Ryan Kramer is wonderful to work with! We first walked into Midway Rv Center over a year before we made our purchase. Ryan is very knowledgeable and was patient answering all of our questions. He always takes his time to make sure that our needs are meet. Ryan never made us feel pressured or forced us into something just to make a sale. When you work with Ryan you are able to put your guard down and just enjoy the experience knowing that you re in good hands. Also we are very pleased with the service department and their facility. The other Ryan in the service department is another wonderful asset at Midway. He made sure that we understood all of the systems and operating procedures with our beautiful Dutch Star. Both Ryans are true professionals and made many recommendations that have saved us money. I look forward to working with them in the years to come. Thank you from both Norm and Kathleen

WOW . What a great group of people to work with. We were traveling in our Newmar 43 ft Class A Coach and while in Southaven, MI, one of our slides developed a problem. One of the metal brackets, under the slide, lost ALL six screws and was hanging down about 3-4 inches. Of course . It s the weekend. This is an important part of the Coach slide and . This is not good.On Monday, I called Newmar to find an Authorized Dealer. They suggested I call Midway RV in Grand Rapids only an hour away and it s in the direction we were traveling anyway. Yeaaaa !!The Service staff were very friendly, and helpful. Scheduling with Dave, the Service Mgr, was pleasant. He said I can t get you in at all today.. (Monday), but probably Tuesday morning, if you can be here by 8:30 AM. I said Certainly . I then asked if they had room for us to park & plug-in . Dave said yes! . Perfect, we will see you about noon today !! We drove up Monday, parked & plugged in, very thankfully.Early Tuesday morning , they had us in and work was completed by 12:00 noon. They inspected both plates and fixed them !! And, we were back on the road feeling sooooooo pleased.Though we were not there to buy an RV . I would certainly recommend them for RV Service.

Ryan was a great salesman, Brian did a spectacular job with us doing the walk through on our 2017 Dutch Star. Parts and service department are very helpful, we need a couple of replacement windows due to fogging, started a few weeks after we purchased it. They sent us new windows immediately at their expense.

Salesman named Bill was very condescending and acted like we weren t capable of purchasing a RV. Tried sarcastically asking what a good credit score was to us, I should have walked away right after that but chose to be patient. We wanted to see what different motorhomes they had, checked them out and left to go down the street where we will be making a purchase. Bad customer service experience, shame on this company for letting an employee speak to a potential customer like that.

Don't like the shady practice's they use. They keep posting used RVs for sale on Facebook mkt place at real good prices. But the RV never existed. It's all a scam to get people into the place and sell them an RV four times more expensive. Then they tell you the one your interested in has been sold. Scam scam scam.

Look no further. This is the place to be. As a full time RV'r for 3+ years, I've had my fair share of dealing with mediocre to worthless dealerships. The reviews speaks for itself. From the moment I met Kyle, the entire process was crystal clear and spot on. Got a contract for a new 2022 Newmar London Aire in Sept of 2021. When Newmar unexpectedly hiked prices and passed it on to dealerships mid contract, Midway stood firm and honored their commitment. Honesty and integrity is hard to come by in this industry. Ordered factory delivery and was given an unexpected credit for dealership PDI. I've dealt with the most popular and well known large dealerships in Colorado, Texas, and Indiana. They are no match for Midway RV Center. My overall experience with Midway was unrivaled in the industry. Shop around and compare. But rest assured, Midway will win your business and deservedly so.

From the first phone call to schedule a time to check out the unit we bought to the last handshake, Chad was on top of everything. Even when he was on vacation and didn t have to respond to my email he made a point to reply back and then get me setup with a temporary contact at Midway to handle the communication until his return. By far the easiest RV purchase of our lives. No haggling, just up front honest people. They even helped me swap the mattress from my trade in unit into the new unit. I can honestly say if they have the RV or can get the RV I want the next time I m ready to upgrade I will be knocking on their doors! Thank you Chad and all the folks who make this place the best around.

I recently purchased a Newmar Motorhome from Midway RV in Grand Rapids and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. My salesman Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, and he made sure that all of my questions were answered.Even after the sale, the team at Midway RV continued to provide exceptional service. When I had some warranty issues, they corrected them quickly and efficiently, and even installed some extra aftermarket parts for me. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail.The delivery of my RV was also top-notch. This review is long overdue. I had been gathering information for a class A RV for about 2 years and had visited several dealers in the surrounding states as well as hitting all the shows. We decided Newmar was our choice, and the Dutch Star was the model. I have a dealer about 40 miles north but Midway's reputation for excellence travels much further. From the purchase (Kyle), delivery (Brian), financing and even the end of season service (Dave) they have exceeded my expectations.... and I am in the service business. This is how I would do it if I were to build it. They are well deserving of the reputation they have built and I highly recommend.

