I had four new tires replacement service. The front desk is helpful, professional, and the mechanic is honest with their work. The service took less than an hour which I appreciated.

Needed a quick inspection for my front tire after running over something on the highway. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made room in their schedule since I was traveling from out of town. The inspection was quick and way more detailed than I could've ever expected. After the technician Matt had found a bent rim, Cody at the service desk gave me my options on repairs and had done the extra work of checking inventory for rims at other repair shops in town. After those options wouldn't work for me, Cody communicated directly with the technician to assess how critical the repair was. The team was again extremely honest and alleviated my concerns about driving on the bent rim until I was home and could have the repairs done at that time. I would've loved to have had the service done by them, but I am extremely appreciative of their honesty and not using fear tactics to push repairs that you can get from some other mechanics. If I lived in the area, they would, without a doubt, be my go-to mechanic shop.

Stopped into this location because I was having trouble with my van. Cody at the front desk was super helpful and professional. He and Tony? (I think his name was) helped get me back on the road in short order. Fast service, professional and friendly. Will definitely be back for all my repair needs!

I brought my car Monday morning to get looked at (I was having issues with the power steering). I didn't expect it to be fixed that day too and they were able to fix everything on it! Which was a lot more than I realized.They also called me before they fixed anything to go over the price with me. It was higher than I planned (because there was more wrong than I knew about). David even lowered it by removing the things that were 100 percent needed that day!When I got to the shop to pay, I was informed the price was reduced a little more because they did not need to replace one of the parts and took that charge off. I was so happy about their honesty here! I feel like a lot of places would have charged me for it anyways (I have had this happen before).I will definitely be coming back here in the future. My car's steering is the best it's ever been, even when I bought it 2.5 years ago! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you, David and team!

I've been going to this Midas for about 7 years now for many of my car needs and have been very satisfied with the service provided. Great staff who take the time to explain and be clear with the cars I've brought. Most recently I've brought cars for pre purchase inspections and they were a huge help in inspecting and giving me good information to make a sound decision on buying a good reliable car. Highly recommend.

Went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I noticed that my tires were not rotated. David who worked up front was great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, since my vehicle did not receive the services I paid for, results in a 1 star review. This has happened at a different business as well, maybe it's becoming a common automotive practice.

I broke down on 131 after hours, and when the tow truck asked me where too, going from my experience with my local Midas i said take me to the closest Midas. This location did not let me down! excellent, professional service, and had my vehicle beck on the road well within 24 hrs, Thank you!

Brought my vehicle in for an alignment after hitting a curb, they told me 3 parts needed replaced and quoted me 1700 dollars which minus parts is about 1300 in labor. I changed the parts myself as I usually do and come to find out none of the 3 parts I replaced had a noticeable amount play, said the outer tie rod was bad when it was fine and sturdy, instead the inner tie rod was bad but they didn t say anything about that. Brought to a different shop and they told me lower ball joints and the opposite tie rod that I replaced, which they visually showed me had play in it, and this shop never said anything about either of those parts being loose, now I m almost 1k I m the hole cuz they wanted to sell me parts.Edit since I can t reply: when I lifted my vehicle up all it took was a simple wiggle of the drivers side wheel to see an inch of play back and forth in my tie rod, if you weren t able to see that but able to tell me 3 seperate things that weren t at all bad. Your a parts changer shop.

It was overwhelming trying to find a place to go as I had a friend who had been doing my oil changes for the last couple of years.I called and the gentleman who helped me set up my appointment was very helpful and nice to me as I didn't have much experience with the information needed.I highly recommend this place!

They told me need to replace the lug nut, and it will cost $500+. I asked why this is so expensive? They told me that 1 pc of nut is $25, and my car need to replace all 20 nuts, which will cost over $500. Then, I went to other store, the replaced all for only $51. I used their services for 6 year but very disappointed at this time.

I brought my car in for a brake light/leaking issue and wheel alignment. They fixed my rear wheel cylinder and did a alignment. The next morning I notice my car was still leaking and my brake light was back on. It also felt as if I didn t get a wheel alignment. I popped the hood and notice my master cylinder was leaking badly. Even though the mechanic said it was good on the break inspection. I m scared to even take it back to them because it s obvious they have no clue what to look for. Looks like they lost the Midas touch. How did I find the issue an the mechanic looked over it?Service: Brakes

I bought the wrong rims and the guys here are so knowledgeable about tires they were able to find a way to make my rims work and my car looks awesome I would recommend these people to anybody that needs any kind of firework they were great friendly and very helpfulServices: Wheel alignment, BrakesServices: Wheel alignment, Brakes

The guys at this location are amazing! Our windshield wipers gave out during a down pour and they checked them out for us! We found out we had a recall and we were on our way. I used to frequent this shop for brakes and oil changes, which they are perfectly capable of doing other than leaving an occasional grease smudge on my carpets and doors. I took my vehicle in for a clunking noise and asked the manager if he was confident that his team could diagnose and fix the problem. He assured me that this wouldn't be a problem. $3k later and a week without my vehicle, the noise was still there. I took it back in and went for a drive with the technician so he could hear the noise. This was clearly the first time they took the car out for a drive to hear and assess the noise. They took it back, tried to charge additional money for what they thought was the fix. The noise was still there, so I took ot to another shop where they successfully diagnosed and fixed the issue. I filed with the BBB for help getting my money back. They did offer $2k back to cover the cost at the other shop and aggravation, but this is unacceptable. I should be refunded the full $3k for work done that did not fix the problem. My vehicle drove and did not need all the unnecessary work done. Very disappointing after being a loyal customer that they would not remedy this situation.

I am overly appreciative of the excellent treatment/service I received at this Midas location. Caleb was especially instrumental in accommodating me, can't commend him enough. It's because of his helpful attitude that moves me to invite others as well as myself to return to this location. I commend you for hiring the workers at this location--great job on your part!! I called to inquire about brakes and asked many questions about what I was experiencing with my brakes on my 2005 truck. I spoke with Caleb who's very helpful he explained in detail costs and possible problems. Caleb explain things with respect took the time to answer all the questions I had. I will be getting my brakes done at this Midas location. They specializes in brakes that's clear to me after talking to Caleb and I can cares about his customers. You should your brakes done at this Midas location!

Went to get my oil change here and had a great experience. I was checked right in and the job they did was above and beyond. They changed my oil, wiper fluid, checked tire pressure, reset oil gage, and let me know of potential issues to keep my eye on. Also the manager was just all around a class act all the way and a pleasure to talk to. Would gladly go again for any other car needs I require.Service: Oil change

I was in town from Colorado and needed an engine and cabin air filter replacement. I had gotten an oil change the day before I left to Michigan and didn't get a chance to switch them before I came here and they were in a bad condition so I needed them replaced before the drive back. Caleb did me a huge favor and helped me out by replacing both of them for me free of charge and without an appointment just so I can drive back to Colorado with no problem (I had bought both filters separately). Such good people, really appreciated it and would definitely come here if I lived in town!

The guys at this location were great. Friendly, honest, straightforward. Price was competitive or better than others. Had some major work done in a timely and efficient way. I recommend this location if looking for services.
