Jacks s has been servicing my oldHonda since my stepdad bought it. Fair, honest and professional. I've taken previously owner vehicles for service there as well. Even down to the oil changing, other than the Honda dealership, Jack & the team, including the front counter, have been my go to service station! Not many of these shops around in that area anymore, that treat you like family in the good old West Side!

I recently took my 2016 Jeep Cherokee to Jack's Service Center for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with their service. My car was having trouble starting, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They were thorough in their work, taking the time to explain the problem and how it occurred, as well as providing preventative measures. What impressed me the most was their focus on addressing only the issue at hand, without trying to push unnecessary repairs like dealerships or other mechanics often do. They were confident in their repairs, and if they hadn't fixed the problem, they would have continued to work on it until it was resolved. The team at Jack's Service Center was transparent about the costs, ensuring that I wasn't overcharged. Their dedication to my satisfaction and the care they showed for my Jeep truly demonstrated their commitment to their customers. I highly recommend Jack's Service Center to anyone in need of a reliable and customer-centric mechanic.

I will NEVER bring my car to this place ever again!!!!!! They INTENTIONALLY messed up my car ever since he changed the oil My car moves extremely slow. He also to put a motor mount on and now my car is ticking from underneath the hood they tell me there's nothing they can do about it yet they caused it. Seems like they only help the people THEY want to help which is whites people. I only gave them one star because I couldn't post this without rating the shop.

On September 22nd, 2023 I called @10am to get my car looked at they told me to come in and they ll have a look. I drove my car to the shop and they told me they aren t going to look at it and to set up an appointment for Monday (September 25, 2023) which they ll have an opening @9:30am. Fast forward I come to the Shop Monday as directed and they told me they re too busy to look at my car and they won t be able to work on my car for at least another week. After I agreed that I ll make the appointment for that Monday to get a diagnostic and to get my car worked on they still refused then told me we re having a coffee break so you ll have to wait about 10 minutes then we ll do your diagnostic I ve been here for over 25 mins and they still haven t acknowledged that I ve been in there waiting room they even came to the waiting room to get more coffee. I think they are racist because my girlfriend even had the same experience as me but they actually worked on her car was supposed to do the breaks but ended up not doing them.Service: Brakes

I took my car to jacks this morning because my brakes were absolutely shot and I was told they would have it looked at and fixed tomorrow which was ok with me. 8 or 9 hours later I got a call saying exactly what was wrong with it and what they were going to fix and that they would be able to get it done today. I decided to read the reviews and saw how trustworthy and honest they were and wanted to give them a shot, I m glad I did! I d definitely come back here again when my car needs repair.

Jack s was fantastic. I d been taking my truck to the Ford dealership and they could not figure out what was happening even after multiple visits. The team at Jack s actually listened to me and figured out the issue in one day. They were great to work with, I highly recommend this shop. I will only be going here in the future.

We have been taking our cars to Jack's Service Center for about 20 years. I cannot say enough about how much we trust the group - they are honest, thorough and fair. We have had everything from major car repairs to oil changes to new tires to advice on cars we are purchasing, and I would not go anywhere else. Top notch!

Jacks is a great place to take your car! They're honest, and they know what they're doing. I had to have my rear brakes done on my Scion XB and they did a great job, noticed some other things that needed work, and then charged me less than the estimated amount. I will be going back for any future repairs.

Took my car in at 1pm for brakes, got a call by 2pm telling me they found the problem and quoted me a price (which was lower than I expected), was picking it up by 4pm the same day. I have used Jack's Service for several years on the repairs that I cannot perform myself. They provide honest and quality service at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and their attention to detail is second to none. I always trust Jack and his staff with my cars been going here for over 10 years and doing work from brakes to engine work and regular service like transmission flushes. Affordable, honest and doesn't do any service that's not needed. A great local shop.

New customer here & my spouse and I just dropped our car off. Upon walking in, I didn't feel welcomed and only felt like we an inconvenience. No smile or greeting, guy was very short with us and I don't feel like I was taken seriously when making the appointment or bringing my spouses car in. We shall see what the end result is when we pick the car back up. Was hoping we could've made this our go to place but the first impression doesn't make me feel hopeful.

Had a really great experience, the work was well done at an affordable price and they found an issue that I forgot to mention that was secondary to the primary reason I took my car in. Super excited to have a family owned shop I can head to that gets the work done.
