Rodenhouse Body Shop did a wonderful job fixing the back of my car! It only took them a day or two to fix everything and they were fair with their pricing. They even offered a free rental car and vacuumed the inside of my car for me. Not only was their customer service above and beyond, they also gave me a gift card to Sobie Meats! Will definitely be returning if I need to in the future!! Highly recommend.

If you want an honest, great outcome body shop. This is the place! I have done business with them twice now. They repaired my truck and she looks new! My step son totaled my vibe and working through it with Rodenhouse was fantastic! Highly recommended and will go to them with any needs that I have!

Rodenhouse is our go to source for bodywork. This past year I have damaged the same car twice. My husband's car was hit by a deer also. In all cases Vaughn and his team are spot on in getting the job done, taking care of the insurance paperwork and providing quality repairs.

As an Independent Insurance Agent for the last almost 10 years I am always looking for quality and friendly shops to send my clients to, and this one will be added to my list for sure! I decided to go with a shop I had not used before and that was local to where I live and boy I am glad I did. Just remember you have a choice who does the work on your car and I know this place partners with top carriers as they did with one of mine so if you need work done great I would say definitely look no further and come here! Visiting relative who had some body damage while in town needed some emergency work to be able to get back home safely. Vaughn readily agreed to help, squeezed us in on short notice on a Friday, and had us taken care of same day. This is the second family member who has had work done at Rodenhouse in the last couple months. First class operation, friendly, trustworthy, and just great to work with. Rodenhouse had previously repaired my vehicle after it was hit by a plow truck, and after a few months, the vehicle was shaking a lot and jumped when shifting gears. After some investigation, we noticed a motor mount was cracked. We brought it back to Rodenhouse to see what could be done, and they called our insurance on our behalf, despite the damaged piece not seeming to be part of the incident with the plow truck. Our insurance wouldn t adjust the claim to include it, but Vaughn took care of it for us anyways and replaced a couple trim pieces that were broken. I am impressed with how quickly they were able to repair our vehicle and the kindness they extended by repairing it at no cost to us. Great service! Patty and Vaughn were professional, friendly, and made the whole process of getting my bodywork repairs completed a breeze. I was very satisfied with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, efficient, and professional results. I was so glad I was able to use one of their loaner cars instead of having to deal with the hassle of renting a car. I took my car into the dealership for a quote first since it was a lease and they were about 40% more expensive than Rodenhouse. Again, I was very pleased with the results and service so I was glad that I chose them over the dealership. Plus I like supporting local business and so do they! I actually got a gift card to a local restaurant when I picked up my car! They made the whole process easy and I would return again and again for service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very fast turnaround, was originally told 5 days and the repairs were done in 4. Free loaner vehicle is an obvious perk. Not to mention their attention to detail. Extremely easy process and communication between the shop, myself, and my insurance provider was fantastic. Feels good to know everything was taken care of professionally and reasonably priced. Vaughn and his team at Rodenhouse Body Shop have kept our family's cars looking like new for three generations. My car had acquired some rear damage from a parking lot incident. Rodenhouse Body Shop was recommended to me, so I took the car there on Monday. I was given a loaner car and told that my car should be ready by Wednesday. Sure enough, I got the call early Wednesday afternoon. It looks like new! The staff was very friendly and professional. It was done when they told me it would be done, and it looks great! I'm very happy with the service I received there and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. My wife and I had recently moved back to Michigan and I recalled the excellent service my family and I always had taking our vehicles to Rodenhouse Body Shop in Walker. Even though it had been years since using their service the owner and his wife were extremely professional did an amazing job repairing our vehicle and working with our insurance company. Our car looks like nothing ever happened and the time it took to complete the work was minimal.

I had a great experience at Rodenhouse. The car was better than expected and I picked it up cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. Vaughn and Patty were very nice and accommodating to my needs. This is the kind of small business that CANNOT be overlooked. Very professional and will recommend to others.

Rodenhouse Body Shop has repaired my vehicle twice this year and one in the past. They were professional, friendly and courteous. They handled everything with my insurance. The quality of work was excellent and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

This was my first time having to make an insurance claim due to an accident so I had no idea what to expect. Patty worked directly with my insurance adjuster which was very helpful and expedited the whole process. I was told they were going to order parts and would get back to me with a lead time due to a global parts shortage. A week later Vaughn called to inform me that my vehicle was finished. Right away I noticed a few issues... Instead of waiting for a new OEM AC condenser to arrive they bent the old one back into shape and called it good. Again, there was no communication to see if this was an acceptable solution or if I'd prefer to wait for the part on backorder. Long story short they managed to find one from a dealership out of state and fixed it correctly the second time. This may sound like I'm nitpicking, but there was also bits of masking tape left on the body panels. It was easy enough for me to pick off, but it makes you wonder how much care was really put into the repair. Also, how many more mangled/beat up old parts did they reuse that are now hidden under shiny new chrome trim/ freshly painted body panels.....The good: Rodenhouse body shop is very capable of doing great work. They quickly repaired my 2016 Chrysler Town and Country after it was nearly totalled by a snowplow truck. Thank you for making my van look brand new again!The bad: Communication was below average and it appears that they may be focusing on quantity vs quality of repairs & service.In conclusion: I still believe this is a quality "5 star" auto repair facility. Despite not getting the VIP treatment this time around I would still recommend this local business to my friends and family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I have used the services of Rodenhouse Body Shop 3 times over the past 20 years and have always been pleased with the quality of their work. Recently, I had body work done on my 15 passenger van. There was a delay in receiving the extra large part needed to complete the job. Vaughn promptly informed me of the issue and was soon able to find someone to make a special trip to Flint to retrieve the part needed. I greatly appreciated the friendly staff and the personal attention I received.

My car was hit in a parking lot and received a good amount of damage. The owners and crew at this body shop are extremely professional. I was given a time frame of when they would be able to work on it, and a loaner when I dropped it off. They took care of my car like it was their own. I am so grateful. Outstanding customer care service. Had my Honda fixed at Roundhouse a couple of weeks ago. Was badly hit from the rear. They fixed it like new! It took a little longer than anticipated but they suggested that they give me a car that i can use in the meantime. Also offered us a ride to pick and and drop off the car plus a $30 gift card! I highly recommend this shop. will certainly go back there. Prices are a little high but my insurance took care of it. Albert
