Went in to get my winter tires mounted and ended up having a wonderful conversation with Pepe the owner and his helper. Everything took about 30 minutes. Will definitely come again

This place had great service! I had an issue with my tire and apparently there was a screw in it. Instead of replacing it and charging me for a used tire, he fixed my tire and cut my cost over half. How kind! Haven t had any issues with the tire after 2 weeks now. Super happy. Friendly too!

Showed up thinking I had a flat tire. They checked for a hole & decided it was safer to replace the tire for a used tire. I was in & out within 30 mins. They were efficient and affordably priced, definitely recommend!

These guys are the best! Needed a tire last minute and only had today to get it figured out, managed to work out a perfect solution that fixed a different tire issue on my car as well all for a very fair price. I'm not new to the tire world either, these guys are seriously the best. Will come back here every time.

Had the best experience here! I m from out of town with a 6 hour drive ahead of me and I woke up with a flat. Bryan was so quick to help, found the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Los Pepes!!

Great experience! I was on my way to Chicago and realized I had a nail in my tire and as soon as I got there (within 3 min) he took great care of me and fixed my tire and told me if I ever needed anything just to come back and he will give me a discount. Great guy! (And he s a retired radiologist!)

Ivan is awesome. Very friendly on the phone and he told me to come right in. He diagnosed leaks in two of my tires and I was in-and-out in under 45 minutes. Parking is a little tight off of Stocking, but there are spots on the street and in the back.

Got my tires changed in November I just was going to change my breaks todayAnd noticed my front passenger tire has 4 mixed matched lug nuts and 1 completely gone . Do not go here! I drive my kid in the car and this place is careless about your safety! If you want to make your car a death trap go ahead

These Guys are Friggin AMAZING! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for Me, and for My Daughter! Ivan and The wonderful mechanic (I wish I had gotten his name) totally saved me in my time of crisis!Will never go anywhere else!

Was in Grand Rapids for a concert. On a cold, rainy night my rear tire was leaking air. Called all the Big Boys but no service.Found Los Peeps online. They extended fast, friendly service when I thought all was lost. Great job, guys! You are appreciated more than you know.

One of my tires had a slow leak. Took it to Los Pepes on my lunch break and they had me in and out in about 20 minutes, for $15.I thought there was a piece of metal in the tire causing the leak but they determined the tire was not properly seated on the rim. Really appreciated that they took the extra time to diagnose the issue. Generally very impressed with their customer service, speed, and cost. I'll definitely be back.

I came here to get my tire looked at as it was frequently low on air. They helped me immediately and were very kind! Turns out there was a nail in my tire that they patched up in 10 minutes, and charged me only $15 for. I will be back here!

Jose has worked on my vehicle three times in the past for various mechanical breakdowns , and he is working on it today. It's an old blue 03 Sierra. I wouldn't want anyone else working on my truck, Jose and his crew are fast, really good, and their prices are incredible

Noticed a flat right before heading out for 4th of July celebrations. Los Pepes got me in on the spot and had me taken care of in about 15 minutes. Outstanding service, no BS auto shop.

These guys have twice been very helpful with repairing two separate tires on two separate vehicles for us. Very nice guys and VERY good prices. Get us in and out in less than 15.

Want to get my gmc jimmy front break fix they made my break fluid leak out when they said it runs better but the next day I had no breaks but when I want to my boy shop on division and Griggs they fix everything for me all am saying I got scam never going there again
