I would like to give this business a zero. Because I called meineke and asked them would they be able to find a broken electrical wire under my vehicle. They said yes. I also mentioned to them that I previously had a local shop in my area check out my car electrical system and told me that there was a broken wire under the vehicle. I made meineke aware of the problem. They claimed that they could find the broken wire but when I arrived the associates only completed the same basic test that I previously had done by a mechanic in a my area. Then they charged me for several hours of diagnostics tests. Nevertheless, I traveled a total of four hours to get scammed by meineke employees. Beware of this business.;,

Great family business with honesty and integrity from the top all the way down! The Technicians here are honest and very thorough in their inspections as well as going over things to expect in the future maintenance wise

Single father of four went in for a replacement cooler line buy radiator priced at 550 plus tax. Went back my car was vandalized and stuff was stolen and now it's not even salvageable and the price to repair is over $3,500. Extremely saddened by what has just happened they won't fix the problem they won't do nothing about it. Which they said it's happened before to take them to small claims court and good luck. I'm at a complete loss. It'd be nice to have my things replaced I'm out a complete car. If there's a way to give zero Stars I would have. If anybody has any advice of what I should do please let me know I'm at a complete loss

I was apprehensive of booking here, but the dealership could not schedule service for a month, and the local repair places were almost as bad. I had an exhaust issue, so came here. I was pleasantly surprised. Jeff was very helpful. The issue was diagnosed. It was a bit of a wait to get parts, but the repair was done. The technician also noticed the rear brakes were worn, so I went back a few days later to have that done. There was even a coupon! While I am dismayed with the cost of repairs, the staff was overall friendly and efficient. If I need anything else done, I will first consider coming back here.Services: Exhaust, Brakes

Always recommend this location. They are always honest and tell me what needs to be done now and what I can wait a bit on. This last visit was a quick break replacement. Always timely (when they aren't waiting for a part) and curteous!

Too Good to be true come to mind when I think of the 100% FREE inspection on my 2011 Chevy Traverse. They pointed out everything I knew was wrong but more importantly the cause of the issues I brought it in for. TY to Manager Jeff Trost and his team at Meineke for the FREE inspection and estimate.

The previous tensioner and belts i had on my car were quite the expensive brand. They were pretty shocked I had such expensive parts on my type of car. They helped me get a lower deal on all parts so I wouldnt have to pay the normal price. I'm very thankful because this was an unexpected, last minute appt.

Ok, I just want to say I'm Queen of YouTube University when it comes to fixing stuff my check engine light was on meineke is an approved mechanic.. however, like typical warranty mumble jumble my claim was denied BUUUUT the price to fix the issue was totally doable and they were very FAST! I was in and out in less than an hour.. The manager looks intimidating but they are straight

I would not suggest this company to anyone first off. I caught them smoking in my car second, they lied to me. They lied to my warranty company. They claim that they put in parts several parts including a rack and pinion. Never did put the parts in and left the boots off my rack and pinion. Took my car to a dealership to have some thing looked at. I had them look over the work that was supposedly done. Still had all factory parts in my car. While these guys are charging my insurance company for lying to me about replacing parts in my car. They are unprofessional. They are rude. And they straight up, stole a bunch of money from my warranty and lied about putting parts inService: Steering & suspension repair

Mechanic tried to scam me out of the service I had requested in exchange for a whole new break system, lying to me about it being necessary. The quote was $2,075. It took me only 1 call to find timely service for what actually needed to be fixed for $650. Now my breaks work better than before.

Great customer service, and were honest enough to let me know the issue was outside of their expertise and gave me a couple of recommendations for places nearby that could help better than they could.

They are wonderful at what they do and make sure to tell you everything you need to know about the process and repair. They scheduled me within the week. They found the problem immediately. This was the first time I've been there, and I was very impressed! They were right on time with my appointment, and helped me understand the problem by bringing me into the garage and showing me exactly what was going on. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely make this my go to place. They have gained my confidence. Thank you for your Great service!

