Best mechanic shop I ve ever been to. It s not often you sit in a lobby at a shop and see multiple customers come through the door saying I m here to get the work done we talked about last time and with a smile on their face. By the way, I witnessed three female customers do this. That should tell you something.Jen (the owner) was such a pleasure to work with. From my first interaction over the phone, to speaking in person. It s clear she s not trying to take advantage of any customer.When comparing the cost of an oil change I had recently done through Valvoline, I would ve saved $50 had I come to this shop. In addition, Valvoline tried to tell me I needed my transmission fluid flushed and replaced. Jen, laughed and assured me that wasn t necessary.From here on out all of my business and referrals will be going to this shop. Highly recommended everyone go here.Great job Jen and team!

I had been putting off a fix on my vehicle for almost 6 months. After calling several repair centers who quoted me 120+ dollars just to diagnose my problem, Meineke was able to resolve my issue with next day service, and I paid almost less than half of what every other place told me they were going to charge me just to diagnose my issue. They made communication easy as I am a single mom and had to do everything through Yelp while I was working and trying to juggle life. Very happy with the services I received, and will be going back for more, highly recommend.

It was really nice experience they were really fast one thing that made them stand out was that I ask for other services and told me that was in perfect condition that next service they were honest they just didn t took my money now they have a loyal customer

My dad called and set up my appointment (I don t know a thing about cars) and the workers here were absolutely amazing about it! Thoroughly talked me through what I needed with my car, communicated great and the women made me feel very comfortable going here and felt I could trust them. My car works fantastic now so I m so happy!

Very nice, walked me through every detail and offered advice on other vehicles that were not being serviced. I expected to pay a couple hundred for 1 or multiple motor mount replacements, was only $150 for 1. Dropped my Ford escape off and within an hour and a half it was ready for pick up. Drives like a charm. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best place ever!! Literally you walk in and it s like a family vibe I was greeted immediately, she took the keys right away to get started . All of the mechanics had a lot of knowledge and educated me on what parts to get next time . I ve not ever trusted mechanics as much as I did these folks. It was even a pleasure to wait in the lobby and chat with them . Not too mention my car was fixed in a very timely manner . You can tell they live where they work which is why they do such a great job. I will only be taking my vehicle to these mechanics. Definitely best choice for me!!! Thanks Meineke on Alpine!

Really friendly front end staff and honest service. Came in for an oil change and thinking I needed my brakes done. Turned out the squeaking wasn t related to my brakes being worn, and they were very transparent about that so I didn t pay for something I didn t actually need. I waited in the lobby while they checked my vehicle out and heard them have the same candid approach with other customers, too. Oil change was incredibly good value. Will absolutely be coming back here for all future services in the foreseeable future.

This is a great place to do any repair work on your car. People are friendly. They did a great job on changing the brakes. However, they did not do the tire rotation that was included with the package with oil change as they mentioned in their website and did not top off any fluids. I even reminded them about the tire rotation. Otherwise, they did a solid job.

I truly enjoyed my experience with this shop. Service was fast and professional. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. All my questions was answered. I will definitely be back. We have found a new mechanic shop for our vehicle needs. Thank you again Meineke!

Going from a local shop to meineke was an incredible experience where they communicate and keep you involved with the work on your vehicle through the whole process. All the employees have a very welcoming attitude as well making it feel like a local shop experience instead of a franchise corporation. I look forward to taking my vehicle here again in the future for any work or repairs!

Doing business with this company since the mid 90's. They have worked on all my vehicles during and since that time. Never had a problem with their work or regretted following their advice. Always saved money compared to itemized estimates from other shops or dealers. Went thru at least 4 manager/ owners. All honest and went above and beyond normal customer service during my most difficult repair situations. When others advised more extensive repairs they let me know these were not needed. I've never had a mechanical failure, catastrophic or minor, due to following their advice. They recently lost their lease from their 28th St. location and had to move to the NW Alpine St. Location. I found out and followed them there for an oil change where I again saved money compaired to other shops and dealerships that were much closer and offered large discounts and/coupons. What I'm trying to convey is that I'd drive much further or pay for towing to have them do my auto work. I trust them without question.

Excellent service. Was very impressed that I could make an appointment online (for same day service!!). Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful and did not make me feel dumb for not being a "car-person". My car was repaired same day and I was on my way.

These guys are the best! They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they are always on schedule and do great work. Prices are surprisingly low and I am fairly certain that when they can do the work faster than the book says, they pass on the savings. The quality of work is always top-notch. I only bring my vehicles to them if it all possible.

Got my vehicle in right away, great price, and friendly staff. I had the same issue with my car a few months prior and Berger Chevy dealership charged me double the price. If I ever have any issues with my car, I will be coming back.

Brought my car in for a warranty repair, which Jennie handled for me from the beginning, but had to bring it back a couple of times to fix the problem. They always got me in right away, treated me wonderfully. The mechanic. AJ, was absolutely helpful and very kind. They always go above and beyond. Totally trust their work!!!

I ve used them twice this month for two fairly large jobs. They were super friendly and kept me in the loop the entire time they had my vehicle. They were fairly priced for the market area. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! Going to an auto shop is worse than the dentist for me but the entire staff was kind and explained everything to me. I really felt like they were there to make sure I had the repairs I needed at a good price. I m a lifetime customer now. Please go to this Meineke- you won t be disappointed!

One of my jobs is witnessing other jobs like restaurant ,grocery auto etc Jennifer meineke operates on bases looking out for her customers a awesome operation in the good not bad I seen and know what she does behind the scenes she truly cares so does everyone under her her at Alpine meineke the workers work hard to give the customers quality work not cheap Corey, AJ Brian Kelly all quality workers the sacrifices one makes for the customers out caring for them Jennifer and her crew are such people awesome blessings I am a helper to meineke so no customer should ever view me suspicious person I shoveled snow picked up trash around the neighborhood and a little bit like security in the area Jen and Ed asked me to be security for them at their meineke sincerely David Paul Zandstra I help out when I canPs I am not able to keep a business schedule due to my ckd however I volunteer my help what I can in the area I even helped walker pd at times

Had to get a new starter and they got it fixed within the same day! Unfortunately, I got ran off the road not even 5 minutes later and popped 2 tires. Jennie was the kindest human being and calmed me down and helped me out. They got me towed back and new tires on the next morning. Lied and said my ball joint was bad when all I need was a $25 inspection to drive Uber. The ball joint is not bad. Not only did they waste my time driving all the way to the north side of town. They are preventing me from making supplemental income. Do not trust this place with your car ever.

Went in and asked for a transmission and coolant flush as well as a few other things after purchasing a used car. They tested everything and said all I needed was an oil change. I truly appreciate their honesty and time they took to go over the car. I was truly impressed. Most shops would have completed the work regardless of not needing it. Hats off to Meineke on Alpine for having integrity and great service. It s where I m going from now on.Service: Transmission

had a coolant leak that i thought was coming from my water pump, turned out it was coming from another spot which they identified for me and repaired for a lower cost than what i would ve paid, in addition they were very thorough with communication and the receptionist was very pleasant!

The most honest affordable car shop in West MI. Walked in and within minutes was checked in. The whole process took a couple hours but was well worth the spur of the moment they handled three issues with my car and it only cost around $400. The owner herself walked me too my car to show each problem and explain the cost. As a female I respect the fact you can go into this shop and feel respected/ not taken advantage of. 10/10. Will be back!

I can not reccomend this place enough! Ive been here several times ove the past 6 months and they are always quick to get me in! Also worked with me coordinating a warrenty part of the place iused before i moved. I will continue to come here, they never do me wrong!
