The people here are so rude! It was a horrible experience, and we will never be back! We will be contacting Jayco and telling them about this dealership and how horrible the service department is to work with! Hopefully, they will pull the Jayco line and give it to camping world next door! Do not even bother to go here. Just go to the camping world they were great to deal with! Just talked to the manager, and the rudeness isn't only a problem with just the employees. The manager is just as rude! It's not that you couldn't get us in before two weeks. We understand that. It's the way you talk and treat people. That is the problem! You should probably look into a customer service training program so that you know how to run a business that requires you to deal with customers. Again, it did not bother us that you are full and can not get us in! It's how you handled it and dismissed us all together because we are not from here. If you are a Jayco dear and service dealer, then you should deal with anyone, not just people who live here. Even in your reply, you are still rude. It was a minor refrigerator problem, so it's not like it couldn't have waited. You really need to do better with customer service and stop making excuses and blaming everyone for your rude behavior.

Dropped off our 5th wheel for a suspension recall fix. It took them over a week to look at the camper, even though it had been scheduled for drop off a month prior and they had the repair parts in stock. After a week they said they couldn't do the work right then because it has to be weighed and they couldn't do it onsite. After another week they were able to complete the recall work. They tried to get us to pay for a service we did not need, which was confirmed by an inspection at another dealer who was purchasing our camper. Because of the delay, we lost $1500 in our original offer sale price. We were very unhappy with the service in general but to try to get us to pay $1000 for work that did not need to be done is the worst kind of treatment from a service department.

I purchased a 2018 Jay Flight in February during the RV show. The Sales person and sales process was great! Picking up the camper a few weeks later was a rather lengthy process. We used the camper all summer then scheduled winterization and some warranty work. I called to check on the camper 2 weeks after dropping off the camper on our scheduled drop off date and to my surprise, they hadn t looked at the camper. In fact, they were not sure if the camper was there. The next day we received confirmation and 2 weeks later we were able to get our camper back. Long and short of it, sales was great to work with, the camper is everything we wanted and more, service needs some organization.

Bought a used RV and we are in love! Will be perfect for our family of 7! Our salesman was awesome and treated us like family. Service department took care of the one issue we had in an incredibly timely manner. Will continue to give them our business!

We bought a 2020 Rockwood pop up camper. We were not happy with our current camper and Jeremy helped us get into a new one. Very pleasant to deal with and an overall great experience. Recommend buying a new rv from TerryTown!

Got our trailer serviced and they didn't look at all that we wanted and have extended useless warranties , for $120 they should have checked it all out. The front electric jack wouldn't work with the hand crank so they said they would look at it when we got there to pick it up. When I got there he put the hand crank on it and snapped the pin in there in front of us and told us there is nothing he can do and we would just have to get another one and walked away. Another part that they said falls into the Warranty seems to have found a loop hole so it was not covored. The trailer we bought from them brand new was just 5 years old but the extened warranty doesn't cover anything.

We found the rv of our dreams . So we drove all night from pgh to grand rapids mi. It started out a little rocky how ever a gentleman by the name of Jeremy the business maneger. He got everything straighten out and got us one hell of a deal then took the time and explained all the extras like gap insurance also extended warranty. Also the guy that got rv ready were great i had asked them to do a couple of extra things for me and they were very helpful and did all the work in a proffessional maner . ( im real anal about things like that) . Then Jeremy did something special for my wife and i after everything was done and we were dead tierd he purchased a night at a beautiful rv resort. No thats what im talking about good old fashion down to earth good guy! We give terrytown rv 5 stars thanks again

Great selection of travel trailers. I haven't been very impressed with the staff at the service counter. They are rude. I wouldn't let that stop me from buying another travel trailer from them. I will just talk to the salesman about any service issues I may have

Terrible they charged my card for a deposit subject to finance and would be refunded if finance didnt go through , i have been chasing them now for a week for a receipt and my deposit back and i have received nothing or reply from the manager,
