I've brought my car here for tires and repairs and have had great experiences every time. They do good work at a fair price. Needing unexpected repairs done is super stressful, but their transparency and communication skills really keep that stress to a minimum. I'll be happy to stay a customer of Meekhof's as long as I'm in Grand Rapids.

Of course the day before my wife heads up to the UP, we get a major snow storm. Gotta find tires and of course the "big box" stores can't get me in. So I do a Google search and up pops Meekhop Tire. I've always thought they did just commercial and road repairs. NOPE. Chad answered the phone right away, made me a great deal and got me in next day. Excellent service AND communication. It's Meekhof for me from now on.

Meekof does our fleet service. (so far we have one truck;-)A couple of oil changes. Done quickly and professionally. But what really brought me to add a review was low tire pressure. I stopped in to top off the tires and the service department went out of their way to help. Not that air is a big deal, but service is. If they do the little things with this much attention to the customer, I'll be certain to bring them the big things as well.

These gentlemen are exemplary. I needed a new set of tires due to weather. I was in and out of their fine little shop in about forty minutes! Great tires, great people! (Great shop dog, too!)

They are so nice and honest!! I had a very bad tire on my car and my bolts were stripped. They had to keep my car overnight and they gave me a loaner car and their prices to repair my car were great! I will definitely be getting my next set of tire from them!!

Phenomenal customer experience. Jarrod assisted me in the morning with setting up a tire swap. The swap happened quickly, and i went to pick up the truck afterwards. I didn't specify exactly what I wanted, so it wasn't done exactly right. I told Jarrod this, and not only did he immediately get to work to fix it, but he didn't charge me an extra dime. Him and Cole were VERY fast and efficient. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a speedy and efficient tire change!

I used to do all the work to build up our Jeep- often in my mechanic friend's driveway for an extra hand or to bounce questions off of- that is, until I started a business 3 years ago and no longer had as much time for hobbies. So when its suspension needed fixing, three different Jeep/off-road "specialists" in GR ran the spectrum from charging for things that didn't fix it to not even touching it. The 3rd place recommended Meekhof for a "road balance" to either fix or diagnose a mild case of bump steer. Yikes!Mike was my point person for that work, and now I've gotten to know him thru 3 upgrades-worth of build pics and off-road stories. He has a wealth of knowledge on solutions for Jeeps and other off-road builds. I wouldn't trust my Jeep to any other shop now unless Meekhof referred me!

I have used Meekhof for a number of different services over the years - oil changes, full sets of tires, Winter tires, etc. - and have never been disappointed. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Service is quick and affordable. Brandon has helped me out many times and is always upfront and honest and seems to be looking out for his customers. Great staff and quality service - an easy five stars.

Great responsive service. Called them with a flat on a medium duty truck and their tech was at our shop within an hour. Very happy with the price and service. Will have our business in the future! -Preferred Landscaping Cedar Springs, Mi.

Just finished work and came out to find a flat tire. Called Meekoff Tire because they were the nearest location to me, and talked with Jordan who was super helpful. Long story short I got enough air in my tire to get to their location. Less than 10 minutes later Jordan had me taken care of and my tire was repaired for $20.Love it! Thanks Jordan and Meekoff Tire!!!

Amazing fast service! Had a flat and they got me in immediately, put on the spare at no charge! When my bad tire and wheel didn t make it into my trunk they took responsibility for the oversight and took the tire & wheel to it s needed destination! That s how a good business is run!

Alana went above and beyond typical customer service to find me the best deal to work within my budget. I had an unexpected tire repair after just moving to the area. She actually traveled to another local shop to find me a tire that was gently used, saving me over $300. I will only use Meekhof Tire from now on.

Super impressed with Meekhof Tire today! They got me in as a walk in and replaced all my tires in 20 minutes!! Super great service and they were very patient with my calls and questions. Lower prices than everywhere else I checked too! Highly recommended!

Excellent, competent and fairly priced service. I brought in my Ford Transit to have valve extenders installed on my inner rear dual tires and what should have been a simple job ran in to complications , none of which were the fault of the technician, but were due to poor design by FOMOCO. Anyway it ended up taking more than an hour.Rather than soaking me for one hour of shop time, they just charged me what it would have had not the complications in design been there.Very fair folks. Would recommend to anyone.

The men that run Meekhof tire do a fantastic job and work hard for the customers. They appreciate that you are there and you are never treated as extra or them doing you a favor. It is the exact opposite. I first found them after an emergency needing tires and they got me in quickly and gave me a better price than 4 or 5 places I had called. Now I have been back 4 additional times for tires for my work vehicle and trailer and the customer service is the same: Professional, appreciative, timely (get you in and out quickly) and don't waste any time in your day. I had to change out 7 tires on my work trailer and I was there 1 hour 10 minutes. Phenomenal.I encourage everyone to use Meekhof for your tire needs!!!

My experience with Meekhof was excellent.They responded quickly to my phone call for assistance.The service responder was courteous, respectful, fully responsive to the need of the situation and adaptable to help me get back on the road safely and much more quickly than what I expected.I have never had such a positive tire repair experience before.This will be my go to business for tire service.Thank you Meekhof. I had a flat tire and decided to go to Meekhof. I m not good with cars, nor did I know how much tread I needed on the tire. They took me outside and showed me how little tread I had on the other tires. They were very transparent and were willing to help me and answer any questions I had.Unfortunately, they did not have the tires that I needed, but they could get them within 2 days. I needed them sooner than that, so they called Discount Tire for me to make sure they had the right tires in stock for me. Great customer service!

I got home after work and I could hear the the air leaking out of a puncture in my tire. I called them up and they asked where the leak was and quoted me a price. I was able to get it patched up in less then a half hour, good as new. The service was friendly, their lobby and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and it's been 2 weeks with no problems with the repair. I will definitely be going back, though hopefully not any time soon.

This is by far the BEST and MOST HONEST service I have ever had with an auto shop. I brought my car in after I started having issues for a tire rotation at a different company, they looked at my car for me and gave me a breakdown of things that were starting to happen with my car, told me how long I had on each issue and didn t just try to get me for my money. Took my car back again after having more issues after an at home brake service and Brandon squeezed me in, fixed my tire issue and helped get me back on the road, free of charge! He knew I had a trip coming up and said he just wanted me to be safe. I ll never again take my vehicle any where else and will always recommend them to others. It s not very often that you find HONEST sales/service people that aren t out just to make a dollar, but these men have been wonderful!

Alana was amazing. Had a flat late in the work day. Got me in to address concerns and recommended plan of action. Was able to get tires in early the following morning and had me back on the road with minimal disruption to my day. Thanks Meekhof!

Awesome customer service and prices. I went to Discount Tire to try to get a valve stem issue replace and they refused to look at my tires because I didn't need a complete new tire and wasn't going to spend enough money, since I only needed a part replaced. Went to Meekhof Tire after that and they fixed the problem straightaway. The service was excellent, the price was fair and honest, and the work was fast and efficient. Highly recommend this business!

Very fast service. I had a flat and had to be to work. I called multiple tire services in the area which told me it would be a half of day or more just to replace a tire. I called these guys and they told me to come down and they'll have me in and out. It didn't even take 20 minutes and I was on my way!!! If you want fast service and great customer service, this is your place!

As an owner operator with 10 trucks, finding someone who will have integrity with service and work with me for the best solutions for my company, Meekhof Tire is the best for me and my company. Thank you to Larry as well for getting my truck tires completed Saturday morning. You all are top notch!
