I had to get my front end redone after a mudflap from a semi blew off and hit my car. It was quite extensive damage and my car looks brand new. Jose was wonderful to work with and did a great job. I will definitely be coming back if I need any more body work done in the future.

I can t say enough good things about Morales. A neighbor backed into my truck just 3 weeks before we leave for the winter. I got estimates the next day from recommended body shops but they were scheduling weeks out. So I decide to try other shops. Morales is a neighborhood shop and highly reviewed so I went there first. Jose Morales gave me an estimate and said he could get it done fast. He worked with the neighbor s insurance to expedite the claim and GOT IT DONE. Yes, it was the day before we left, but the body work is flawless and only a minor glitch in the trailer hook up plug that he repaired in 10 . Jose also told me that if any problems should arise in our winter travel that I should save the receipts so he could get them paid when we get back. He also made a follow call to me after I picked up the truck to make sure all was ok. Nice!

I had some damage to the front fender on my truck and Morales Auto Body (Jose) were not the lowest price (<$100 diff), but was closest to my house and had really good ratings. I couldn t be happier with every aspect of the service. All the work performed was exceptional! They also took care of a few minor scratches and included the work in the original estimate. They cleaned the interior and washed the outside and the work was done in just a few days. I got estimates from a couple of mega shops which were considerably more (one was over three time the amount of Morales estimate!). I ll take a small shop over a big, shiny mega shop any day (higher overhead).Reasonably priced + exceptional quality + dealing with a man of integrity = five stars every time!

The rear bumper of my Honda Accord was badly dented due to a parking lot incident. I thought I needed a new bumper (cost of a $1000), but Mr. Morales offered another option of trying to bang out the damage for $75. I took him up on this approach and the bumper looks AWESOME!! Perfectly smooth and no indication at all of damage.

Jose & his team did a great job repairing damage done to my front fender, he was able to buff out scratches on my headlight cover as well keeping costs down instead of replacing it, I appreciate his integrity! Also- I was shocked to get into my car after service was finished and see they had fully detailed the interior!!! I feel like I have a brand- new car! I have taken my car here twice in recent years. I just got my Yukon back today after having to fix both driver side door and rear door, a quarter panel and some other parts. The whole process was very transparent from beginning to end. Morales auto has very reasonable pricing and great customer service. The paint job matched perfectly and was flawless.

I want to thank Jose and his team for doing such outstanding work that far exceeded my expectations!!! My experience was consistent with all of their other great reviews!! Their work was perfect and they went above and beyond what was required for my repair, addressing rust spots that were not in the area of my damaged trunk!!! I could not have asked for more!!! My car was returned to me sparkly clean inside and out, and as so many others have said, I too feel like I have a brand new car!!!! His pricing was very fair and affordable for me, as I was paying out of pocket. Working with Jose was a positive experience and I will be very happy to refer others to him!!! Thanks so much Jose!! Exceptional service and best price. Professional communication throughout the entire experience and the repairs dent and paint damage from hitting industrial garbage bin were finished ahead of schedule! My VW looked brand new on the outside, and the inside was detailed at no additional charge. So rare to get service that over delivers these days this is the place!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car in after a bad hit and run and Jose was able to take my car the very next day! He worked fast and did a great job of communicating with me and my insurance through the whole process. He did whatever he could to save me money and went above and beyond with making my car like brand new. I was so happy with everything and they even cleaned the inside of my car. Awesome job and I will definitely be coming back if I ever need more work done!!

I got quotes from four different auto body shops before finding Morales Auto Body & Paint. They were the only shop that gave me a fair and accurate quote. Excellent customer service, wonderful job fixing a tough dent, and they got all the work done in only a couple of days.

I cannot speak highly enough for Jose and team at Morales Auto Body & Paint. I was never so happy to have had my truck hit by a stranger in a parking lot...who then referred me to Morales AB&P. The minor damage which was done to my front bumper is what took me to Morales, but I also had some rust starting and chips all across the front bumper from 130,000 highway miles. They removed the entire bumper, ground out the rust, sanded the whole thing to remove all the chips, repainted and clear coated with a flexible additive to reduce potential for new chips happening, and the color was a perfect match to my truck. The price for all this work was very affordable, and they detailed my truck, as well! What a delightful surprise!Bottom line? The best quality of work I could have possibly hoped for, at a great price, from wonderful people who are trustworthy, respectful, and honest.

This was my first experience at Morales, and I have to say that I am VERY pleased with their work on my Chrysler 200. Great customers service and very reasonable prices. This has become my favorite shop in Grand Rapids, and I would definitely come back if future work needs to be done on my car. Thank you so much Jose!!

I needed a deep scratch and a small rust spot covered up on opposite sides of my Hummer H2. The first body shop I went too wanted $2100 because they needed to Disassemble the rear of my truck for whatever reason. The next place I called refused to look at pics and wanted me to drive by, not easy when their shop was only open while I was working. But Morales quoted be about a 1/3 of what this other place wanted, took only 3 days vs 7, and gave me a quote after I sent one email. It looks brand spaken new! You can t even tell their was any damage in these areas. I hope I don t need any more work done anytime soon. But y all have earned my repeat business! Great work!

I found Jose to be very thorough in his work. I had a small fender bender that was not worth claiming. His workmanship and paint work turned out nice. Based on this experience i would recommend his shop.

I am very impressed by the service and quality of the work done by Jose on my Toyota prius. I needed new front bumper and morales team done beautifull job on my car and made my car look like new again. Also the price was reasonable. Thank you very much jose.

Did a damn good job on 2018 Yukon XL fair price even better work. Dealership said 2100$ they said 900$ for same job! I highly recommend plus it only took two days

Jose has painted both my parents cars in the past and has always done an amazing job. He can lay down paint on a Mercedes better than the factory can! Great work at a great price
