So I usually go somewhere else but I bought a taillight unit for my car online and this place was the only place around that offered an install (it was $91) on the website I bought from, that way I got the year warranty for it.Hands down THE MOST friendly mechanic shop I ve ever had service done at, while I m sitting in the waiting room every worker that has walked past has walked past has said hello with smile on their face and they definitely seem to enjoy working hereWould definitely recommend this place to anyone! Great pricing too

When I say these guys take care of you, I mean, they make sure you are walked through step by step of the entire process. Full transparency, with message alerts to keep me up to date. Miguel and his team were courteous, professional, and fair. I won't go to another place to get my care taken care of as long as i live in the grand rapids area.JC

I really appreciate the services I recieve here at Pepinos. I was coming to them back in 2011 and finally started coming back to them in 2023 since I live close by now. Miguel and his team are phenomenal when it comes to fixing my truck. They are very polite and respectful and they always get to root of any of my problems. They are the only ones I trust fixing my vehicle! Thank you to everyone at Pepinos for always showing great customer service!

Walking into a mechanic shop often feels intimidating. This place made me feel different. They were approachable and genuine. I'll definitely be coming back. Oh yeah, car works great after receiving service.

Miguel was very honest and kept me updated . Pepino's absolutely crushed it. They're honestly the best mechanical place I've been to in Grand Rapids. They went above and beyond for my 2010 Dodge Charger. The people were VERY friendly & knowledgeable! I've finally found the place where I'm gonna bring my car from now on. I HIGHLY recommend them to other people! Thanks again, y'all!

So due my engine going bad and it being warrantied i was referred to pepinos. They worked with me and within the budget I had to get it fixed. Then a week after getting it back and a string of Michigan bad weather my car again needed to be fixed due to sliding on ice and into a city bus. They again worked with me and my coverage to get me back on the road in no time at all.

Very trusting and reliable. I have been using Pepinos for years....why...because they always find, and fix my problem. I remodel and need my vehicle for everyday work. Pepinos gets my vehicle back to me, fixed, usually in a matter of a couple days. Denise at the front desk was VERY helpful and accommodating they went the extra mile for me and my urgent situation, despite my last-minute need. Miguel was very thorough and knowledgeable and the mechanical services rendered were timely and solid. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here again! It seemed quite busy, likely because they extend that same gracious service combined with expertise to all their clients.

Their service was amazing! They picked up my vehicle promptly, diagnosed it within a few hours and gave me plenty of options for how I would like to proceed. All 3 employees I interacted with were very considerate. I have had horrible experience with towing/mechanical shops in Grand Rapids but this will now be the first place I go to and recommend in the future!

I've been bringing my vehicle here for years and I always get great service. They have a very skilled technician team and offer you options on pricing should you have a limited budget for the repairs. Highly recommended.

I needed a tow through Progressive Roadside Assistance and was paired with Pepinos. They arrived on time despite traffic and bad weather and had my car towed to a nearby mechanic in no time. Super hard working and helpful, really appreciated their work.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Good overall experience with Pepino's. I told them what was wrong with my vehicle and they accurately diagnosed it. They fixed all of the problems it originally had as well as ones that popped up along the way. Fair price and good work. I would recommend this place and I'll probably be back.

This was the best shop I've worked with. They didn't keep my car for a long period of time, they were super knowledgeable and detailed regarding the repairs, and they were reasonably priced (things can add up pretty quick tho lol). They also stayed in touch with me and answered any questions I may have had. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent service! When my 53 year old sports car "died" on Kalamazoo and 32nd, I called Pepino's. I'm very glad I did. Jose (owner) showed up about 10 minutes later and he took great care to make sure the car was safely loaded on his brand new truck. He got me back home with the car for a very reasonable cost. If I ever need a tow again in the Grand Rapids area, I will call Pepino's! Thank you Jose!

I really liked the service and the people were great. The only problem I have is that they drove my car over 110 miles and used half a tank of gas. HorribleThey are extremely over priced and charge almost $50 just to see whats wrong with your car without even fixing anything. They "looked" to see what was wrong with my car. Didn't get it fixed there because the price was outrageous. They found out it was the brakes and a leak in the break line. I told them I wasn't getting it fixed thru them because it was too expensive. Then they told me oh if you don't get it fixed then you have to pay a $50 for us looking at it. I told them no because they didn't initially tell me that when I first dropped it off. So when I came to pick up my car it wouldn't go over 10miles per hr. They did something to my car! Stay away from that place!

Pepino's is the best. They will beat any price around and do it fast. I've been going there for over 7 years and I've never had a bad repair from them. It's obvious this family business is built around long-term customer relationships.

Finding a trustworthy auto shop's isn't easy these days. I will continue to have my car repaired by them. They were up front with what needed to be fixed and gave me options. I would highly recommend them for your car repairs.

I broke down on 131 north after they were closed. Called them and they came to get my car for cheap after hours! It was very cold and since the tow guy was do busy they came and picked me up in one of their personal vehicles. So i wouldn't have to freeze. Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.

AVIOD THIS SHOP!! My car was having electric issues. They told me that everything was fine and to pick up my car. When I got to the shop they show me that my breaks lines were magically cut. They took advantage of my minimal knowledge. Terrible communication skills, Over priced, Very very rude front desk clerk!!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW GREAT THIS COMPANY IS. During a very busy time all others gave me an estimate of 2 1/2 hours. They came within in 30 minutes. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE! I highly recommend this company

The shop was recommended to my boyfriend by a friend. He loved the service he said when he drove his truck out of their it felt like he was driving it brand new off the lot again. Great job guys!!

My vehicle was completely dead at Wealthy and Division. Jose arrived and got the vehicle loaded and delivered to the repair shop. Very nice service, quick and efficient. Thanks so much.

Very honest and reasonably priced. He went over my estimate in detail and there were no surprises when the work was completed on time!
