We drove 120 miles to buy a 2023 760i from this dealer. Working with Jeremy Dutcher, the General Sales Manager, was a very satisfying experience. He had the car ready to test drive when we arrived. Even though I have owned a Cadillac, 2 Audi A8's, and a Porsche Panamera, I fell in love with the 760i in less than 5 miles on the test drive. His valuation of the A8 I traded was fair and we bought the 760i. When we picked it up, they treated us like a new car buyer. The car was perfect with a red bow in their delivery room. Erica sat with us in the car for 30 minutes training us on the operation and options. This is the nicest sedan I have ever owned. The dealership experience exceeded our highest expectations. If Sharpe has the car you want...buy it!

Stopped in over the weekend to get some help with some of the options with my car. Erica Agon was beyond amazing in helping out. Had no clue about half of the things the car could do but she took her time and was able to help me understand. Side note- didn t even purchase the BMW there but they helped me anyway. Beyond a great experience!!!

Had my second tech tutorial with Erika last night with my new 2024 X7. This is the fourth BMW Erika has helped me navigate through what could potentially be overwhelming. She is awesome, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Sharpe is very fortunate to have her on their team!

I have bought car here year ago, they want I buy protection plan and paintless dent repair, I bought that one $1,637.00 , but lsat month my car bmw x7 got dent car door tiny I bring my car to see then and they told my go home they fix that , I wait one day later they call they don t fix that for me , they take my car to body shop and one week later they call me pick up my car and they said they don t pay that for me , I pay my own I m so very sad I can t believe when I buy new they want I bought protection plan now they don t cover that for me, I would like everyone know about that one they are scam , they one take your money but they don t do like you buy that I feel bad for BMW dealer you guy scam customers.

I got a bunch of warnings on my BMW 300 Wednesday night. I had two doctors appointments Thursday morning followed by a busy afternoon at work. I spoke to Lee at 7 am and they towed my car which was still under warranty. My wife called Sharpe, then dropped me off at 5:30 pm. Lee had a line but gave me a shout, "Dr. Burcon, you are ready to go! No charge today." The car was running, cleaned inside and out, and all the warning lights were off. Watched their video explaining that it was just due to the drop in temperatures. Nice ending to a difficult day. Thank you Lee. Made Jane Bang Bang Shrimp for dinner for driving me all over town, Dr Mike.

Just leased a 2021 BMW from Sharpe.Worked with John, who was curious, patient, and professional. He focused on learning what was important to me to match me with the vehicle that best met my needs and wants.There were challenges on my end that caused delays. (Buying new house). John never tried to rush the deal through to close the sale, was empathetic, and kept me updated on my options. He ensured I was able to secure a vehicle, which given limited inventory (nationwide - not just at Sharpe), was greatly appreciated.An example of John focusing on what was important to me, was recommending a 2021 due to its ability to have tech features I wanted that were not available on the newer models due to chip shortages.The entire team at Sharpe were top notch, including following up to ensure I liked the vehicle, understood how the lease program works and how leasing is different than purchasing, and having the car set up how I wanted it.If you are a first time leader, I highly recommend going through sharpe because they are up front, transparent, and provide you information to understand your options.Switched from a Mercedes, and I m glad to have based on the car and the service provided by John and the entire team at Sharpe.

Highly recommend Sharp BMW! We brought our 2011 MINI Cooper in for service and decided not to invest $ into repairing the vehicle. Ben, the service manager, went above and beyond informing us of all our options and ultimately hooked us up with Shaun in sales. Shaun answered all our questions, he was so friendly, very informative, and found us a new 2023 MINI Cooper that was the perfect fit for us. Our experience with each member of their team was incredible, from service to sales to financing. Wonderful people! A huge thank you to the Sharpe BMW team!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Mike is a great salesman and got me in a sweet ride at a great deal. I actually wasn't even planning to get the car, but I couldn't pass it up. I highly recommend Sharpe for all your BMW needs

We ve looked at several cars in the past week and spoken with several salesman and sales managers who were very difficult to work with and made it a hassle.We found a used car online on Sharpe s lot a 3 hour drive from home and called to make sure it was available before making the drive to check it out. From the first moment Drew answered the phone to the final handshake as he handed us the keys, he was beyond AMAZING to work with!Drew made buying a car super easy. He walked us through the process, helped us iron out some details, and even wiped down the car himself while we were in financing so it looked great before we headed off the lot.We hope we don t have to buy another car anytime soon, but we ll definitely give Drew a call if we do.Drew, Shawn (financing), and the rest of the team are some of the best in the business!!Give Drew a call if you re in the market for a new or used car!

Was told the issue with our 2022 Mini Conteyman was a safety issue, and we would not be changed the incidental fee for a loaner by Caroline Pearson. When we filled out the email link for the loaner we turned it in. This morning I received an email saying Sharpe couldn't provide a loaner without a 250.00 fee. We have had nothing but issues with this service department. I love the car, but I would recommend not buying one from there.

Aaron Arraut at Sharpe provided the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I still can't believe it was only his second week! From start to finish, Aaron and the rest of the Sharpe team were very low pressure, knowledgeable, and overall the most professional team I have had the pleasure of working with.Where most people in sales would push to make a sale and move on the next customer, Aaron sought to make sure I was making the correct decision that fit my needs and current situation.You will not be disappointed by visiting Aaron and the rest of the team at Sharpe!

