I never write reviews. But my experience with Phil and Tyler is one to commemorate. Every time I pull in to get my oil changed, Phil has been there to educate me more on my vehicle, offer services I never knew about, but most importantly, he treats me like a friend and a human being. Nowadays wherever you go, employees are quick to not share eye contact and get you out of their face as soon as possible. Phil is a breathe of fresh air. He really cares and it makes my experience more comfortable and welcoming. Like he really wants to help me. Thank you guys !

Speedy service though I could tell they were in a rush to get me In & Out. When they asked me to pull out I had to ask them to check my tire pressure because I knew one tire was very low. I then asked if they checked the rest of what the receipt said like lights and washer fluid, their answer was Yes but I clearly knew that was not true. Miss the staff from the last company!

Did not have a good experience. Came in a couple months ago for an oil change. Long story short I noticed oil leaking a week after the oil change and took it to another shop to look at. They found that the oil drain plug was loose to the point where the mechanic could easily take it off with his hands with a few turns. Do not recommend this location

I don't usually write reviews, but the employees at Oil Changers on Leonard have always provided excellent customer service to me, its definitely time for me to leave a review. They're all so incredibly personable and knowledgeable. My engine burns oil really quickly, I travel a ton and was getting oil changes every two or three weeks before I started going to them. They've provided me with useful information and advice on how to get more usage out of my oil, to prevent me from spending almost $200 a month on oil changes. The owner, Phil, is so great to work with and it's so nice chatting with him every time I go there. He treats my vehicle like a patient at a doctor's office and has me come in regularly to check the status of my oil, rather than changing it constantly, in order for me to get max oil life. I used to go to a different oil change place and they never gave me any recommendations on how to improve my oil life, they just took my money and sent me on my way. I believe Oil Changers actually cares about their customers, rather than just trying to make a buck. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Phil and Roger are great!! When you come in to get an oil change when they are working, it s enjoyable! They are very positive and happy, which you don t get a lot at these types of places. Definitely will stay loyal to this place.

Waited 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. No extra services. Short handed. I have been there several times in the past. I will not go back again.

Very kind, very helpful, very informative. They all do a wonderful job with the oil change. But will fill up the rest of your fluid if needed. Always leave with a smile.

As a Professional Engineer, I am not easily impressed.This business impresses me immensely.They do not simply give you an oil change at a good price.You will also be treated to them stepping down a checklist (even to the extent of announcing when a fluid level is checked and that the cap is then secure) for oil filter, headlights, tail lights, backup lights and hazard lights.Visit them next time you need an oil change. You'll be impressed as well.

Dr. PHIL is amazing, had great customer service, was very happy he took over from the younger guy that was initially handling my transaction as he was so kind and easy going. ( not randy that was under the hood, I never caught the other guys name) .

I came here for an oil change a couple of weeks ago and could not have been more impressed with the staff and their service. As a female, I dislike having things mansplained to me and that often happens at places like this. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Phil and Geno, and appreciated Phil s explanation of what service was needed and why. I will definitely be back!

This place doesn t even deserve A star! The way I was treated and mishandled by Phil the manager, Saturday November 25th was absolutely unprofessional. I sat in the garage area for hours after Phil broke a piece of my tire off. After asking to speak with the shop owner or someone above him, and him refusing, he begin to yell at me and get extremely angry advising me that he would not be contacting anyone. I was locked into the garage area as he left to go find a replacement tire after mine went completely flat after the break of the tire piece. He left the door slightly cracked and advised me to call my insurance company for the tow truck to get my van out. Phil was gone almost a compete hour, during this time, the tow truck showed up and left me sitting there as they could not get in to pull the van out. When Phil returned, he was empty handed as he had spent so much time going back and forth with me yelling, there were no tire places open anymore. I lost an entire day of time, a full tank of gas, and money on paying someone to come pick me up and take me home, and having to pay someone to bring me back on Monday.I am highly disappointed and plan to email/call corporate, contact BBB, and the attorney general office if this situation is not handled with the upmost concern and compensation for my losses and total disrespect from this manager that s caused me to cry and upped my blood pressure.Someone needs to contact me ASAP!

Brought my own oil and filter still cost over $50. Didn t try to upsell me anything, I could ve used an air filter, wipers and potentially a transmission fluid service. Also left my engine half a quart short. They held my dipstick upside down so it would appear full but was really totally unreadable. I knew it was short because there was over a quart of oil left in my jug that he returned to me. Was a five quart jug. My car takes 4.5 quarts. So I pulled over as soon as I left and added the necessary oil to fill it to the top of the safe operating level.

My wife and I came in while traveling because our transmission was acting up and we were already in desperate need of an oil change. Phil and his crew were so great, honestly the best oil change service I've ever had. They were very personable, funny, and didn't judge us for our poor car maintenance. He wasn't trying to constantly upsell us on things we didn't need like so many other do, he was just straight with us and very helpful overall. Really appreciate the work they did in our time of need!Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

The service was great and quick. Overall it was 5 stars but the proce was a little steep so that was the only downside. Will definatly consider them in the future.

As a college age girl, it s easy to feel like you re being taken advantage of at car shops, but this is a place I trust 100%. They re honest, kind and efficient. Especially appreciated Phil, Dan, and Gino on my last visit, they were very honest and helpful!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I came for the first time in the beginning of 2023 and had a great experience. I knew this time around I was very low on oil and decided while I was in town I would stop at Oil Changers (I live about 45 minutes from this location) and get my oil changed. Both times the employees have been super friendly and very talkative, not just about car stuff. I have never felt more comfortable at a oil change place before. I'll continue to drive to this location when I need my oil changed simply because of the great service I have been provided

My husband brought my car to this location on 12/5/23. Needless to say, he was not happy with the poor service from technician 15232. Poor attitude, didn t know how to reset the oil life, no window stickers for oil change dates, etc, etc. Much better service at the 44th and Clyde Park location.

BEST OIL CHANGE EVER. I ve had bad experiences at other businesses in the past (so bad that an employees mistake had totaled my car in 2014). With that being said, I m usually on edge about getting this service done. Wendy and Phil were incredible. They were not only friendly but they both had a genuine, positive energy about them. They were extremely communicative with each other while working on my car and treated me kindly throughout the entire process. I ll be coming back to this location and spreading the word to all my friends/neighbors :)Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change, my oil was clean so they didn t do a change. Topped off my oil, coolant, and wiper fluids, filled my tires with air all for no charge. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service, been here multiple times in the last couple years. They take their time and do a thorough check of my car every time I m here.
