A special thanks to Nick Thrall and Albert Arreola!!The deal I structured was not close to the monthly payment desired. But Nick was not so worried on giving me a good trade-in value, and added very good incentive. So, at the end I was completely satisfied as both of them worked together to come up with the best deal and monthly payment.I thank both of you so much!!! Now I m able to take home my 2024 Cadillac CT5-V that I ordered in January.

This is the second time I ve had damage to my ATS repaired at Harvey Cadillac s collision center & once again their workmanship did not disappoint. I received my vehicle back freshly cleaned & looking like it had never been damaged in the first place. The staff I dealt with there were courteous & professional. They were also able to get my vehicle repaired & back to me much sooner than they had initially anticipated. I would definitely recommend Harvey Cadillac s collision center to anyone who is looking to have any repair work done on a damaged vehicle.

Harvey Cadillac is a wonderful dealership. Everyone is helpful and kind and all my visits have been comfortable whether it s an oil change or dropping off for service.My only complaint is attention to detail in service dept. I recently had my car in for service and three things were to be addressed. When I picked my car up, only one of those things was dealt with but I didn t notice until the next day. Unfortunately, one of the two issues was my third request because it had always been overlooked. I m not sure who s checking the vehicles over after service before handing over to owner, but maybe that could be looked into.

Stephanie is ALWAYS great! She has always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs have been met and taken care of. Today I got 4 new tires, an oil change, and 2 new key fob batteries cheaper than I could have at Costco all while having it done by an experienced technician! Highly recommend calling them or stopping in for service, ask for Stephanie she s wonderful to work with. Thank you!!

I visited here last Friday as I'm interested in electric vehicles. I felt that the staff were really friendly and well-trained. Sometimes, going to a dealership can be an unpleasant experience, but it wasn't the case here. If someone wants to purchase a Cadillac, I would definitely recommend visiting this place and hope their business flourishes.

Oil change $135 has more than doubled since Covid and service hours shrunk to Mon to Fri 8 to 5pm. Sat upto 2pm and for oil change only. Greed and Shrinkflation in action.1 hour wait for oil change PLUS 1 hour to program key fob at cost of $350. LOOT!Are you still in the service industry? Should your grocery store operate these hours and charge you $2/lb for bananas!I have to take time off work so you can work less, charge more and get richer faster.Cadillac?? Really!

Great sales department Steven was spectacular and the whole finance/management were excellent at helping us obtain our financing as well as product selection. Vehicle delivery was awesome the vehicle was prepared and a bow placed on it to put the experience over the top. Thank you all at Harvy Cadillac Grand Rapids.

My car was hit while parked and needed substantial repairs. My insurance company wouldn't let me use Harvey. The other shop did the repairs and I had to go back twice for lingering issues. In the end, they listened to me, went to see Brad at Harvey, and finally got my issues diagnosed and repaired properly. The service team here is the reason my next car will be another Cadillac.

Harvey was able to diagnose my vehicle, and made sure there was no underlying issues. Although it took 2 days I was only charged for the work they did.

Brad got my car in quick for an oil change and tire rotation. I love that they wash and vacuum my CT5 every time I come in for service. Harvey Cadillac always hits the mark for service. I highly recommend going there for maintenance!!

One more time, we were so happy to have the service department do such a great job. Stephanie makes it so easy, but everyone that works there are so nice and pleasant. I have always experienced wonderful help at Harvey's, but today was the best! Stephanie drove about 25 minutes to help me get our fob working. She told me what to do, but I couldn't do it, so she came to the rescue. Thanks, Stephanie, for going above and beyond.

Although we were surprised that the light repair was much more than we expected, Tony our Service Advisor tried to seek out any discounts that were available. The repair was going to take a couple of days so Tony was able to secure a loaner. Tony is a great asset to the Harvey organization