This is my first time dealing with this particular BMW dealership. I found a car that I wanted to test drive and ended up driving it 3 or 4 days later. Sander, My salesman was not available for the day of my test drive so I dealt with Jeremy, the sales manager, who was very informative and patient. I decided to sign for the car and give a deposit and pick up the car several days later. I finally did meet my original sales person who is very knowledgeable and was able to facilitate the sale of my M5. My experience was completely positive.I would wholeheartedly recommend the dealership if you are in the market for any BMW.Shawn was also excellent at the finance area as wellThank you so much Sharpe BMW

Wow! Anthony is amazing. My wife and I prepared for a day of test-driving cars, which typically means sorting through car salesman. The Sharpe BMW dealer was the first stop of the day. We had no real intentions of buying a car that day, and really had chose another car all together. After spending an hour test-driving car, we knew that Anthony was our guy. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and earned our business. The car we purchased was what Anthony deemed Love at First Sight , and I would have to agree. I have never loved driving a car so much. I would highly recommend Anthony for your car buying needs. Thank you and the whole Sharpe team for making a big purchase so seamless and enjoyable.

I was looking for a silver/black 328xi with the M Sport package and Sharpe happened to have exactly that car on their lot. A friend recommended that I talk to Dan Erdei, so I went in to see what options I had to get out of my MINI lease and into this new car.Dan was extremely helpful and genuinely cared that we picked the best path to getting out of my old lease and leasing this 328xi. He and the staff at Sharpe went above and beyond to accommodate all of the nuances to my car deal. I highly recommend working with Dan at Sharpe for your next car deal.

I loved my experience of purchasing my MINI Cooper at Sharpe BMW! I was treated like royalty which included red carpet treatment and a huge bow on top of my beautiful new car inside the dealership! A big thank you to Jordan R. - I came in for the first time to bring my car in for an oil change. I had my 2 children with me. Jordan patiently answered all my questions and explained what other service needed to be done. The wait time was likely going to be a bit - but we were pleasantly surprised when Jordan showed up less than an hour later letting us know we were all set. That meant a lot to me considering I had my kids with me. He was very friendly and professional and I really appreciated all the extras in the waiting room as well - especially as someone waiting with kids. A big thank you!

I came from across the state and they made sure that everything was taken care of in my time there. I didn't need to come back or anything. Everything was taken care of for me. I drove up from Kalamazoo because our local dealer blew me off. While the process of buying a car anywhere is fairly stressful, I had an overall excellent experience with Sharpe while purchasing a 5-series BMW. They ve treated me with the utmost respect and corrected any issues I ve encountered very quickly. I will be coming back in the future and I highly recommend Sharpe BMW.

My first BMW ever, in 2012 was maintained by the team at Sharpe. (Jason B.)I returned to them in 2022 and had them service my car, they did an amazing job of informing me of the work that needed to be done (via a nifty video) and then promptly sent me a detailed invoice of all the tasks they completed.It was a quick process and they paid attention to detail, probably my best experience with a BMW service center by far.I have a pre-paid maintenance plan with BMW Ultimate care, so it felt great to walk away with a $0.00 bill for the great work done by this team.

Just bought a 2015 Dodge Durango from them. Michael Miller was excellent to deal with. Highly recommend them. Their detailers are great at cleaning up the vehicles as well. You could practically eat off the floor of the car.

We purchased a BMW X1 from Sharpe Buick in June 2017. It has been a wonderful car. In January of 2019, after giving it a winter wash, I noticed what I thought were thousands of small orange rust specks showing up in the white paint. I called our salesman,Daniel Erdei. He suggested that we get it in ASAP and the body shop would take a good look at it. He got us in immediately and gave us a loaner car. As it turns out, I was wrong. The orange specks were actually tar from driving through the summer road construction near our home. They clay barred the entire car to minute detail. Under close examination, not one speck of tar remained and the surface was left smooth as glass. Despite tying up two of their workers for a morning and afternoon, there was no charge. A true test of a dealership is how they handle situations when things come up.p.s. I would recommend Dan and Sharpe Buick to friends and family.

My wife and I had been searching for a SUV that would seat seven, and we decided on a BMW X7. Client Advisor Sander Hol was greatly helpful in the process; listening to us, answering our questions, and truly serving as an advisor. After our purchase of a certified X7, the staff "BMW Genius" Erika Agon patiently worked with us to understand this amazing car. We made the right decision!

Took my car in back in February or maybe March. Anyways, I had some issues pertaining to my 2011 bmw 335xi where the vehicle would stall randomly. Dropped it off overnight and was texted the very next morning acknowledging my appointment and description of concerns. Jason Bigelow and his staff knocked it out of the park. Not too pushy on the sale of items that were directly needed, and explained the situation in detail. I didn't get my vehicle repaired through them (too expensive) repaired myself instead. Their diagnosis was on point, and my vehicle continues to drive amazing. The bmw team here is very competent to handle any and all of your needs. Can't thank these guys enough. Keep up the good work. I'll bring in my other for maintenance soon(my x3 needs fluid exchanges)
