I brought my vehicle running with a misfire on one cylinder. It went home with just enough power to get there. I would never recommend this place to even replace a bicycle tire!!

I have used Haritage many times. I have brought my own car and the vehicles of several family members to heritage to have an inspection of a used car for purchase done. They do a very thorough job with a detailed report. You could get an inspection that costs less somewhere else, but I can guarantee it won't be done with the same standards and attention to detail. Their inspection is well worth the price.I would also like to give a special review to Mike. He is very warm and friendly. He is great at breaking down and explaining any questions you may have. Great job, Mike. Thanks for all your help and patience with all my questions.

WARNING: MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS STOLEN WHILE MY CAR WAS HERE FOR REPAIRS. IT IS NOT SAFE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE OVERNIGHT.My catalytic converter was stolen from here while it was having brake work done. The shop refused to help and it left me with over $2800 in damage.They also installed the brake pad clips backwards and I had to pay another shop $180 to fix their mistake.The response from this business is an outright lie. I did not pay for my repairs over the phone and I did not have my keys placed in a pick up box to be picked up over the weekend.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Charged 2 hours of labor to check out an issue. Ended up not having them fix it, only to later figure out their diagnosis was a complete lie. Was told my shifter cable was completely severed. I was later told on the phone that the technician lied about that fact. Instead, the actual issue is a bushing with an easy $10 fix. This place gave us a $600 estimate for something anyone can fix for 10 bucks and a YouTube video. Owner took no responsibility. Do not go here, you will get scammed.

Mike has been taking care of my car needs for the last 2 years. Mike is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. I can't ask for anything more in an auto mechanic. I trust Heritage for all my car needs. They are just as high quality as a dealer without the pretentious attitude and over charging. Todd Wenzel sucks btw - avoid that place. If you're having car trouble - this is the place to go in this town. Shout-out to Mike, he's awesome!

I can not say enough good things about Mike and Heritage Service Centre. Mike stood by his work and I believe he would like to never see the White Nitro again. After multiple attempts to replace a power steering pump and several bad ones, the 4th time worked. Mike had no problem replacing the ones he put on until he finally found an OEM part. Mike, thank you, we have no more leaks!! Great place to take your vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I've known the owner Jim and have used the shop exclusively for over 30 years. He and his son Mike (the guy behind the counter and answering the phone most of the time) I consider friends but even if that were not the case I would still give them the highest recommendation possible. Absolutely honest and completely competent I can't imagine a better place to take your vehicle. 5 stars are not enough.

I've never had a bad experience with these guys in the last 18 years I have used them. They are honest, do good work in a timely manner, and treat you with respect. I've shopped around a few times and have always come back. The peace of mind that my car is being taken care of well is worth it. I would recommend them to anyone.

The team here is super friendly and will explain everying about your car in plain English so it is easy to understand what repairs are needed. Really love taking my car here and always leave satisfied.

Would recommend this service center, especially if you are looking for a Repair Pal location via CarMax. They work hard to satisfy their customers and to get warranty claims approved and processed. Thanks Mike, Jim, etc al.

My Nissan Versa broke down last Friday and needed a new crankshaft position sensor. The team at Heritage was great, I typically take my car to the Nissan Gezon Dealership since nobody I know has owned a Nissan and I had no clue where else to go, but I was told it would be at least 2 months before I would even get in for service. I saw Heritage was an option under my MaxCare contract, and they were able to get me in ASAP! Great communication, turnaround, and Mike made it very easy to understand what was wrong with the car and what steps they were taking. I will definitely be returning if my Nissan needs work in the future!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had an emergency with my GMC truck on a Friday night. I had the truck towed to Heritage Service Centre, not being able to talk to them first. When I called Monday morning, they were very accommodating and fit my truck into an already full, holiday week. The work was finished the next day, and the bill was much lower than it could have been. I am very grateful that they were willing to get it in and finished so fast, as that saved costs on rental car too. Thank you guys! The man I ended up calling and texting several times, was awesome. Id like to thank him for beating the deadline on such short notice. Thanks to the driver who actually picked up the truck and found a good spot to drop it. Excellent service at a reasonable rate.

