To my surprise, this oil place was clean. The people there were friendly, and the service was good and quick. I love my car, so I am cautious who I allow under my hood, but they did a great job, and they let me know I needed wipers and tires. Thanks, everyone. I will see you when I need another oil change.....

Excellent service- friendly, knowledgeable, accessible, short wait time, and a high focus on customer satisfaction (employees explained every step taken and took time with completing the check up; they answered all questions and made suggestions for improving my truck but weren't pushy about making a sale or raising costs). I'd suggest receiving service at this location if you care about the wellbeing of your vehicle and want quality service at reasonable prices.

Came here to get an oil change before a road trip and they had great service! 2 ladies worked on my car, they were very upfront and honest, explained anything that needed to be done or was upcoming without trying to oversell me, informed me my vehicle actually had an airbag recall I was unaware of and will now be getting fixed. Very friendly and fast service.

They were quick and thorough. Offered extra services but didn t push. They made sure I didn t have any questions or concerns and gave me a full report with things they would recommend in the future. Easy!

I love this place it s my new regular. There is no rushing to get you out of there and Samantha and her other woman worker were very friendly and patient with explaining things to me. Thank you my car is running soo much better now!

I really try not to leave bad reviews but unfortunately it has come to this. Got a standard oil change here before leaving for a trip at the beginning of December and part way through Nebraska the oil drain cap comes completely undone and I lose all my oil because it wasn t fastened properly. Got it to a shop and the whole underside of the vehicle is covered in oil. After getting another fresh oil change and the cap properly secured the oil pressure has been intermittent and gives us trouble when starting the vehicle up. Have been calling the shop for the last 3.5 weeks to try and at least get a little support for the situation and nothing has come from it. Shop manager and regional manager have both had us on a wild goose chase for answers. Unfortunately will be passing this along to the state to hopefully have some form of action.

Oil Changers was such a great experience for me! They were kind and knowledgeable and kept me in the loop the whole the whole oil change! I never felt pressured to buy anything extra which was so refreshing! They were quick and genuinely seemed happy to help! Will absolutely be coming back!

I love going here since the crossover they tell me exactly what s wrong with my car during the oil change and they even with the extra mile to fix my oil leak. It s such a fun and inviting environments and it s a plus to show my daughters women empowerment, and how women can do anything thanks for your service.

Sorry it has been a minute Samatha and Cedric, but I hope its worth the wait.I brought in my 2013 Dodge Durango after lending it to somebody else. It was 1500 miles past is oil change and there was gunk in the radiator. The service was top notch, close to perfection. When I when to restart my vehicle...my engine did not want to turn over.Samantha and Cedric were calm, cool, and collected and worked patiently with me to find a solution. Their calmness and attentiveness made me feel like I had no reason to be concerned...and if I was concerned they would help me find a solution. We tried a few things and got the fluid to burp and the vehicle fired right up. My Durango is running perfectly again.They took the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable with solutions. I have used this specific location for 6 different vehicles now and it will ALWAYS be my first choice for routine service. Thank you Samantha and Cedric, you are both experts at your profession and kind, caring, considerate people at the end of the day. I appreciate you.

2/20/24- came in to get an oil change and got Jenny. Jenny went over and beyond the call of duty ensuring everything was checked out as required. I have a 2013 Cadillac and some things are difficult to get to. I've been coming to the 28th street shop for years and no one has ever went into my cabin to check the filter, but Jenny! She took the time to find a video and opened it to replace it! It was not long she did it fast which tells me no one else wanted to go through the process. Also, some had told me there they couldn't get to my power steering fluid because they didn't have the tools to do so. Well, Jenny took the time found video and guess what found it opened it and filled my fluid. Jenny went over and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was done as required. Jenny is very deserving of an employee of the month based on her job performance.