When I went in I had no experience with my car and tuffy told me it was irreparable and told me I needed to go to a body shop. When I brought my car here they were very straightforward and realistic with me. They warned me that my car might be toasted and said to be open to getting a new one. Luckily they were able to repair what I needed to get my car up and running again so it s safe to say they saved the day. The staff was super kind and they answered all my questions without giving any false info. The kindness was really a bonus to the work they did for me. Definitely recommend

Had a service wrench come up upon taking it in had a flat tire. Mieneke gave me a number to a towing company they deal with, they came out to tow my car to the shop. It's free if it's less than 5 miles. Got there they took care of the tire and check to see why my service wrench kept popping up, turned out it had a recall. Took it to kia dealer. Thank Mieneke for your honesty and care for your customers! Gwen and David

My experience was awesome! They treated me with respect and like I mattered. I wasn't just another job for the day. They truly cares about how I felt and what I needed to get back on the road. Jeff kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle, and ensured me that they would complete the job before leaving even though the shop had closed.With the work and effort they put forth to do the job, I thought for sure there would be additional charges for their time and labor. But when I asked Jeff, he said no. The price he quoted is what it will be. No hidden charges, and no surprises!I think we all have heard the horror stories of going to a shop for car repair. As a 43 yr old mechanic myself, and never before ever taking a vehicle to any shop for repair, I was very uncomfortable and nervous. But Jeff put me at ease and made me feel I had nothing to worry about.I can't speak for other shops. But as for Meineke, I trust them with my truck, and plan to return for other things. Thank you all for your awesome work and customer service.

Car had multiple issues that needed to be repaired. These includedAutomatic transmission rebuildBroken steering boxLeaking cam cover gasketReplacement of the hvac fan unit thatwas inoperable.As an OTR truck driver, I left them with the car for 3 months while on the road. Through their professionalism, all repairs were made at a reasonable cost. The transmission, which was almost inoperable, shifts cleanly up and down the gears and works as if it is brand new.I highly recommend this shop.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair

I keep forgetting to leave a review but so far I've had a very good experience. I only have one car so it's easier for me to go to a local shop apposed to one farther away and have to stay for the day or having to carpool with someone.I had quite a few things go wrong with my car from my resonator going bad, my tires being unaligned and needing new window clips on my driver side window ect..My first visit went well and they took care of everything I asked about and asked about approval us of every step. I will say they did not finish welding the front of the pipe after the job was finished so the clamp they put on had came undone after a month and i had made a sleeve to hold for the time. I made a new appointment and explained what was going on and they took care to finish the job and were honest with telling me the job was left unfinished, the clamps for my window had broken again at the same time and they assured me the warranty covered everything and I was only charged for the tire alignment and labor.Talking with zack was super easy too, I'm kinda awkward and I don't know a whole lot about cars, i felt pretty good asking questions and having good answers with him and getting good explanations on things I didn't understand. He's a super nice guy and I appreciate him taking such good care and making me feel comfortable. He also quoted me for brake replacements in the future as the drums on my rear tires were starting to rust pretty bad which was pretty nice of him to do. 10/10 was bumpy at first but they righted the wrong, definitely will be going there if I have any car troubles. First came here because I can make an appointment and not potentially wait for a long time to get an oil change or other work. I have been happy with their work including brakes and have learned to trust their advice and judgment.

When all other auto shops said they were full and packed, Meineke was willing to take my request. They cut straight to the heart of the issue, and were honest and took no extra fees. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service with no extra stuff to go through.

Since I can't add another review to show how great I think these guys are I'll amend my first review. 6/16/23 Took my car in for front brakes and oil change. Again these folks have to be commended on their fantastic fast service at a fair price. I'm glad I found mechanics I can trust with my wife's car (which is more important to me than mine) thanks again guys you ARE my garage!I will actually edit my review. The folks at this shop have handled my maintenance and pricing needs so well and provided me with the service and confidence I require that I'm taking both of my cars in this week for break jobs exhaust and more service.Service is very important to me and I plan on letting the folks at this Meineke handle all of my vehicle maintenance I don't usually write reviews for businesses nor do I refer people but I strongly suggest people give this shop a chance.

I ve been going to this shop for about a year or so for oil changes and miscellaneous repairs.
