to me. Have been to other service locations that automatically perform inspections and wash vehicle.