My van is having some issues that are not visible/happening while there/and or very common. They have never just tried to sell me on what it 'could' be and charge me $$$. They are very honest, they explain everything they do, and are very kind trustworthy people!

Fast and friendly service. They always tell you the truth, weather good news or bad news. There is no drama when it comes to the repairs, they will tell you how serious the repair is, but no pressure it is up to you to decide what you want to do. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars it is nice knowing that they will always tell me the truth and not try to oversell me something. They also take the time to educate me. Jim was kind enough to explain they best way to use my ac system to get the maximum cooling for less wear and tear on my vehicle (as I said I cars are not really my thing so I don't have a lot of knowledge). They are all very friendly and helpful. This is the only place I will take my vehicle from now on!!!

Wonderful experience! Jim was very helpful over the phone and explained the situation clearly. He and his team got my car in and out of the shop on the same day. Not only do they treat your car well, but they treat you well also!

Excellent service at a reasonable price. At my last visit, they found that a major repair would likely be covered by warranty on my 10 year old car, if I took it to the dealer instead of having them complete it. That was the case; Heritage saved me a lot of money by sharing that discovery!

Brought in my 09 ford taurus last Thursday. Need a PCM . Waited like 4 months for the part DUE to the chip shortages. And finally got the call that it was in got programmed and running good. If you got computer problems, wouldn't hurt to have these guys check it out. They had it done in no time..

I've taken both of my vehicles in for work, ranging from a simple oil change all the way to suspension work. They go the extra mile to check things over and give solid advice. I'd highly recommend anyone considering the purchase of a used car to take it in for a pre-purchase inspection at Heritage -- they could save you from buying a time bomb, or at least give you ammunition to negotiate purchase price if there are repairs needed.

While I enjoy spinning wrenches on my vehicles these are the folks I go to when I find myself out of my depth, or short on time. They have always provided amazing service. The repairs come with pictures and comments about repairs and suggested things to keep any eye on. I suggest them to friends frequently. No tricks no hard sells, just straight forward and honest people.

Very good customer rapport with the service to back it up. Understanding of priority of auto problems and willing to address critical issues promptly.Had an alternator problem and visited a BMW shop nearby only to be told they could get to it 2-3 weeks from the day I came in, which meant I'd have to leave my vehicle at the shop for 2-3 weeks since no alternator meant the battery would eventually die out.Heritage service center, on the other hand, fixed the problem the same day I came in and did it exceptionally well with a warranty to back it up. This place is very capable of working on BMWs and will be the place I take my car to if ever I have issues.

Highly recommend this place! Brought my Jeep in with o2 sensor codes that new sensors couldn t fix. Figured it was a bad ground. Brought it to a different shop and told them to check the ground. Got a call and was told the brand new o2 sensors were bad. They obviously never actually checked the grounds. I did my research, found Heritage Service Centre, brought it in and they found the ground issue, fixed the problem, and things have been running great since!

Tom is the man! He really listens to his customers regarding their problem and digs in thoroughly. I also appreciate his team going the extra mile and finding issues which may have not been addressed if not brought up by the customer initially. Great owner, great mechanics, all around excellent experience! I recommend now exclusively to all friends, family, and business owners.

Tom and Jim and Trevor have been my main mechanics for three different vehicles and I have always felt that they have treated me fairly and that their prices were very competitive. One time they found a Ziploc bag that we had lost months earlier that had $120 in it and they gave it to me without hesitation and would not except a portion of it as a reward. That kind of honesty is a rare thing nowadays .

The guys at Heratage go the extra mile to not only fix your auto needs but are also able to educate you about what s causing the problem through state of the art diagnostics & explanations of them that gives me the piece of mind that I have made the right choice when picking who keeps me safely on the road.They have already met & exceeded my expectations saving me money & I would recommend them to anybody looking for someone to trust there auto needs with.There are not enough stars to rate them 5+

Had BAD experiance here . Brought my vehicle back 3 different times,waited days to fix the same issue and they charge me hundreds of dollars everytime they look at it, made me replace parts that werent needed to be replaced. Yes they are friendly untill you ask them to fix the problem or ask them for remboursement.
