My Wife recently purchased a CPO Mini Cooper S 4 door Hardtop. The sale wasn't the easiest one we have ever had, but Michael kept his Composure, Jason was incredibly responsive, and Shawn made sure the signing process was done in a timely manner to make sure we could fit it in our busy schedule. Michael did a great job going over the tech in the car with her during the delivery process, and she even got a little stuffed Mini for her Dash board. She Absolutely loves her Mini! Thank you Sharpe team for helping her find "The One"!!!

If I could give this MINI dealership a higher rating I would. I was passing through the area traveling home back to Tennessee and my Mini needed an oil change. I stopped in with no appointment or any prior arrangements made. MARK SCHURIG was the best he got my Countyman serviced and back on the road quick. The dealership is clean and very nice compared to my local dealership in Tennessee. I would recommend them to anyone in need of service!

Sharpe BMW & MINI of Grand Rapids provides unparalleled customer service as we ve never experienced at any other dealership. They are friendly but not pushy, offer fair pricing for trade-ins, and follow-up afterwards to make sure everything is going well. The service department even sends a personalized video of their work as they do it!We will continue to return for future car purchases and recommend it highly - to everyone! Ok, I never write reviews. But the experience my wife and I had at Sharpe Cars Mini of Grand Rapids was so positive that I need to write this one. Mike Miller, his manager and the team at Sharpe Mini showed a level of integrity and helpfulness I did not expect from a car dealership. My wife and I look forward to returning for future automobile needs.

Michael Miller is an amazing sales representative at Grand Rapids Mini and treated me exceptionally well. He amazingly sent a car/driver to bring me in from Detroit area. Everything was on point from the condition of the vehicle on delivery to the paperwork in the F&I office. Grateful to get a new Mini from this dealer and look forward to working with their service team. Great Experience!

Such clean and sharp dealership. They hosted a fun drive event in their parking lot open to the public with NO sales pressure. They simply put us behind the wheel, put us on a closed course within their parking lot (~30 seconds in length), and had us all driving as fast as we can throwing those great cars around! Cleanest dealership I've ever seen AND friendly staff and event staff. Looking for a MINI, go no further!

Sharpe is certainly not the cheapest auto service I have been to but they are one of the best so I suppose you get what you pay for.Service commitments are made and kept. Technicians are skilled and professional. The concierge service is, just, superb.In particular, I call Mark Schurig who was great in handling my service. He was timely in communication with a relaxed professional style while being thorough and an expert on my (older) mini. He was a true pleasure to work with - highly recommend.

Great experience with this dealership. I bought my first mini here and serviced it here for 6 years. The sales and service staff is friendly, reasonable. I moved from Grand Rapids else I still would have continued servicing my car here.

Five stars for Shaun for coming to my home to give me a personal orientation of my new 2020 Countryman! Shaun walked me through the entire operability of the high-tech, fully-loaded 2020 (after my basic 2014!) Countryman and answered all my questions. He's the best -- and I love this MINI!

We just purchased our first Mini. My wife has had her eyes on Clubmans for a while now, and I stopped in a few months ago and saw what they and Sharpe were about. Totally impressed. Mike showed me what they were about and wasn't too sales-man-ee, very professional. Even though I didn't purchase right away Mike kept me up to date on anything pre-owned that came in that looked like a fit. We finally pulled the trigger this week when he sent me a pic of a sweet Kite Blue Countryman. Sales process was seemless and the whole team was polite and professional from the GSM to their F&I guy. We'd buy from them again. 5-Star.

The service department here is amazing! Whenever I need something done it s a quick online schedule and then I just head on in when the day comes. Hand over the keys and kick back in their waiting area while they take care of whatever it is I need done. Excellent service every single time, no hidden fees, everything is upfront and presented accordingly.

I just finished the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The sales consultant (Bob Fairchild) was excellent he was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining everything about our new MINI. But most important he listened to us and was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. I m excited to be a new MINI owner and am hopeful that it performs as well as Bob and the Sharpe Dealership.

