I have taken my vehicle to this place a few times. One of these times they found an extremely simple issue that didn't require any parts or labor. Instead of charging me an assessment fee they sent me home with my car free of charge. They are honest and fair in their work and pricing. I will be a lifelong customer and plan on recommending them to anyone and everyone I know.

We ve brought our cars here on multiple different occasions - each time they have been incredibly helpful, nice, and fairly priced! the most recent time we had our car s breaks replaced, the next day we noticed some unusual squeaking - we contacted the company and they gladly brought it in the next day and fixed it at no additional cost!

Doug and Paul are two of the most upstanding guys I ve ever met. They are very approachable and extremely honest. I ve been going to them for years and have always been very impressed by their work and integrity. Best mechanics around hands down!

I have used South Kent Alignment for all of my auto needs since finding them. I move a lot and it's hard to find a reliable service. This is the place! I had previously posted a negative review after one surprising repair estimate. A second opinion and further inspection of the parts in question indicated their diagnosis was accurate. At all stages Doug remained very reasonable and patient in discussing the situation with me. I have no reason to doubt the integrity of Doug, Paul, and their team as a result. good guys!

Took a few days to get the trusty work van in, which is normal, and once in they got the van caught up on maintenance and an a (vehicle is the typical "well maintained fleet vehicle" which translates to "always driven, never maintained"). Will be back, keep up the great work!

Love this place. Never had to go twice for the same issue. Also they referred me out to the dealership for an issue I'm having currently because they're honest enough to admit they don't have the experience to be comfortable solving my specific issue (as opposed to faking their way through it), they didn't charge me anything for the time spent evaluating it, and even made my backup fob work again for free.

Doug has been working at the shop since he was a kid so he's very knowledgeable! The employees at the shop are professional and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience. They corrected a botched alignment that was done at a chain store on my lifted Tacoma.

I like how this place is family-friendly. I enjoyed how welcoming they were and the quality of work that they provide. It's hard to find a place to trust getting your vehicle repaired or tuned up at but, for me I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. Thanks to the lot of ya, your a genuine hard working team!

If you are looking for honest, reliable service, South Kent is the place to go. I have been taking my car to South Kent for about a year and a half for both routine maintenance and larger repairs. When my car has needed these repairs, they have always been upfront and honest about what services actually need to be performed and are patient in explaining the procedures to the uninitiated :) Particularly as I drive an older vehicle, it's important that I can trust those who work on my car, and South Kent has earned that trust time and again. This team is pretty amazing, they we're professional, explained everything so my 18 year old daughter could understand what was going to happen, good pricing, and efficient. I will recommend them for more than just frame work!

These guys are the best. If you are looking for cheap not the place to go.But if you are looking for honesty and excellent repair services this is the place to go. Only place that works on my vehicles.

I ve had 2 visits to this place for frame alignment issues about 20 years apart and both times they were very fair and honest. I believe they do mechanic work as well and if I lived closer they would certainly be my mechanic.

I didn't actually get any work done there but as I was passing by I couldn't help but point out that either y'all spelled alignment wrong or the person who made the sign did. God bless!

When dealing with an auto repair shop it is important to be able to trust those working on your vehicles and this place is definitely that.
