First experience. Went in for an oil change. I was very happy with the efficiency, courtesy and comfort. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and read a book while watching a replay of The Tigers game. Restrooms were very clean and spacious. They even had little Moribana flower arrangements at each desk that caught my eye. My car was washed and floors vacuumed. Text update feature was good too.

Arrived at appointment time and signed in in a timely manner. Appreciated the quiet lounge area to read while my car was being serviced. Everything went quickly and I was back in my clean and inspected car in less than an hour. Great appointment!

Harvey Lexus dealership is a great place to take your car for maintenance. I called, made an appointment. They offered me a vehicle to use while my car was being serviced. It took about 5 minutes to drop off my car and have the keys handed to me for the rental. Harvey Lexus is a first class company and a pleasure to do business with. Every time I go back to pick up my car, I smile because I am so pleased with their professionalism and service.

Mike Linscott in the service department is always great to work with. He's very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is very straightforward and honest with repairs and whether the repair is worth the expense, what needs to be done immediately and what can wait, etc. I have found working with Mike to be a very good experience every time I've been in. I have a 20 year old Lexus with lots of miles but he treats me, my car like it's brand new off there lot. Thanks to the Harvey Lexus of Grand Rapids team!

Always great service. Just hadMy last LOF completed March 26, 2024. They rotated my tires though I did not ask for that. When I called the service department the service advisor Brian was very helpful and gave me a full credit for the charge. He mentioned that they usually do that with the LOF but I didn t ask for it. These tires were brand new and only three weeks old and absolutely did not need a rotation. But Harvey took care of it instantly, excellent service.

Brian was very knowledgeable, he actually knows the products/inventory well and was able to articulate the differences between various models. Highly recommend him if you are in the market and want not just a typical run of the mill sales person who knows nothing about the actual product.

Over the years, I have had many, many new cars and have dealt with different dealerships throughout. In my book, Harvey Lexus is A # 1!! This dealership has gone above and beyond anything I could have ever expected.When my 2010 250HS needed some work, Harvey Lexus was the dealership of my choice, and I wasn't disappointed. I dealt with Brian Ngo, and he was so helpful, very understanding to my situation, and outstandingly professional.While this work was being done on my car, I had the privilege of driving one of their beautiful new Vehicles. What a wonderful experience that was! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop by the dealership and take one for a test drive. Once you go to Lexus, you don't go back!In the end, I came to the conclusion that if I or anyone I know needs a new car or is in need of service, I would definitely go to Havrey Lexus as my first choice!I can promise you one thing, you will not be disappointed.

Coreen is by far the best in class and Lexus is fortunate to have her! Work was great, but not finished anywhere near when promised. Was supposed to take a couple of hours. Dropped off at 8:30 and arrived to pickup at 4 and still had to wait another hour.

Repair was fine but after buying 4 new tires and getting the 60,000mile checkup $2,229 they did not bother to fill the air in my spare tire I am sure they checked on the dash and saw and just didn t bother to fill. So I drove away from the dealership with the low pressure indicator on my dash and now I have to get on the ground to fill the tire. Kind of ruined the experience

Best car purchase experience I ve ever had. Everyone on the staff was extremely kind and helpful. My new used certified Lexus is fantastic, the service was outstanding and seamless. I will definitely be back when it s time for another vehicle. Every other dealership has some big shoes to follow. Thank you Harvey Lexus!!

I love Harvey Lexus! I love the staff, especially Coreen (Love her!!!!) and Mike. They are so friendly and go above and beyond for me. They are very accommodating and when I get any service, I am confident they are going to fix my car very well. I haven t had a problem, yet and I ve been with them for several years! Love them!

Robert was great to work with. Not your typical sales person. His good natured, low pressure style along with the wealth of knowledge he provided helped us pick out the car we wanted. I ve purchased cars from many dealerships but this was by far the best experience.

The entire team demonstrates a belief in high quality service, while treating me as an individual important to them. They are a key part in my decision to remain a Lexus owner for 30 years.

Brian NGO was amazing at communicating with me throughout the process. The service was great despite the fact that I decided not to go any further with the blind spot malfunction since it was going to be extremely involved. Brian made sure I was apprised of all that was happening.

The customer service was incredible! Eddie guided me through from start to finish. Jordan was extremely patient and knowledgeable reviewing the tech aspect. Steve was wonderful as well. I did not get a hybrid which I wanted, but my need to get a vehicle became a priority sooner, so the team worked out a solution I was happy with on my RX.

On an out of state trip, had an issue with an overhead light and the GPS on my Lexus NX350h. The GPS problem had no known solution, but they reported it to regional Lexus folks to get the issue into the national database to match up with others having the same undiagnosed problem. Part for the light needed to be ordered, but it was also a known problem with the part. Have to order that when I return home and can leave the car for service. People were very helpful, fitting me into their schedule at the last minute. Very pleased with their helpfulness despite having no immediate fixed.

I dropped off my car for a recall. It was supposed to be done in an hour, but I had to leave it overnight but no worries not only did they give me a loaner car but when I picked up my own car the next morning it was washed and filled with gas. I worked with Michael very nice guy and very helpful. It wasn t the way we wanted it to go but it worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend this dealership. We had a great experience when we bought the car and equally happy with the service department.