I enjoyed working with the folks at Mini of Grand Rapids. It had been a decade since buying my last vehicle and I was looking for something different in a car. I was greeted and worked with Shaun, who took me through a fact based no pressure conversation and demo about Mini Coopers. I have been driving my Mini for just over 30 days. I am a Mini Cooper and Mini of GR fan! :)

My experience here was WOW... I drove over an hour to buy from this dealership & it was more than worth the trip. Shaun Waid sold me my first MINI and I LOVE it. He truly has a passion for these vehicles and his knowledge of the intricacies of each is second to none. The sales persons here do not work on commission, and it is their love of the brand that drives them. This was so refreshing! Both he and the Finance Manager Nick went above and beyond all expectations I had. Nick worked tirelessly to accommodate my financing needs. The environment is very welcoming and friendly- not the experience I have had at other dealerships. I will highly recommend MINI of Grand Rapids to everyone admiring my new ride!

The staff at The Sharp Collection provided all the steps from test drive, finance and delivery.Jason did a great job showing my options on a purchase on my 2016 Mini Cooper S and a test drive. Nichole provided a simple explanation of my financing options with no pressure for additional services. The delivery of the car and the training by Joe was nice experience. He explained all the features on this high tech car.Over all a great experience.

I usually don't review many things or places but this time I thought I would share my experience. First, I purchased my mini in 2013 and since have purchased two additional cars from mini. The sales team are amazing Jason and Shaun both did a great job. I have been servicing my mini at Mini of Grand Rapids since my purchase. Friday I took my mini in because the exterior light failure warning light was on, when I called to make the appointment I told the service department that it was the license plate light buibs that needed replaced. It was told to me that on the high end it would cost 50 dollars. When I took the car in, sure enough it was the license plate light builbs, she told me it would be 100 dollars. I have been a loyal customer for years is this greed or dishonesty, I left and took it elsewhere and it cost me 38 dollars....How sad is this, that a reputable company like Mini of Grand Rapids would treat a loyal customer this way.

Shaun Waid at MOGR is wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable about MINIs and makes looking for and purchasing a new car a fun experience. I have purchased 4 MINIs from him and have never been disappointed. Can't think of anyone else I would go to for a vehicle. Always have a good time when I visit the dealership.

Mini of GR went above and beyond in helping me with some major repairs to my 2016 Cooper S. The customer service I received from the service department was unlike any I ve received at any dealership or repair shop for that matter. The professionalism, courtesy and communication was far beyond any other experience I ve ever had. What was originally an unfortunate circumstance resulting in repairs was quickly turned into a positive outcome. The service department far surpassed my expectations and have a customer for life thanks to the positive interactions I ve experienced each and every time I ve been in contact with their world class team.

Hands down best auto-repair experience I ve ever had! Drove all the way from Traverse City because no where in traverse works on mini coopers (or if they do they re booked out months.) Was expecting to get finagled into other fixes or a lot of money in expenses, considering in Traverse that s all I ve ever had, being that I m a young female. Mike at Mini was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. My car was in and out in 3 hours, it ended up being a recall, therefore it was free. I really thought being that we weren t spending money, I was sure they would find another problem for me to pay for, but they didn t which was awesome! Not only incredible experience car-wise, but we also got shuttled for free to and from the mall (in brand new luxury cars) with two very friendly drivers. 10/10 would recommend even making the drive. What an incredible experience!

It's great to know that we can call or stop in personally with any questions we have with regard to our new Mini Cooper. Shaun and Jason have been particularly helpful and attentive in explaining the different features that are included in our vehicle. Their personal attention has been exemplary. We are looking forward to attending the various Mini Cooper events....... they make us feel like friends. Great car! Great dealership!

made appointment 2 weeks in advance for a new key fob and passenger seat sensor to be recalibrated or replaced. Got there, checked in, and went to waiting room. After 2 hours I got my car back, no key, and seat wasn t fixed because they couldn t get it to do it. they said they washed my car but they didn t because it was still dirty. And did a bumper to bumper inspection and told me all what was wrong with it. To top it off, my car ran fine and had no issues before it went there, now it s in a power derate and I ve got codes for a bad Turbo, wastegate and my valve cover bolts were loose. I stood at parts dept window for 40 mins before even being seen and they didn t even have parts I was looking for. never going back there and if you value your car you shouldn t either.

Joe Turner sold me my mini in September of 2016 and I am totally in love with it! It is my first Mini Cooper and he made the process extremely easy for me as it was also my first leased-vehicle. He was and is to this day, very clear and helpful and still stays in contact to make sure everything is going well and to see if he can help in any way. Also, the Mini events are super fun to attend!! I would highly recommend Joe as a great contact; he's not just interested in selling you a car -- he makes a point to get to know you and what you really want!
