Bought a 2012 Outback from Joe. Can t recommend him enough! Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Joe is honest, kind, and goes above and beyond. This is the place to go! Super happy with my car.

Joe was super straightforward and easy too work with. I called him the week of Christmas and made arrangements to meet him as he was the only staff working that week. Easy to communicate with via text. He generously attended to some details on the Saab 9-7x I bought from him that were a little quirky when I picked it up. Great experience and I got a really fun quality vehicle for a great price. Would definitely buy from him again.

I can't say enough how awesome these folks are. I personally saw them giving honest advice to every customer (even discouraging one from making a poor decision on a vehicle). They were also very respectful to my son, and they were unbelievably helpful throughout the process.

Joe gave us a good deal on a used car and when the brakes needed fixing about a month later, he fixed the backs for free and gave us a great deal on the front brakes. I would buy a car from him again and likely will.

I bought my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek in 2016 and am still driving it. This car has been very reliable and although it has a rebuilt title, it drives perfectly normal. My only complaint is that the clearcoat has started chipping away from the portions of the car that were repainted after repair. The staff has always been very helpful, even when I called 7 years later wondering about a few things. Highly recommend.

I purchased a salvage title 2018 subaru outback last october and have nothing but good things to say about Niewiek! My husband and I came out to look at a different car but it was already sold (they move quick!!) but Joe was happy to show us what else he currently had. He was incredibly upfront about the damage that had been done to the car, showing us the carfax and explaining what repairs had been done. He let us test drive immediately and was happy to answer any questions we had. He was also very knowledgeable about possible financing from various banks/credit unions in the area. We ended up buying the car on site and because all of the checks (brakes, fluids, etc.) hadn t been done yet, Joe told us to go ahead and take the car for the weekend and then bring it back the following wednesday to check it all out. He said that he thought just the back brakes would need to be replaced and that it would be included. When we took it back, he checked everything out and ended up replacing all 4 brake pads for no extra charge. He was incredibly honest about everything. It s sad to see some of the other reviews on here, because while some people say that Joe is rude/not helpful, I just found him to be incredibly honest and businesslike (apparently some people can t handle that?). And as far as price, I thought it was INCREDIBLY fair pricing in the current market. It is typical for salvage titles to be 15-20% than the exact same car WITHOUT a salvage title, and our car was right on that 20% mark, even with aftermark wheels, lift, etc. additionally, about a week later we had some issues with the battery and we called him and he told us to bring it in, no problem. He fixed the issue and assured us to reach out if we needed absolutely anything. This was so reassuring. We ve now had our car for about a year and it s been incredible. Definitely going to be seeking out Niewiek for when our other car needs to be replaced! If you re looking for dealership that s going to pour you some champagne while you look around, this isn t it, but if you re looking for an honest salvage dealership that knows the heck out of subarus, you re in the right place.

Upfront and straight to the point. Stayed late on a Friday night to allow us to test drive a 2014 Outback.It has been a month, car runs flawlessly. Exterior is in great condition after the repairs that were done. Would recommend giving them a call.

I purchased a Subaru from Niewiek and could not be happier with the service. Joe and Donny are fabulous. Both friendly and helpful. Donny made special arrangements with me to take the car for a test drive during off hours on a weekend., which was greatly appreciated and made the whole process easier. They were more than willing to let me take it for a used car inspection and really accommodated anything we needed to get the deal done. I am very glad we stopped in there when we were just looking for a new car. I can't recommend them enough!

Would recommend to others bought a very old Jeep even though there was no warranty Joe insisted I bring the vehicle back to him immediately to fix a minor issue with the brakes free of charge, and even paid for the tow. So again would recommend.

We had a great experience with Joe and Nick of Niewiek Auto Sales! Recommended to us by D&L Auto Sales when we needed the transmission on our 1992 Chevy G30/Coachman Motorhome checked out. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Nick rode with us in our van and was able to diagnose the issue in a matter of minutes. Joe took time out of his busy schedule to talk with us and work out time to have our van worked on since we were scheduled to leave on a year-long trip that week. Along with being well-informed, they were able to explain what was happening in terms we could understand and their pricing was very fair. Even when we called back 6 weeks later with a few more detailed questions, they were able to talk us through everything. They also said that if we had any trouble on the road working with other mechanics to call them and they would help out with whatever advice they could. Amazing service and experience. We definitely recommend Niewiek Auto Sales!

I m only giving one star because I can t give zero. Bought a car that I waited a week for because it wasn t ready . He assured me the time was to go over and make sure it didn t have issues. Car was making a grinding noise within days. He said he would fix anything they missed. I brought it back to him (an hour each way) and he said he fixed it. Still making grinding noise. I called him back to set an appointment and he said next week and then on that day he said he couldn t do it, maybe another week. I do not have time to drive it back and forth and I was upset that he wouldn t hold his word. He said I will not be attacked , which I never threatened him. He said he would fix it but that I needed to sign something saying I would not tell anyone the truth. Sorry, sensoring me does nothing set well.

I live about 800 some odd miles away from these guys, but they had the truck I wanted. Corey was so great about helping me make this long term dream a reality. He sent pictures of everything I asked about and answered all of my questions. I had no hesitation making the 15 hour drive to go pick up the truck based on everything I'd been shown. The best part was when the state was dragging their heels on my title transfer, Corey sent the paperwork I needed to my revenue office here in AR to appease them, and his business partner went directly to the powers that be up there to get the ball moving a little faster. Within a week, I had everything I needed and was good to go. I'm so grateful to them for doing that for me! Based on this experience, I would absolutely buy from them again!

This dealership is absolutely fantastic, we were so lucky to find the Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid online that led us to this establishment. Joe exceeded our expectations, answered all questions and was very helpful throughout the process.

I was in need of a good cheap used car and looked at his lot on New Year's Eve. No one was in office but the lot had some cars I was interested in so I went home and looked up phone number. I got the dealer on his cell phone coming back from the auction with the car I ended up buying. Good service and friendly. Recommend him highly.

I felt like an inconvenience. I went here yesterday to check out a couple vehicles around 2pm. The posted hours were open until 6. There lot is full of cars that I wanted to know more about but when I got there he was on the phone so I looked at the cars outside and waited for him to come out. When he did he seemed to be headed out and like he forgot about me.

Terrible customer service, went to look at a car within business hours and the office was closed one of the mechanics came out the back and said yeah they re usually late . I waited around a little and was told yeah he just texted me back won t be in for an hour . Why even post business hours online then ? Place looked super shady anyway so glad I won t be buying from here.

Went to check out a car. Half of the cars look broken down which is unsettling. Office personnel wasn't there upon arrival. Pacing back and forth while waiting for assistance and found a rat giving birth in the corner.
