Tonight, my daughter and I stopped by O'Reilly's to pick up a headlight for her jeep. The young man working, Nevin, stood outside in the pouring rain and helped me install the light. He was very friendly and super helpful. I was grateful for his help and kindness.

I went in to get transmission fluid for Jeep Liberty. The old guy at the front desk acted like I was bothering him and I told him my vehicle make model engone size and year and he asked what trim it was and I didn't know so he said he could not help me. I went to another place and told them the same info, and they sold me what I needed. That O'Reilly has lost my business.

Absolutely horrible management. The only reason I go to a place like this is because I need a part right now. Otherwise I could get the same part online with next day delivery to my door for half the price. They were supposed to have my part delivered from their Kentwood store within 1 hr. So I went back a couple hours later at 5 pm. No part and I now have to wait until 8:30am the following day. Go there after work at 4:30pm the following day. No part delivered. No one followed up on it, in addition to having the knowledge that part delivery from sed location has always been a problem. Yet no one does anything about it. Had to end up driving a total of 5 hours back and forth and to multiple locations to just get one part that I paid way too much for. Never going to any of their locations again!

Awful service! Came in to get a small hose for a moped. The young man with blond hair came out with a hose and I said it was wrong and he got upset because it s not just about the outside diameter has to equal it s the inner diameter of the hose that counts. I m certified mechanic and was trying to teach him a little bit and he got really upset. Told me to take the new hose he cut and leave without paying for it. I use O Reillys for my business. I ve always had good service, but I will never be returning again to any O Reilly service for the attitude service, and just to tell me to walk out with something without paying for it..

Came in today to buy some new wipers for my car. A nice gentleman looked up my cars make and model and gave me a good recommendation. What really sells me is that you take the few extra moments to help to customer find the stock. O'Reilly Auto Parts takes the stress out of having to find and buy car parts!

I had recently bought a windshield wiper on a very, very low budget and you get what you get. I left a great review from the last O Reilly store in Jenison.I had to replace the cheap one I bought so I went to O Reillys on Plainfield. Only have enough for the cheap one excuse me, so Nevin put on the windshield wiper for me, and It did not fit proper to the windshield. Without hesitation we went back inside, and he took care of the situation, making a very happy customer leaving a review right now to tell you not to hesitate to go to O Reilly s auto parts if you want professional help with auto care.

It's 5:30pm Monday and car dies. Battery is died. I managed to get to O'Reilly's on Plainfield. Went in and ask if they could sell me a battery and install in my car. Young guy before the counter said let's take a look. Said it says difficult. Takes a look and my battery was covered in battery acid crystals. Said he could do it. It was a little harder than it looked but after a few trips back inside to get different tools. He changed it. Got it looking like new and got me on my way. Got a customer for life.

Today I went into O'Reilly's on Plainfield and had the best service from Raidon. I needed a headlight and he put it in for me. I offered him a tip and he didn't want to take it. He was very kind and professional and I certainly will be back and recommend this place. Thank you again Raidon!

Guy at the counter got me my parts quickly. Had a problem with a part failing and the warranty replacement was handled quickly with no issues.

O'Rielly Auto parts is a top notch regular auto parts store. They can usually find parts that none of the other regular auto stores have in stock and usually at a lower price.Most of the staff are helpful and will usually assist you with your car if you can't figure out the problem.

O'Reilly clearly has a solid training program for its staff. No matter who I deal with I feel like I am getting good answers to my questions. Everyone seems happy and engaged in what they are doing, and you don't see that very often these days. Very satisfied customer!

In this age of vanishing customer service, this store still has it going on. I recently had a problem, pulled in, and the manager, himself, came out to my car and fixed what I needed. With a smile, even. If O'Reilly stores all hire such excellent employees, people would be plain foolish to go anywhere else for their auto needs. I'm thrilled that I've found this one on Plainfield Ave in Grand Rapids. Couldn't be more please and couldn't recommend it more highly.

Been coming here for years and for the most part have had fantastic service. I once bought a part to fix my car's exhaust pipe and I realized it probably wouldn't work. I went back in to ask for advice and the employee came out and looked at my exhaust pipe, got me the part I needed and crawled under my car to install it himself. It was also rainy out.Unfortunately not all experiences have been like that. Last week I bought several parts for my car. One part I had to order in Since they didn't have any in stock. I ordered it Friday morning and picked it up Friday night. My buddies and began working on the car and when we got to the part I ordered, we realized we had been sold the part for the wrong side. By now O'reilly was closed. Nothing else we could do but leave the car jacked up and go to the store in the morning.I get to the store Saturday morning and am told they don't have the correct part I ordered and they won't get another shipment in until Monday and that I have to wait until then. Well I had to be in Detroit that night plus I work all Monday so I absolutely needed my car ready within the next few hours. I ran over to AutoZone and luckily they had the part I needed.Everyone makes mistakes, I understand this. What I find unacceptable was when I went to return the incorrect part O'Reilly sold me, they refused to take it back and refund me my money. I had my original receipt, but because it was in a different cardboard box and now considered "used" since we had tried to install it only to find out we were sold the incorrect part. Between getting sold the wrong part, being told I would still have to wait several days to receive the correct one, and then the refusal to refund me my money just makes me never want to go back.My brother and I have spent a lot of money here on parts and have always planned to keep spending more but the entire mishandling of this event with a $60 part has made me an AutoZone guy now.O'Reilly has been great store, and for the most part I have received great service from knowledgeable people. But I will be shopping elsewhere for the time being.

Ass, straight ass. The guys that work at this location know just as much about cars as my grandmother. 3 out of 4 times I go there they give me the wrong parts and the worst part is they'll do it to you multiple times on the same project. Nothing like blowing your money on gas instead of parts. I once had to argue with and measure a part in front of an employee because he insisted that it was the correct part afyer I brought it back. It most definitely was not. I Will NEVER return to the Plainfield location again.

If I could no stars I would!!! Will never go here again.. One of the workers were staring at us the entire time we were shopping then as we were leaving stopped my 17 year old daughter and asked her where the tire caps went she was carrying around and she said my dad didn't want them so I put them on a shelf.. He gave her Grief about that so she asked do you want me to go get them and he said yes... She was humiliated and embarressed.

The staff here are amazing. My car battery i got from them was just outside of the warranty and they went out of their way to make it so they could cover it under warranty anyways.
