Leaving work, yep, heavy snow on the windshield. Too heavy for the wipers, connectors snapped. Made it safely to the NAPA on 4 Mile. Kudos to Todd at NAPA, he got the right replacement and put them on .Well done and thank you!

Been going here since I was old enough to buy parts. Never had a bad experience here. Unlike many other parts stores, these guys always actually know what they're talking about which is great!

It's an auto parts store What else can you say They sell a lot of parts that are made in China very few that are made in USA why is that? Lots of rebranded dorman parts dorman means failure and I'm not kidding I replaced literally three dorman window regulators just to get one to work. It is not Napa's fault All parts stores have the same junk just at a different brand or look on the package. So ask the guy at the counter which parts come back more ask him if he's got a part that he would buy honestly and don't ask the guy that's 18 years old he hasn't fixed enough things to know which is right and will last I know this is not the comment they wanted me to put down here but what else can you say about a parts store they're all the same doesn't matter what the name is on the building They have the same parts in a different box made by the same company kind of like buying a box fan at store each store has the same box fan but it has a different names clip to the front of it everything is that way.

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me get the right part and the tools to replace it. Store was clean and stocked. Recommend NAPA on 4 Mile and Alpine

NAPA is great, this store is HORRIBLE! With 5 people in line, 2 workers at the counter help one guy, while the third worker pulls his breakfast out from under the counter and disappears into the back. Drive a few miles north and go to NAPA in Sparta, those guys are great.

Stopped in yesterday after work to buy a couple of lug nuts and a bolt for my Jeep.He went outside to ensure they were the correct ones.Josh was very, kind, helpful and patient and even took the time to teach me how to put those damned air cans of refrigerant in my Jeep.I then got to discover that my a/c compressor does actually work and Josh saved me $150 which I was quoted, to take it into a shop. Thank you for your time !Napa, this man deserves a raise !!!!

Surprised the desk worker when I said I needed a 74 mm 15 flute socket for a standard ratchet for an oil change. Astounded him when I showed a picture, he confirmed that was the necessary tool, and they had it in stock. (Entirely odd request for a niche part, I do not begrudge said worker)10/10 Would flabbergast again.

Who doesn't love a Napa well educated people always have the part it's just a great place to get good parts and it's a One Stop Shop store

Napa is the best. I have e saved so much money buying parts from Napa and installing them myself as compared to going to a auto repair shop.
