My family has used Koenes Auto Body for more than 40 years. From Mike Sr and now to Mike Jr, these folks are THE quality standard for auto repairs in west Michigan. Strongly recommend Koenes.

Took my vehicle to have a dent removed (thanks Anonymous Parking Lot Jerk who left it for me). Not only did Koenes fix the problem, but my vehicle was detailed and clean inside and out. Thanks for doing great work, and taking such good care of my vehicle. It looks brand new again!

Koenes was great to work with. They did excellent work on my Tesla. They got me in right away for an estimate. My dent and scratches are back to new. A bit better communication is needed since I was the one to initiate the conversations via call or email & they used a very old phone number that I never gave them & I didn't get my message. Other than that I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them.

I have used Koenes Auto Body for many years. They do a wonderful job and are so dependable. They are helpful and accommodating. This last minor repair they even drove me to the airport.

Had body work on my car done there. Communication was great the work completed was done to perfection. They even went above and beyond cleaning and detailing my vehicle before I got it back. Definitely recommend to anyone needing body work done.

This was my very first experience with Koenes, and it was outstanding. Ben provided timely updates throughout the entire process. The most impressive is that anytime I sent him an email, he always responded within minutes. Definitely exceeded my expectations with customer service.

Took my Porsche to Koenes after it got side swiped and backed into. Excellent customer service from Mike Netz. He did an excellent job working with me on getting exactly what I wanted. Just check out the pictures for the outcome.

What a great place. Had Warrenty work done on my Wrangler JLU. Everone from Austin to the staff that greeted me at frontdesk were friendly and professional. The high ratings are true.

Did the best job of ANY body shop I have ever been to! Had a few extra days because of wrong part issue but called and let me know. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

I wish i could give Koenes Auto Body a lot more than 5 stars!!! They did an amazing job fixing my car after I hit a large deer at 55 mph. John handled interactions with my car insurance company which was very nice! Koenes goes above and beyond with repair work and friendly courteous staff from beginning to end. Thank you so much for everything!

I don t usually post reviews but after working with Koenes Auto Body, I could not be happier! After hitting a deer, I took my car to a few body shops in the area. Koenes Auto Body was the only one who was able to fix my car and get me back on the road quickly. I was amazed! Not only was their turn around time the quickest, the service I received during the whole process put my mind at ease. My car looked great, like the accident never happened! I would highly recommend Koenes Auto Body!

Many places can fix up your car. Not all places seamlessly communicate and make you feel like you are their number one customer. Sam at Koenes is an expert on Tesla vehicles, and I have not received my car back yet but through this process I feel assured that my vehicle will come back to me looking brand new and mechanically sound. If you are looking for the BEST body shop in town, give Koenes a call.

Sadly, there were lags in response and lack of overall communication with my car which could have gone anywhere for repairs, however well respected the shop is , and it was recommended to me by my long time dealership connection. Very disappointed, though I am sure they felt they did all they could

Only got an estimate here because my car was totaled. They were good to work with. Great communication and worked with my insurance company. No comments on quality of there repair work.

After tree damage to my Challenger, I contacted Koenes Auto Body for an estimate.The estimator actually came to the car and gave me a quote. I got the car to Koenes, and they repaired it perfectly. I'm the first owner of a 2019 Subaru Outback and over the years, I had two 'parked and unoccupied' collisions. I took the car to Koenes for repair both times. Both times, Koenes dealt directly with the insurance companies and advocated for me to get the proper replacement parts. They didn't cut corners, their work was incredibly detailed and my car looks brand new. They even took the time to wash/buff the entire exterior and tidy the interior. Great communication and customer service. I hope to not need collision repair services again but Koenes will be my first and only call if I do.Service: Body & Trim

Dropped off my car Sunday night and it was ready Monday afternoon. When I first brought it in for an estimate, I hadn't made an appointment but was waited on right away. The emailed me a quote within a few hours. Matt the estimator gave me options,. My car is 7 years old. Very professional business. I've used them a few times.

Had a truck and trailer have a blowout on the trailers wheels and sideswiped and ripped out my rear corner of my bumper on my 03 Acura RSX-S A-spec. With this being my weekend/show car it was extremely important to me that I bring it to a place that could not only replace the bumper with a OEM bumper but paint match it extremely well as there would be tons of eyes on this car and with that I had heard about koenes from some car friends and the work they did DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Absolutely top tier paint work and made it look OEM! Included some pictures just to prove it!

Very professional, great customer responses, timely updates, all appointments and commitments on time.Jeff and Chris have both been great to work with as has their staff.I would rarely recommend any auto repair facility but Koenes has certainly been exceptional.

Originally went here since they were the closest Tesla certified body shop to me. Jeff was really great to work with. Not only did he work with my insurance company about OEM parts (nightmare lol), but he made sure that my Model 3 looked showroom new when I got it and even arranged for an after hours pickup since I live far away. This will be my go to shop for as long as I m in Michigan! Fantastic work and couldn t be happier.Service: Body & Trim

Very poor communication, they changed the pickup day 3 times after they ordered a wrong part and then kept telling me it was supposed to arrive tomorrow until finally picking the car up without the part as the vehicle just sits at their site missing their original done date by over a week. And I ll still have to return to have the missing part installed. Their error cost me $$ directly. I see lots of high ratings for this place but I ve been lied to and misled, if I could give zero stars I would. Choose somewhere else for your repair would be my advice.Service: Body & Trim

I hit a deer with my Tesla. They did an excellent job repairing it, as good as new or better. Jeff kept me informed on progress all the way through it.
