Been here twice in last 2 weeks. David and Brian took good care of us. Got the car looked at diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours for both jobs. Fair prices, and some of the BEST customer service around. Brian even personally texted me the next day to thank me for my business. Same day service, no waiting around for 1-2 weeks with an appointment trying to get your car fixed. (all reputable shops in the area were booked up two weeks out) but not Muffler Man .

Wow! Just wow! This place blew me away from my expectations. Dave and the crew who worked on my 16 Silverado made my exhaust one of a kind experience. Picked out a muffler, had them do a dual exhaust on my truck and told them what I wanted. They made it happen and made my truck not only sound very deep/aggressive but perform better too. Honestly go here with all your vehicle needs that they have to offer because they definitely have won a customer for my mechanical needs!Service: Exhaust

A great deal at a great price. They told me I'd have to wait an hour before service began and had me in and out in an hour! Thanks for the honest expectation setting and then beating it! Also, one of the best conversations with a group of (to me) strangers I've had in a long time. Really left me feeling good about who and what humans can be. All while getting my oil changed-who knew?!? Who looks forward to getting their oil changed? I do now!Service: Oil change

Honestly it's always a great visit. Family ran, and they will give you a good deal and shoot you straight. They are fair on pricing and can explain what is wrong with your vehicle so you understand.I go here every chance I get. Holly and Family are always a joy when you wait for your vehicle to finish up.

Driving to work, my exhaust was suddenly loud and embarrassing. The next morning, I called Muffler Man in Standale, Michigan. Their receptionist was nice and polite, taking care of my car's needs that very morning. Made it to work on time and feeling much better for a soothing drive. I could not have asked for better, and the price was totally acceptable.

Highly recommend coming here to get tire work/new tires installed. I woke up with a flat tire, they were able to get me in, fix the flat, and then install a new set of tires within a day! I didn t even have an appointment. Very quick turn around. Very reasonable prices. I paid less than Costco, BelleTire, and Discount tire for a set of 4 new tires!!Service: Tires

I can't say how much I appreciated the service and professional business I received by Nick and his team. I thought my 2004 Pontiac Vibe was ready for the scrap yard, but they worked a miracle on my car and got it back to me within less than 24 hours at a very fair price. Every phone call was informative, truthful, and professional and I felt so confident that myself and my car were being treated fairly. They were able to get us in quickly and fix my mom's breaks. They only charged her for what she needed. So ladies this shop is friendly and will not take advantage because you are a women. Great customer service.

I am so happy with this place! About a month ago, right before a huge snow storm, I was in desperate need of a set of tires. I was not having any luck and these guys were able to sell me a nice set of tires and install them all within about two hours! I have since brought my wife's car in for an oil change and rotation, as well as having an exhaust leak fixed on my vehicle. I highly recommend Muffler Man on Lake Michigan Drive! I dropped off my boyfriend's 2015 Malibu with electrical issues at almost closing time and had a call the following day just an hour and a half after open the very next day, letting me know it was complete! I'm elated at how quickly they got to it even though they were already slammed! There are numerous garages closer to home but I just knew I had more confidence in this shop because of history with my own vehicle! Very pleased! We will definitely return!Service: Electrical

Great place for your general car needs like oil changes, brakes, suspension etc. May need a day or two in advance for parts depending on your car but they'll always tell you before you commit to a service. Nick is especially easy to talk to and work with and I highly recommend this particular Muffler Man over some of the others in the area for their quality of customer service and honesty.

Woman who works at the front desk is such a horrible person. I can't believe someone actually made the choice to have her work in customer service. Genuinely mean to everyone I seen come in while I waited 3 more hours than 3 hours for an oil change.Also when my car got done they claimed I had a head gasket leak that needed to be fixed ASAP or my car would die immediately. I was skeptical so I got a second and a third opinion from other mechanics in the area and they both clearly showed me nothing was wrong at all. A clear swing and miss attempt at scamming me.

This Muffler Man location has been my go to auto service for over 10 years. I buy new cars and sue the dealer until the warranty is up and then go to Muffler Man. They are very personable, professional and good quality service. They are very competitive in their quotes. They are honest in their service recommendations and problem solving. I was treated very well at Muffler Man. I went in for a simple fix on my family's only car. We got it fixed the same day and for a very cheap price. The mechanic was extremely detailed in what needed to be fixed and told me exactly what he planned to do and it ended up costing less than he expected. Very glad I went there!

This place is a joke!!! I brought my vehicle there for 1 specific weld job and after an hour of waiting they came back with every problem my car has..lol. like I don't know its my work beater with over 250k on it. They said they wouldn't do it unless they replaced the new part that I just installed. I brought my vehicle 10 mins down the road and within a half hour and only $20 my leaking exhaust purs like a kitten!!!

They tried charging me $650 to install a muffler muffler only then they tried claiming I needed a catalytic converter so I showed I had one on me car already there s no way possible it cost $650 to install a single muffler on a 98 Camry.

Love getting oil changes, tires and maintenance done here on all our vehicles. Prompt, professional service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff and fair prices. It's nice to see a small, local business dedicated to their customers and doing things right. We drive from the lakeshore just to do business with them and to ensure our cars are well taken care of.

I m not usually one to post reviews, but was compelled after reading some of the very negative reviews. I have been taking my car here for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone that works here. The woman I speak with on the phone explains things to me simply, and their pricing is very fair. When I come with a problem they do not specialize in, they always have recommendations for other shops in the area.Great place to go for many car issues! I definitely recommend.