My husband and I have never owned an RV. I had been researching and looking for a few years, more so in the last year. We weren't planning on buying until next year unless we came across a "Unicorn situation." Well, we came across it at Midway RV. I honestly didn't want to look at anymore dealerships because it was always a miserable, high pressure, little knowledge, experience. I saw really good reviews for Midway and a few used RV's I wanted to look at since we were in the area and live about 2.5 hours away. We met DJ and I could tell he wasn't like other sales people we've met in the past. He listened to my indecisive (Class C? Class A?) ramblings of concerns, ideas, needs, costs etc. He was kind and patient. When my husband and I were done talking, DJ picked the vehicle to show us (we were going to look at a couple of class C's and a class A). This was the least expensive of the ones we thought we'd look at, but he was really excited about how nice it was and the quality. It was nicer than any I had looked at previously and cost much less than others I looked at previously. We fell in love. I needed to go home and research the unit and convince myself I wasn't making a mistake. DJ didn't pressure us, didn't try to convince us to put a down-payment first, nothing. He said he understood and he's alway available for any questions. He wasn't kidding. We left and stayed in contact with DJ. He was always helpful, responded quickly, and NEVER PUSHED ANYTHING. We decided to buy the RV. Every part of the process was easy. I've never been anywhere that made a buying process this easy. They know what they are doing. I was buying something that cost (in total) the sales tax amount of most things they sell. We were treated with easy open communication, kindness from all employees we crossed paths with, QUICK responses to all emails and texts. I could go on and on...Ryan went over the RV with us the following week. He explained EVERYTHING and didn't make me feel dumb for my lengthy questions. We were with him for hours during the walk-though. He never rushed us, or got impatient. He helped calm my nerves and taught me SO MUCH. Both DJ and Ryan said multiple times to call them with any questions in the future. They specialize in Newmar. They have the nicest garage and the most beautiful RV's I've ever seen. Their lot is fully accessible and everyone is welcoming. We bought a 2006 National (Dolphin) and the process from start to finish far exceeded any expectations. Sales people get a bad rap (for good reasons sometimes). If you want one of the "good guys" go to DJ. He renewed my faith and this dealership is nothing like the rest! We stopped by this afternoon to look at a few diesel Class-A and Super-C units as we're trying to figure our next rig as we're full-time'ers. Their facility is a good size and has a good selection of new and used RVs to tour. A sales associate checked on us once we came up to their front lot. All-in-all a nice RV dealership visit.

Love Midway. They worked with us on trading up into a diesel pusher from a class-A gasser. They do all the service work and take great personalized care of our coach. Their high end customer service is second to none. Highly recommended if you are in the market for an upgrade on motor coach ownership. Two thumbs way up

Purchased a used class A motor coach. I was told everything was in good working order. When we went on our first trip. The awning fabric has small rips and doesn't deflect the rain one of the jacks is leaking and needs to be replaced. One of the manifold bolts is broken. The coach air conditioner is not working needs a new compressor. When I had the fluids changed water no antifreeze was in the system and the slide out roof is bad. I'm not sure what good working order means to them. This is thousands of dollars of repair. Make sure you double check anything you purchase from this company. Lesson learned. An addition as I was having the awning fabric replaced I was told the awning arms are damaged. It never ends.

From the moment we called to the moment we took delivery, Midway exceeded our expectations. One may expect a pushy sales person in this transaction but instead we encountered the most polite; most professional representative that you could imagine. He even had the Coach (which was spotless) pulled inside so we could tour in the warmth of the service department. Although we knew inventory was tight, there was no pressure to buy.The rig was pristine and a great reflection of the Midway experience even though it was 4 years old.At times we wondered why we were getting the royal treatment on a used Class C when we were surrounded by gleaming, new Class A's. But when we reflect back, it's the pride and care that this dealership embodies that makes all the difference.On delivery day, they continued to exceed our expectations with stellar assistance learning all about the Coach, and our tow vehicle was fitted with the necessary components to get us on the road safely.Our service consultant continued the caring approach by taking his time to explain all the details from top to bottom. They even lent us a car to run out and have lunch while they finished prepping our vehicle!Kudos to Ryan K., the sales pro, and Ryan R. for a job well done!

I purchased my pre-owned class A luxury coach site unseen from Midway. Despite an industry known for shady practices, Midway excelled. I got a great value and exceptional service. Bill, my sales rep, was honest and attentive and the service department got me ready to go by performing complete maintenance on both the chassis and house. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Great dealership, way better than our last experience with another dealer. We dealt with DJ and Ryan in sales and both were very professional and accommodating. We had the pleasure of getting our with thru/orientation with Ryan in service and he was great as well. Very thorough and took his time to answer our questions and set up truck/trailer correctly. Something our last dealer did not do.

Couldn't have asked for a better dealership. My salesman Ryan always was willing to make time to answer my questions and give me updates. He was very patient given the state of high demand in the RV industry right now and was able to get my Nova just in time for me to relocate. I bought out of state due to no inventory of Class B vans in most dealerships and a long wait for ordering and I would absolutely buy from them again. Thanks to everyone at Midway for making the buying process less stressful!

