I really appreciate the valet service that LaFontaine Ford provides. It was a great help to me. Drew was a great service rep from start to finish. I sent my car in for what I thought was a simple fix and ended up needing a new transmission. Drew made sure my warranty covered almost everything, sent me a new loaner car, and kept in contact with me on the status of my car. I really appreciated Drew. He was the best!

I love the pick up and delivery of my vehicle it was such a great experience. The work that was done on my car was very good, it runs like it brand new car again. They did excellent work. I would recommend everyone to use there service. Thank you for doing such a great job on my car.

Called here to make an appointment to have brake work done after multiple frustrations with Fox Ford getting an appointment or actually speaking with someone. I was surprised to actually speak with someone and even more surprised they were able to get me in the very next day. Anything with Fox always required scheduling weeks out.Kyli was my service rep and she was great. Communicated with me on all the work that needed to be performed and also arranged for a courtesy ride back after dropping my car off. She even offered a courtesy ride to pick me up when the vehicle was finished say what?!!! Is this real life?The vehicle (Ford Expedition Max) ended up getting staying the night and was ready the next morning and this was communicated the entire time. No surprises for me.The next morning they offered to drop the vehicle off to save me trip. For no additional cost I don t buy this vehicle from LaFontaine but I promise you I ve been singing from the rooftops how amazing this dealership has been to work with and such a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service.I guarantee the next vehicle(s) I purchase will be from them as they ve now just gained a new customer for life.Thank you LaFontaine.

This journey to our new bronco sport had its ups and downs, we started with a ford dealer closer to home, salesmen there did not want to help! I called LaFontaine auto group talked to Pat Kelly, asked if he had the bronco we were looking for, he did but it sold, he said he would see what he could do for us, he went up and beyond and exceeded our expectations, the communication, follow up and process was best service we have ever had with a dealership. Pat found us the car and had it brought in from Wisconsin, we drove our new car off the lot this afternoon and could not be happier with the car, Pat Kelly, Jordan the Finance Manager and a few other staff members (Mr Saunders) who stopped and talked to us while we were waiting for paperwork! We will recommend this company and staff to anyone who is in need of a car! From the bottom of our hearts we thank you! Kristie and Dave Hemmerlein

I was in town and started having issues with my vehicle and was worried about making it back to the other side of the state safely. Drew got my car in right away to run a diagnostic and they installed all the new parts the very next day and I was all set to go! Drew was very professional, helpful and quick with communicating updates!

SERVICE:Drew and phil were great! They were very patient and thorough when walking us through everything that was wrong with our vehicle and working with us overall. Great service team! We will definitely go back for any future repairs.

They did what they said they would do in our agreement of the vehicle purchase and did it in a very timely manner. I was pleased enough to purchase. Robert was easy to work with and was kind. As a woman purchasing a vehicle alone, I appreciated being treated with respect and not being asked where my husband was like other dealerships did. They were very good to deal with. I would recommend them.

I m truly saddened by the service industry across the board. Employees just some seem to take pride in their work anymore. I went in for a simple oil change and I was surprised to see the shield underneath the truck was hanging from one screw. After evaluating the situation I discovered the threads on the screw were stripped probably from using a power tool and over doing it. It s now being held up by a zip tie but hopefully LaFontaine will replace the screw.

Went to this dealership and a certain salesperson with the initials R,V. was assisting me. We came to a verbal agreement on a vehicle and was securing financing. When they sold the vehicle out from under me. After i had my credit run. I love ford's but will not be returning to this dealership anytime soon. They act as if they don't want or care about your business. Went to fox ford and they took care of me.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Drew and all of the Service staff I worked with were very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. This was my first time visit with LaFontaine Ford and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Would highly recommend LaFontaine Ford service dept, especially Drew, for all of your service needs!

I initially gave this place two stars because I wasn t satisfied with my previous experience when I received an oil change and tire rotation. However, not even 24hrs after leaving the review here on Google, I was contacted by their Service Lane Manager Tom over my concerns stated in my review. Tom was friendly and nice enough to reach out quickly to fix the issue. At first, I wasn t sure about coming back to this location but the way LAFONTAINE made me feel like a valued customer I m thinking this might be a great place to keep getting my vehicle serviced at. Thanks Tom!

Update: I just called and explained to a nice lady from service that paying $76 for an oil change is a bit steep. When it was Keller it was $46. I take another one of my vehicles to Toyota of Grand Rapids and there I pay $50 an oil change when you buy their $150 package that includes 3 oil changes. She explained costs have risen, and I get that, but I m not paying 50% more just to continue going where we ve historically gone. Heck, even Fox GMC is less than 76 for the same equivalent service on my truck and that s 8 quarts of synthetic.Not overly thrilled since it changed from Keller to LaFontaine. Most noticeably the price for a simple oil change went up significantly since they bought it. Likely going to find somewhere else to go, as $70+ for an oil change is a bit steep.

I bought 2021 Jeep from LaFontaine Ford in October 2023. I ve had to pay $4400 in repairs for 2 issues so far. The first issues had to do with the gas system and that was $400. The second issue was $4000 for a new air suspension system. Please be cautious of this dealership s process for doing a safety check and verifying vehicles. They are great at selling cars, but do not stand behind what they sell.

Took my escape in for 3 recalls! But just prior to my appointment my vehicle had what appeared to be a battery issue, not starting or making any noise.When I checked in for my recall appointment I told them what I had experienced the day before. They noted it and said they would check the battery.Upon picking up the car they explained the battery was holding a full charge and perhaps the cold temps caused whatever had happened the previous day. They said to come back if this happens again.All the recall issues were addressed and I was not charged a dime for them having looked over the battery issue. I was very pleased with the prompt service and attention to detail. I inherited this car which was purchased through a different Ford dealership not near my home. I will come back to LaFountaine for future Ford needs.

Lafontaine was amazing with the process of buying my car. I worked with Kellen and he was great! I would recommend him to everyone. He was very nice throughout the whole process, answering any question and working with me throughout everything! Jordan was also very good at explaining all the financing. 10/10 I m very appreciative and thankful for them helping me out! Lafontaine is amazing!

I came in this December looking for help fixing my screen in my 2022 Escape and Eric took care of it right away. I came back to see him last week and see what my options would be for a new lease since my lease ends in April. I wasn't planning on leasing a new one that day but Eric made it easy!

Great service! Quick fast and also fair, It was my first visit at the Ford LaFonatine dealership and they will now get my service going forward due to being extremely fair on rates and reminding me of my incentives!
