I called Jesus this morning because my rear brakes needed to be replaced. He was at my house within an hour and had them fixed within the hour. He is super transparent with pricing and the work that he does. He even sent me screenshots of the parts he purchased. He also asked me to go along with him for a test drive to check the work done. He also fixed other things on my car without me even having to ask. Between the efficiency, transparency, and convenience, this was truly an amazing experience. I will exclusively use J&J for all my auto needs going forward.

Awesome service! Jesus was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and honest. He was even able to get our brakes done on the same day we contacted him and it was much more affordable than if we had taken it to a shop. I will gladly recommend J&J Mobile Mechanic to anyone I know who needs auto work!

Had my tensioner break with the belt tangled around it, Jesus came by my house the same day and had it all fixed within hours. Very friendly and timely and you can tell he puts his heart into all is jobs. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Jesus is awesome. I had a brake caliper going out, he came to me and he took care of it in no time. He even went and bought the part. Did a super job, very professional. I highly recommend him. I will definitely be going back to him. Thank you Jesus. You're a life saver.

We have needed our SUVs brakes serviced for a while. I was looking for a relatively soon appt to get them done and couldn't find a reputable shop nearby with any openings. I saw this busniess on Google with great reviews and gave him a go!We are so pleased we did! Not only was he able to get our car done today but came to our home. This is super helpful when you have little kids and they don't sit well at a shop waiting.Jesus was on time, professional, and kind. He seems very knowledgeable about cars and did a great job!

I was on the highway leaving Grand Rapids and my van malfunctioned so I pulled over to a rest area and called J&J Mobile Mechanic and they were prompt and professional getting my alternator replaced and my daughter and I back on the road to Detroit. I m so thankful they were quick and polite

Jesus is great! On a Sunday, he took the time to come out and fix a tire problem. He's knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I had an issue with my Ignition key locking up. I tried all the "Recommended" tips i researched online. Nothing worked. After calling numerous companies, to no avail, my frustration increased. I called J&J. Expecting the common answer. The team came out within ten minutes and i was on the road. After expressing my gratitude,They shared my enthusiasm . Very happy and thankful

Jesus came to replace my car battery, and even though it was a huge pain to get out he was super friendly and helpful the whole time. He even offered to come back the next day to help replace my headlight he noticed was out :) great experience and will 100% be calling again whenever I have car issues I need help with. Thank you!!

Jesus changed my sisters flat tire at almost 12:30am because he was at the right place at the right time. It speaks volume of his character to pull over and take the time to help my sister that late at night. Jesus was very responsive when I called him (at my house in 10 minutes! On a Saturday!). I had snapped 3 lugs studs on a wheel and needed to have them all replaced. I couldn t wait until Monday for a repair shop to open. Within 2hrs the service was completed- which included going to the auto parts store for supplies. The quality of work and pricing was VERY competitive to any of the local shops I ve used in the past, and I ve never had such quick service. What made the service stand out even more was that he took time to explain what he was doing and pointed out some other areas of service that my car could use and took time to explain those as well.I could not recommend J&J more and would encourage anyone to utilize their services. I will definitely be utilizing them for service on my vehicles in the future, and they will likely be my first call ahead of any local garages.Service: Brake service & repair

One word, AMAZING!!! I called Jesus for the first time at around 3PM stranded in Alpine. By the time the tow truck delivered my car home on the SE side (around 6PM), Jesus was there in 10mins! He is knowledgeable, very personable, highly professional, and his rates are very reasonable. He replaced my starter and serpentine belt on my 2015 Ford Explorer within 2hrs he said he would. He gave me the receipt for the parts, showed me where and how he replaced my parts, let me keep my old parts and when I had an issue after he left, he came back (in the dark) fixed it, showed me what happened and made sure I was good to go.� He even texted me the next day to make sure I let him know if I have any issues and to be safe traveling to OH. He is a phenomenal mechanic that comes to you! And even just from our first meeting he's a man of integrity as well which is very rare these days! Thank you Jesus!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

So kind and so helpful. Fixed all four brakes and rotors and took off stripped tire bolts. For a great price and he was able to come to me. Will be doing business in the future. Jesus was my hero! It was a Friday at 6:30pm. I was just driving down the road to my house with my two kids after a long day of work when my brakes started making a horrible grinding sound. I knew it was something that had to be fixed fast because it could be very dangerous to drive with bad brakes. I had plans to go all over town in the coming days but how was I going to find a mechanic on a Friday evening or over the weekend? I sat in my car and googled mechanics near me and found J&J Mobile Mechanic. I called and left a message of desperation. Jesus called me back in 5 minutes and told me he could work on my car that night! I grabbed new rotors and brake pads at AutoZone based off of his instructions. He met me at my house as soon as I got home. He started working right away, but realized that the store gave me the wrong brake pads so he ran back to the store, got the right parts, returned and finished the job! He explained everything, showed me the old parts and the new ones, he was polite, professional, on time, had good prices, and fixed the problem with my car. The fact that he came to me allowed me to take care of my kids at home while he was working on my car. As a single mom, this was a game changer! Now my car is safe to drive, my weekend is saved and I can make it to work on Monday without skipping a beat! Thanks so much Jesus! Your my new favorite mechanic!Service: Brake service & repair

Jesus was able to show up same day and within two hours of initial outreach. My daughter's car issue became a nonissue by the time he showed up be he was still cordial and showed up as planned. If she needs services in the future, we will be sure to call him.
