A big thank you to Jacob & another mechanic who solved my problem within minutes! It was a relay switch - they diagnosed & replaced it quickly - I was on the road again within a half hour!I'm a long term customer, wouldn't go anywhere else!

I can't think of taking my vehicles anywhere else for service or tires. Especially since that one time i went to discount tire and Dan gave a hard time for years. Never again. Their employee Loren is especially sweet and diplomatic. You won't find a more loveable mechanic anywhere in the metropolitan Grand Rapids Area, specifically in the area of Breton and 29th St SE. Seriously, I'm not kidding. (This review is for their Grand Rapids location)

Sad to see there are few ro da centers around nowadays. They have taken good care of all my vehicle needs for as long as I can remember. Very friendly and polite staff. Dan is the guy who runs this one. He is kind and very patient. Works well with others and Is curtious to his staff. He is a bit goofy and does stuff in his own way. Never the less the job gets done. He makes sure it's done right. They give you good estimations and provide military discounts.I recommend them over many other places which rip you off or even break other things in the process to make you come back for something else. Ronda is the place to be for sure.

This is the second time they inspected my breaks, and with close to 100k, they still assure me the time hasn't come yet. I'm impressed with their honesty when they could easily have convinced me to do the job now!

I have been going to Rhonda for almost 20 years and after today, never again. For the past six months, it seems as if they just don't care anymore. I call in and the young man on the other end is rude, and snarky. No phone manners. I called in today with an emergency fix on a tire, and no love. I told the person I have been dealing with for years, "I really need to get this fixed by Monday, I have a business trip." The response was "Sorry, can't help you". I told him I will have to go elsewhere and he said, "Good Luck with that." and hung up. I called Fox Ford and they got me on over the weekend. I guess I know where to go from now-on.

My shift locked up. Towed to Ronda who fixed by noon the next day. Great service and fair honest repairs! Thank you Jacob & Ronda!!

I called today to get a diagnostic test done on my truck the guy was so rude act like he didn t know what I was talking about I asked him how much for one to be done he said why for what I said it would tell me everything that might be wrong with my truck he then it might depending on what s wrong with it so I just hung up called the next place and they got me together! Because isn t that the purpose of a diagnostic test so you can figure out what wrong with the truck

This is my go-to place for all my car-related needs. Every member of my family goes here too. The highly skilled technicians here do high quality work in a fast manner, and provide a great value too! Some amenities are lacking, and a few employees have been a little rude in the past, but it is rare, and worth putting up with.

Of all the many years I've had my cars & van serviced on, I agree with the many customers, that Ronda Car Care Centers are very professional, friendly, & their prices are very competitive. There have been many times that I've gone there, they ALWAYS were able to get me in ASAP. Keep up the GREAT work Ronda family!! :-))

Jacob was awesome to deal with. Didn't try to upsell me anything extra, and was to the point. Great communication too. HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Honest, affordable auto care is hard to find these days. Tim, Dan, Lauren and the entire team, are top notch! They are great to work with, always are respectful and are totally honest with me about what needs to be done now and what can be done down the road. They have done all of my auto service work since 2001; everything from oil changes to new tires & wheels and even full fledged drivetrain (engine & transmission) replacement. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles.

This is an excellent place to bring your car to for service. It is a nice. Well organized and clean place. The people are very knowledgeable , Very honest and straight forward. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I would say it is the best in the market , you really can't beat it. I am very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

My son's car was having problems prior to Thanksgiving. He called Ronda making an appointment for the Monday after the holiday. However, they were able to check it out early, found out what the problem was, fixed it and he had the car back Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Great customer service!! Thank you!

Family Owned business. They make sure i have been well taken care of everytime i have been here. They have everything you need to get the job done right. Respectable people and never dissapoints. I strongly reccomend everyone to come here if you want the best service. I popped in a few times unanounced and should have had an appointment but they were still kind enough to take care of me in a quickly manner. So i thank them very much!

Great guys and great prices. They put new tires on my jeep and had me out the door in less than an hour. Very quick service and honest straight forward communication.

I typically would not post a bad review for just one or two incidents but after numerous issues with two of our vehicles not being fixed correctly the first time OR the second time - I feel a responsibility to let other people know of our experiences. From gas tanks to A/C lines to failing MAF sensors (which could have caused a major accident) to ruined after market wheels I must say I would not recommend this company to anyone PERIOD. After I noticed my wheels were completely ruined by a service technician they re-machined my wheels at no cost to me, but I will never take my vehicle to or recommend Ronda Tire to anyone.

I wouldn't go here, try somewhere else.They'll tell you it cost X amount and when you get to pay they'll add 150 to their original price.Had to get my knee and Serpentine belt fixed,They didn't fix the belt and added 150 to the final price more than the quote

I've been going to Ronda Auto Centers for 20 years. There cannot be any better group of men (other than our men and woman in the armed services) period. In all my years with them and many many cars, never once do i feel that they did anything unnecessary. They done everything they can do help me keep my costs down. I've recommended them to everyone that has asked me, and anybody that's gone has said the same thing.Thank You Lorin, Tim, Dan and the rest

Ronda Auto has been taking care of my vehicles for years now and I know that I can always count on Lauren Petersen and Tim Ronda to do a great job. I live in the Kzoo area now but still make the trip when repairs are needed. Nothing beats reliable and honest hard workers.

This is the only place I trust with my car if I am unable to work on it myself. They work hard to get you in as soon as they can. They do fantastic work, and they back it up. They are competitively priced, and they definitely know what they're doing.

had a tire fixed. 3 months later it starts leaking again. took it else where and when they dismounted it they found the spot that ronda fixed by just smearing glue all inside the tire with no patch or plug ruining it. i had to replace all the tires because of this. do not take your car/truck here if they cant fix a tire right i wouldnt trust them to touch anything

They are open until 8pm on Monday & Wednesday. My Corolla needed new tires & alignment. Great price and got me in right away. Will be heading back when I need further car service

We brought in our Saturn that was acting up. We let them know it wouldn't start after it ran for a while, but if you waited a while and came back it'd start right up. Took them 10 days to diagnose... After the first 4 days they sent it home, charged us... Next day it wouldn't start again and we had to bring it back!

Needed a quick tire change done due to a nail. Super fast and incredibly friendly. Will come back for a whole new set next spring.

This place is wonderful they got my son in and fix his tire put it on and everything after everyone else said they couldn't DO it, backed up etc they are reliable and the staff is great!
