The customer service was fantastic! I believe I dealt with the manager and he was very kind. I drove an hour to come here because of my transmission. Back in my city no transmission shop had great reviews. It was worth the drive and I was listened to. Thank you for looking over my vehicle and giving me your honest input!

Kept the car for 3 days without a status update or an ETA on the diagnostic check. Then, charged us $80 even though they advertised a free diagnostic check and said all they did was clear some alerts for us. Not only did we still have problems with the car but we found out through a much better body shop that our problem was covered by an extended warranty and all we had to do was take it to the dealership. These guys are jokers. Don't waste your time.

This is the only company that rebuilt the transmission on my Camaro and it actually lasted. Still going strong 3 years later. 3 different shops tried and transmission failed within a year. Not only that, but they have helped me on other transmission related issues that have saved me a ton of money. I recommend them to everybody. Thanks MasterShift.

My van drives better than new.Very glad I used them for my rebuild.Friendly and very transparent about the process and available options.Of course most important for anyone reading this was the price. Lower than any other place I visited.Hopefully I'll never need to visit a transmission shop again, knock on wood, but if myself or my family ever needs to I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm very happy with master shift. I checked out a few places, and this place was by far the best out of all I talked to. They never tried to talk above my knowledge level, and even leveled with me when they found out that I know a thing or two about vehicles. Their prices seemed reasonable and competitive, and the staff was very helpful and nice to work with. I got to interact with the owner, the owners father, who started the business, and a worker that was there, and I have no complaints about any of them. They were very thorough in diagnosing the issues I was having with my rear axle assembly. Once they actually had the parts in hand from the dealership, they had things back together and test drove in 2 to 3 hours. Will definitely go back for future transmission and axle assembly repairs.

Although I didn't end up getting any work done I had a very good experience. Who I assume is the owner, took a drive with me in the car to determine if it was my transmission that was acting up. He gave me a fair estimate and never pressured me to get the work done. In fact he gave me advice that depending on what my car is worth I might just want to think about junking it instead of spending the money on repairs. I very much appreciate the honesty and would definitely go back.

These guys are seriously the most amazing ever! We went there for a third opinion on my daughter's car, after two differing estimates-one being a rebuild estimate of $3600. They took their time, free of charge, and determined it was only a fuse!

Not overly thrilled with my experience here. Rude and short with me from the beginning. Cut me off mid-sentence more than once to tell me I was wrong. Told me to drop my car off on a Wednesday so that they could have it back to me by Friday or Monday. When I called to check-in, was told they wouldn't get a chance to look at it/start repairs until Monday. Was quoted for a total rebuild at $1,800-$2,200 (which is the same quote I got from other local areas for a rebuild, so I do believe they are fair in their prices), but ended up taking it somewhere else. Problem was fixed without a complete rebuild for only $900. They do seem knowledgeable about all types of cars, but overall did not appreciate how I was spoken to/treated and am glad that I brought my car elsewhere to be fixed.

I took my car here to get it looked at for a transmission problem. Although it turned out to not be a transmission problem but an engine problem, they did not even charge me a fee for the inspection. The customer service was very nice and I would take my car there to be serviced if I ever do need transmission help.

Great place for transmission repairs or rebuilds, they definitely stand behind there work. I've never had a return after three different transmission rebuilds...thanks guys...

Nelson was completely amazing he went out of his way to figure out what was wrong with my car and when you try to scan it nothing came up so he so let's go for a ride checked it out and as soon as we started driving he immediately knew what was wrong with it so I'm very thankful and I appreciate it.
