I can not even find the words to express how FANTASTIC this place is, how delightful they are to work with and what a wonderful change it is to have found a locally owned and operated establishment that can do the work well, efficiently, and honestly. It s a huge disadvantage to not know much about car maintenance and repair, labor, costs, etc. I left here getting a good amount of repairs done and not at all feeling that maybe I was hoodwinked and possibly overcharged. OH!!! And the most amazing thing they did for me was to figure out what was making this weird whining sound that got louder and higher in pitch as the speed increased. This was the 3rd place I d been to and they had no issues figuring it out and fixing it expediently. I HIGHLY recommend!!! The highest of highly recommend!!

I took my car to Ricks for the first time. They did an excellent job. Diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and fixed it in one day. I will definitely go there again.

This was the most pleasant , fast , affordable and honest service I ever had. I had My Brother and Sister inlaw car towed from Muskegon to Grand Rapids to a shop who had suddenly closed , I didn't know what I was going to do. Rick's Garage was recommended . Rick's Garage accepted my Business. My Brother & Sister-Inlaw was so pleased with the work Rick's Garage. I will be doing business with them in the future.

I found Rick's by searching for nearby mechanics and saw they had a great rating. I called them up, was able to get my wife's vehicle in on the same day, and they found/fixed the issue with the brakes and engine by the next day. Rick's garage is the very best place in west MI for any mechanical issue. Scott, who runs the shop is an excellent resource of any questions concerning vehicles. Anyone can Google, "fix ____ on my car" but Scott knows what Google doesn't and understands cost of repair vs getting practical use of over the long haul. Rick's has saved me thousands on keeping my 1998 Lincoln reliable n working across 6 states in my work territory. U will never be let down, confused or have buyers remorse taking your car to Rick's

Best honest and quick service in the area BY FAR. I went to another shop across the road and they told me my car needed $4500 worth of repairs, Rick got me on the road for less then $1000. THANK YOU!!!!

Whenever I have a problem with my truck, I call Rick s Garage and they make my problems go away! Haha they have great customer service, are quick, and price is very reasonable. Will be sticking with them as long as I can!

My experience was the best. I remember years ago when I had a mechanical malfunction in one of my vehicles and Ricks Garage not only informed me of the problem, they made me feel I was in good hands. They ve shown me that they truly take pride in their work and have been an organically stable business for over 20 years! Their prices are fair and they are extremely trustworthy. I consistently go to them for my needs because I know they are going to do great work and educate me on the malfunctions of my vehicles. I recommend their service for all your vehicles needs. Not to mention they are really nice people to work with. Don t forget them!

Great place. Had a major engine issue. Rick's Garage was quick to find the issue, good pricing, and finished the work sooner than expected. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I have an issue with my car.

The team at Rick's Garage is always polite and friendly. My father-in-law recommended I take my car to Rick's Garage to inspect a coolant repair that I did on my own. I took his advice and had Rick check it out. I was anticipating a bill for the inspection, but Rick did not bill me. This kind gesture earned my business for a recent muffler repair. The team was proactive in communicating a timeline and expense associated with the repair. Better yet, they finished the car sooner than they said they would at a cost that was lower than what was quoted.

Rick's garage is the best automotive shop I have ever done business with. The mechanics are honest and very reliable. There are never any surprise fees or charges like I've had at other shops. If you want quality reliable service I would highly recommend Rick's garage

Rick's took amazing care of my car and I. I have been having a very rough time lately and Rick's really made my experience amazing. They fixed my vehicle for a completely reasonable price and even made sure I had my vehicle for work this morning, even though the repairs were pretty extensive. They made my year by helping me out, one less thing for me to worry about, and gained a lifelong customer.

My car broke down and I took it to another car repair shop. $300 later and when I went to pick it up it was still broke. Took it to Rick's and within a couple hours they knew what was going on, gave me an estimate and Scott was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is sick of being scammed and screwed over by all of the shady car repair places.Rick's now has a customer for life.

Ricks has always been great to me. Honest about what's wrong and whether certain things need to be done or if they aren't a big deal. They do their best to be fair and price accordingly.

After any type of accident with your automobile, whether it is your fault or not, it is very upsetting. You have to make phone calls to the insurance company, which can be the second trauma in the whole experience. This is one of the many reasons I am glad I took my vehicle to Ricks Garage. They handle everything from the point I called. It was refreshing to know there is still a business that makes customer relations and completing the job to the highest satisfaction the main focus.

Brought my mercury mountaineer there today because it was making a noise when I turned. They test drive and checked it out and of course it wasn't making the noise anymore. They noticed my ball joints would need replacing soon and suggested we look into it. They were so honest and helpful we decided to do it then. They had my truck in and out in a matter of hours. Will definitely be going back in the future!
