I ve only ever worked with Jerrys Garage in Grand Rapids because I haven t needed to go with anyone else. I ve taken my cars to them over the years, and they charge an honest price and are extremely straight shooters. Most recently I brought in my car several times over several weeks due to a recurring issue and we troubleshooted various fixes. They didn t charge me for the fix because of the frequency of trips to the shop. My car runs great and I ll recommend Jerry s to anyone.

Fantastic shop! They are quick and efficient. They are very fair with the prices and easy to communicate with. We will definitely go to Jerry s if we have more care issues.

Cant recommend enough. Been having my vehicles worked on by Jerry's for years, always a fair price and quick to get the work done correctly. Finally leaving a review after they did some warranty work for me next day when I had an issue.

Jerry's is amazing. Great fair customer service. The have fix things at a fraction of the price as a dealership quoted. More importantly, they identified the right fix. I live 20 miles away but still take my car there.

This is the only place we go for great service and quality work at a fair price. Never have to worry about unnecessary add on items in your bill. They have bailed us out so many times.We use them for personal and our business repair needs. Ball Park Floral & Gifts only uses Jerry's Garage!Keep up the good work guys!

We were referred to Jerry's after our previous mechanic's shop was sold. Our blower motor burned out during an ice storm, and we had a cab full of smoke and no heat in our truck! Called Jerry's first thing on a Monday morning, they took our truck right away, and had it fixed by the afternoon. Pricing was fair and a affordable! They also looked at another issue and let us know that it wasn't a crucial fix, and we appreciated the honesty and education they provided.

The best mechanic I ve ever gone to in terms of personalized service, going above and beyond and being honest about what needs doing now vs what we can wait on. Jay and the guys are great. Took care of my Jeep last week on short notice then hooked me up on my van this week. Very good service and great prices. Highly recommended.

I think they have great, honest service. I really enjoy using their restroom. It is so clean. I really like the puffy goose picture and listening to Iron Maiden jamming on the stereo. I think I have a crush on Tom. Thanks guys.

Would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of car repairs. I run a large corporate fleet and use them for all our repairs in the Grand Rapids area. Knowledgeable, competent, fairly priced, friendly, and they have very quick turn around time.

Good, fair, honest, smart about cars, trustworthy and reasonably priced. Our family has been taking our cars there for 20 years and we're always happy with the service, the quality, the convenience and the result.

Really rude sounding on the phone. I had a car that wouldn't start and knew what repair it needed via a diagnosis at another repair shop. With the many shops in the Grand Rapids area, they refused to do an estimate over the phone. He has a choice to refuse that, and I have an opportunity to express my concern. Wouldn't recommend.

These guys are the best there is. I would drive clear across town to use these guys if that were necessary. Just today, they fixed my car right before the Thanksgiving holiday. I called them this morning at 8am; by 4pm they called me and told me to pick it up. That's what I call service.

Love this place! I live right down the street and I I ll be a customer for quite awhile. They re very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Pricing has always been fair and I ve had quick turn around times. I highly recommend them!

Went there years ago and he said he didn t want to give my car an oil change. I live within five blocks of this place and would have had lots of work done over the last ten years I ve lived here, but he didn t seem to want my business so I spent my money elsewhere.