This is now my fourth RV and all four were purchased through RV dealers. I wish I could tell you that the first three were great experiences but they weren t It s a familiar story that many of us have experienced when working with RV dealers. Often times it s about jamming the customer and avoiding customer service.That s not how Midway RV works. Ryan and Brian were extremely courteous respectful and kept their word. From the very start Midway RV behaved like old-school business! They were very very fair on my trade-in and very fair on the price of my new RV. They created a win win situation where other dealers saw an opportunity to slaughter me.But this good story doesn t end here. My new coach was purchased as a used unit that had just finished its warranty period. I was traveling 700 miles south through a blizzard Polar vortex, And of course I started having issues in such extreme cold. The camera system failed on me while driving and I didn t know what to do. I called Midway RV and both Ryan and Brian worked hard to try and figure out what the problem was. I was even offered a new unit to replace the failing camera system. Pretty remarkable! Turns out it was my fault and I was able to get the system working. But I did not expect them to make such a kind offer after I was long gone and several states away.Another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that they don t have a finance manager! It s nice because I really didn t want to go into a room which is a whole Nother sales process! Ryan took care of it along with all the other paperwork which contributed to a wonderful experience.If I were considering coming from out of state to do business with an outstanding group of people it would be important for me to call Midway RV and see what they could do. I made several leaps of faith to do business with midway RV as they also did with me. All in all it was just an outstanding experience and continues to be that way.Thank you Midway RV!

The experience with Midway RV Center has been a pleasure every step of the way, from an initial spur-of-the-moment visit by my wife and me, to conversation at that visit with Ryan Kramer, through the decision process leading to our Pleasure-Way Tofino purchase, and the final pick-up and walk though with the technician who I know as Dave, Senior, since I neglected to get his last name! My wife and I are completely satisfied with the whole process.Ryan was especially knowledgable about the Tofino, having driven and camped in it himself. Our sharing about the same height at 6'3" he was able to immediately address any concerns there, while answering any other questions from his own experience. Later contacts (by phone, email, and text -- since we live over a 100 miles from Grand Rapids), were always pleasurable, too, with immediate responses to any questions. Ryan was low-key (no pressure), yet attentive; once we made the decision to buy, he continued in that vein and very efficiently moved us through the steps for purchase, including setting a price for a trade-in vehicle in record time. Our purchase was made with great confidence that Ryan had our interests well taken care of.Scheduling pick-up was easily done. And the walk-through with Dave was a wonderful overview to the Tofino's features in which I learned much in Dave's conversational and easy style; no question of mine was left unanswered; demonstrations of how to work the Tofino's features were easy to follow and precisely what was needed. Dave has an easy to approach and super-friendly manner, like talking with an experienced neighbor. Being a novice with RVs, I was impressed at how he struck just the right note, building my comfort and confidence as we went along.Based on these two interactions, and my huge satisfaction with the Tofino after initial forays into Michigan's State parks, I have nothing but good things to say about Midway RV Center and their staff. Highly recommended!

Well, I never write reviews until I visited Midway RV Center.I sent my wife to look at this used camper an hour and a half from home.The Salesman Ryan was nothing but professional and no pressure.This is our first camper and not knowing much how everything works Dave spent the time to show us everything and answer all of our questions.Even though we purchased a low cost unit, we were treated like royalty.What a great place!

After working with different local RV dealer over the past four years, we were very apprehensive about buying a new coach. We visited MIDWAY RV CENTER a few times to look at RVs and talked to Chad, one of the Sales Representatives. He listened to our needs and was very, very knowledgeable of the RVs they had to offer. He answered all our questions and demonstrated each RV we toured with competence and enthusiasm. This helped to calm our apprehension and put us more at ease. So, we made the decision and bought a Mountain Aire.Then came the next part, the SERVICE CENTER, my biggest fear of all. Past experiences with other RV Service Centers were not good at all. But after talking with Paul, Dave and their Service Technicians, I was totally amazed. They all actually knew what they were talking about. The entire Service Team was courteous and helpful. They all demonstrated genuine concern in resolving any of the minor issues that needed to be resolved.We are completely satisfied with the performance of the entire MIDWAY RV CENTER TEAM. If we could give them TEN STARS, we would!!! Thanks guys, you made this purchase very enjoyable!!!

I'm not much on doing reviews, but need to share my interactions with Midway. I am on my 2nd diesel motor home purchase from Midway. Chad the sales rep has probably been one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and straight forward salesman I have met. Dave in Midway's service dept. has been a pleasure to work with. He appears to be concerned with the issues and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Again, like Chad, he is very professional, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. I would just like to add that if you are in the market for one of the few RV facilities in the country with morals and what appears to be a customer first mentality you owe it to yourself to check them out. Ryan is the best! Very courteous and professional sales rep. We're from Tennesse and had to fly to Michigan to purchase an RV that we had only seen online. It looked even better in person! The service tech who took us through the motorhome's orientation was also equally knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured nor did I ever feel like I was overpaying. Midway RV is the best!
