I was pleased/satisfied with the service AND prices. MAN, they were the only tire/rim establishment at the time when I was searching and looking around for my vehicle's tires (used/new) that actually had a couple in stock. Feasible as well for my budget and when I say they are SO MEATY OH EM GEE OH EM GEE SMH. NEVER ever had I gotten BLESSED(especially being a FEMALE) by an auto/tire shop like this before. I am very appreciative yo. Definitely made me feel blessed and safer on the road with my daughter. Great place!!!! I actually realized that I had been there in the past(10+yrs ago) and accompanied an affiliate and picked out a set of 2012 WU(?)rims that were going to be custom painted and we had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMOS!!! Good PEOPLE'S YO!!! WE APPRECIATE YOU

Reliable auto techs are so hard to come by but RIO CITY is my go to reliable, honest and trustworthy repair shop. They provide an exceptional service at very fair price. GREAT PLACE GREAT PEOPLE!

SENT ME AWAY WITH NO LUG NUTS ON FRONT DRIVERS TIRE.Found some winter tires on Craig's list. Turned out to be Rio City and they said for a little extra they would swap my tires for me. I was like okay awesome. Not awesome. Pulled out and made it not even a block. Called them up and Daniel the manager came and casually put them on with a unsincere 'Sorry about that'. I then called the next day to ask for a new rim because mine was completely eaten up. He tried saying that it was something that I did. So I had my dad call. He had to call several times for them to order the rim. When it was finally in almost a month later I went to pick it up and he told me to pull my car in and he would swap it. I said no thank you and he said well I need the rim or it's a $25 core charge. He tried fighting me about paying for 5 minutes. Saying how he had already paid for the new tire. He only let me have for free because I yelled "you could have killed me! You're the reason you had to replace my rim because you made a stupid mistake and left my lug nuts off! He looked at his customers, threw his hands in the air and told me to just take it.Absolutely livid. He was not sorry.

Terrible, DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO ADVANCE AUTO SERVICEDropped my car off to get one brake fixed and they lost my hubcap. They did nothing to even try to reimburse me. This place will take your money and car and run like thieves. I will never go back.

We called this garage 1/2 hr before close on a Friday night when we got a flat heading through town. They got us right in, finished our service in under a half hour, and were extremely pleasant and professional throughout. Can't imagine a more competitive price anywhere. I usually only trust myself Or my pops with my mechanic work, but when I m busy; these are the only guys I ll take it to. Just had my winter wheels changed to my summer wheels. First experience at this shop. Omar was really helpful and the service was fast (same day appointment is hard to find!) and a great price. My car drove home straight with no shaking in the steering wheel so I feel they balanced them well. I will go here again.

I've been buying my vehicles from Rio city for 7 years. They always give me the best deals and the best service. They give me oil changes for $19 rotate my tires for free. A very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them...

Used these guys for a while. Last night these guys bailed me out big time. I called them at 7:55pm....5mins to close. Wasn t a huge things but they helped me out. I got the part ordered and they gave my up front price for labor and said when I get the part just give them a call. Just above and beyond service. Highly highly recommend these guys.

This has been my mechanic shop for over 6 years. The manager and team are so very nice and they explain what they have done and are very affordable with prices. I recommend this place to everybody. They deserve 100 stars.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I found myself stuck with a flat tire and no spare, got my car towed home and was told to come to Rio city for help with a new tire. This was the best decision. I got a tire for my car, a great price, and even better service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I will NEVER go to Rio City again! I was car shopping 10 months ago and found a used dodge there. Everything seemed great for a used car and the price was right. Boy was I WRONG! In the 10 months since I have owned the car I have spent $3000 just to keep it drive able! I replaced the engine at 120,000 miles, replaced ALL brakes, shoes and rotors, replaced the alternator, and then the transmission went! When I called them the last time and told them I was not going to place the transmission, they offered to buy it back and have it towed from the transmission shop to their shop. A week later I get a call from the transmission shop saying that Rio never got my car! They just left it there and I had to get it towed. Then, I call about the sale and the owner says he won't buy the car back from me, even though we had verbally agreed on the sale and price! They claim that they take care of their customers but that is a huge lie! They sell lemons! Don't ever buy from them! And their repair service only ever half fixed my problems. Very very bad business.

When ever you need something done in an efficient, correct and quick manor you can rely on them. I had tried to drop some tires and rims off to be swapped at POMP's down the road. They sat for a week with nothing being done and no drive to finish them anytime soon. Brough them to Rio and they were done within an hour. You guys are my go to from here on out!

Needed a replacement TPMS sensor for my 24's. They took me straight away and provided me fast and courteous service. I will definitely be returning for the fast and friendly service.

Flat tire? Need a used? Go see Ivan, dude had a nice used tire for me for 45 and then located the screw and offered a patch job instead for 15. Just pulled right up, fast and friendly.Service: TiresService: Tires

I came here to have a tire patched because I had a nail in it. At first, they told me the tire could be patched and the guy pulled the nail out. After pulling the nail out, I was informed the tire cannot be patched and I can buy a used tire for $40. After checking, the young man comes back and informs me they don't have a tire for my car. I asked him what am I supposed to do now, you pulled the nail out. He tells me they can put my spare on or I can go down the street where they may have a tire for my car. I didn't have time for them to put the spare on since the other place was right down the street. So, I went down the street to 1330 Granville Avenue and the man immediately tells me, yes this tire can be patched and he did so for $15. I will never come back to Rio Auto and tires again. I think they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman.

They do good work, honor their warranties and are fair and honest. I've gotten some extensive suspension and tire work done by them, and I have been impressed I the shop each time.

My daughter needed tires for her van, being a college student she is chronically broke, Omar and the crew at Rio City had an excellent set of used tires in stock that they installed for less than 1/2 price of new. They got us thru the same day and took only 30 minutes to install. They have a huge selection of used tires as well as new ones. They will definitely get my return business.

Needed some tires mounted and balanced in a pinch, these guys were glad to help! They got me in straight away, they were friendly, they very clearly knew what they were doing and most of all I could tell that by watching them that they arent the kind of people who cut corners, they are hard workers, for them there is only 1 right way to do things. And I would be shocked if you could find a better deal anywhere around. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did

The best auto shop in Michigan. Very family oriented and the brothers that own this place are very helpful and trustworthy. I pray that God will Increase their business because both of them are as close to angels as it gets.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! I did and I regret it! I thought Omar seemed trustworthy and I was wrong! He did not tell me the whole truth about the car I purchased from him, and that is the same as lying to me. I have had nothing but problems with the car I bought from him. Even with the rims and tires, and this is a brake and tire shop too. DO NOT TRUST HIS CARS!!!!

They people who work here are sooo great. They are very nice and are always willing to work with you when you are on a budget. Whenever I need tires or have rim issues I go here now and no where else.

I've been coming here for yrs. B4 the name change. Point is...ever in that neighborhood. These guys I highly recommend. Good prices, staff are cool and they do their best to get u on your way.
