Great instead of charging us for spring clamps or what ever u would call them they had few take offs sent us on r way but they made new customers if need anything else great job guys

As a professional technician, I've been using State Spring for over a decade now, I've since retired from automotive and now I live nearby. We recently had our trucks serviced and DOT inspected here at State Spring. We dropped off 2 trucks and on the way from Allendale the wipers quit working on one of the trucks. That created a problem as State Spring doesn t repair wiper motors,etc We left the truck by them and made an appointment for it up the street a couple blocks away. Kegan was nice enough to facilitate moving it to the other repair shop and then back to their shop after it was repaired to save me driving from Allendale for multiple trips.This kind of service is a lost art these days. You ve gained a customer for a long time and we so appreciate what you did for us. Thanks State Spring Team! Keep up the amazing customer service!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Something strange going on. They quoted me $15,000 to go through the brakes so I took it home and did it myself for under $2000. And yes I'm licensed for heavy trucks and air brakes. That included the air tank and the front was already done. My parts included one new air bag but not any new shackles. It took me one day to do the job. Had I billed it out in our shop it would have been closer to $4000. We are swamped this time of year but not quite that swamped. Thanks.

There are 2 people at this company that cannot be trusted extremely dishonest !!!!!!!!!!!Deal with the "owner himself" if you want good serviceMy recommendation to you would be to go to a different Spring Shop

Young man upfront (Keegan?) Was VERY helpful/knowledgeable so was the rest of the staff. I got 2 rear heavy rear leaf springs for my 94 f150. The gentleman even went outside took measurements. I went with his recommendation (had 3 options in stock) and the truck drives and sits far beyond my expectations. When it came to invoice time I was PLEASENTLY surprised. I highly recommend and will use state spring for ANY future needs. THANKYOU STATE SPRING.

I was told by about a dozen people to take my truck here for springs. And I will always recommend their services. Jeff is so friendly and great to talk to about anything they offer and he seemed very involved with the hands on work too. Their hours are amazing!! And theirnservice was very timely. Nothing but positive things to say about this company!

They did a great job balancing out my work truck. I got most of my tools on the drivers side including my welder. Makes her lean a bit. They added a spring to that side she ride a little bit nicer now and doesn t look so tipsy going down the road.

These guys are awesome here I stop by and drop my semi off. It needed a spring on the passenger side and a wheel alignment. They had my truck done the very next day and I was not off work for very long. They have a small driver's Lounge for you to wait in but they offer you free coffee.

Great People, Great Service. They have always been accommodating and fair helping us stay on top of our fleet with their specialty work. Whether any commercial truck or trailer, they can work on it; give them a call and ask. A Service Shop that is Highly Recommended.

Picked up the company's Peterbuilt today after an alignment. They thoroughly went over the truck and found small but important items. One was a grease zirt for a king pin that was plugged. They were able to get it working before any damage was done. This was missed by our local garage on the latest dot inspection.Last year they ordered springs for my son's light duty pickup. When they were found to be for the wrong year, they replaced them with the more expensive correct ones without charging the difference. Just great customer service.My family has used their services for generations. They've added springs to beef up trailers and we're even used to repair car springs back in the 1960'sGreat Grand Rapids company!

We sub out and get parts from these guys and they are knowable and quick. I can see why they are so busy. Great place to go. The office staff is fantastic.
