I just purchased a vehicle with a great deal. My salesperson Scott, was most helpful and honest. I'm glad I know this place and will recommend anyone to Infinity Auto Group.

Reviews keep getting deleted. Please stay away for your own good, these guys are why used car salesman have a bad name. Blatant lying and shady practice have resulted in thousands of dollars in repairs. I repeat, please do not purchase from these swindlers.

Do not trust this dealership at all ! I bought a 2007 Dodge Caliber from Scott , he assured me that it would be a safe and reliable car for my daughter because nothing was wrong with the car . He stated he had just replaced a front tie rod on the car and that this was a solid reliable car . This was a completely and utter lie that this car was safe ! Tuesday I was driving my special needs and autistic daughter to her appointment when my check engine light started flashing and beeping at me ! Praying I could just make it home safely to drop my daughter off with her dad and bring my car to a mechanic to see what was wrong with this so happened safe car. I bring it to the mechanic and he is just in awe of what is wrong . He just couldn t believe that this car had made it to him without causing even more damage then what was already wrong . While it was correct that the inner tie rod was changed they failed to mention that the other front tie rod was damaged and needed to be replaced along with 2 lateral links , 2 ball joints , the ignition coil and 4 spark plugs and a four wheel alignment . This came out to be 1,357.08 ! Luckily someone was watching over my daughter and I to make sure we lived because the mechanic said the ball joints were so horrible that they were popping in and out of their sockets just about ready to snap off . So I would think very wisely before buying from this father son duo ! If for some reason Scott you should happen to read this I just want you to know shame on you and your whole company !

Me and my husband bought 2 cars already from Infinity in the last 13 years. Great family business. Our son also had purchased his first car from here a couple years ago and he still loves it. We are looking forward to doing business with these guys again when the time comes.

My wife and I were interested in a Ford Escape we found on Auto Trader's website-- which was located here at Infinity.. Tried contacting dealer through email and phone to get a test drive. Have left several messages over the last couple weeks and never had a response. The man on the voicemail message (I presume the owner) sounds like he hates his life. Definitely not a trustworthy dealer

I came in looking at a vehicle. I can not possible tell you how incredibly dishonest the owner, Scott, is. First he ADDED $500 to the sticker price after we got financing, then he demanded another $500 after that. The vehicle was advertised as pristine, and was a total POS. The dashboard, drivers side front shock, and several interior panels fell apart on a single 1 mile test drive. The engine belts were all badly worn out and sprayed down with belt dressing to conceal the noise. The alternator and power stearing pumps were caked with axle grease to mask their failure. The heat and A/C both did not work. The coolant had oil in it (head gasket) and was leaking from several heater core lines he coated in silicone to conceal that failure. AND the engine had atleast 1 dead cylinder by the end of the test drive, probably again do to a head gasket leak flooding it with coolant. That's when we gave him the plate and left... I was a professional mechanic, and I can tell you this vehicle was at the end of its life. The exterior was just as trashed. He took a lot of time to both photograph the vehicle in the rain, and find angles to hide several car accidents. But the exterior isn't an issue. The engine and usefullness are what matters. Scott never blinked an eye to put someone elses kids on the side of the road, or sell a piece of junk to a family. Our bank refused the loan due to the grossly misrepresented condition. Unbelievable experience from start to finish. Beware of this place. Scott is a real "used car salesman" and we certainly will never buy from here!

Looked at a van here. What a JUNK box. Scott lied about everything. If I didn't know what I was looking at, I might have lost my shirt. Buyer be warned! This guy buys junkyard cars and sells them to unsuspecting victims. Michigan has NO lemon law, so once you make the sale, guys like him laugh all the way to the bank. DO NOT BUY HERE!

A great family owned business. I have referred other family members and friends and Scott has always given the details of the car up front. Both our immediate and extended family use him for purchasing and servicing vehicles.
