Normally I don t have an issue with the service department. I took my jeep to get an oil change yesterday morning. I put my work bag in the backseat. (Nothing major in the bag) I had 2 Red Bulls I literally just bought before coming to the dealership. I put them in my work bag and put it in the back seat. When I went to work later that day. I grab my work bag and my Red Bulls are gone. Both of them. I work 3 jobs. I rely on energy drinks to help me work as much as I do. After I get out of work. I pull up my camera footage from the cameras I have in my jeep for the inside and out. I was shocked to see one of the mechanics not only steal both my Red Bulls. But also steal money out of my middle compartment. I saw them put it in their pocket and smile. It wasn t much money. They looked right in the camera too. I m pretty sure they didn t realize I have cameras in my Jeep. Never thought I would get robbed at the dealership I bought my Jeep from while trying to be a loyal customer and get my oil changed there. Not a good way to keep customers. Also it s a crime. The 2nd issue I have. Every time I bring in my Jeep in to get an oil change. They tell me I m gonna need new tires soon. Even the first time I took it in for an oil change. It had less than 25k miles. I have about 43k miles on my Jeep now. They said I definitely need new tires and they are having a sale on tires at that moment. Unless I was sold a 2020 jeep in 2022 that had only 21k miles on it when I bought it. They sold me a jeep with cheap or horrible tires on it. There is possible way I would need new tires this soon unless my tires are damaged or going balled. (Which they are not). Stop trying to sell me something I don t need!!! Don t assume I m stupid because I m a woman. I m a yooper. I know cars and trucks better than the dealership. That s a fact. Also I tend to buy a different vehicle every other year. I was a loyal customer to a dealership back in my hometown for over 20 years. I ve personally bought over 30 vehicles from them. Thought I would give fox motors a chance since it s in the area I live in. So far I ve had horrible experience with buying the jeep. (Finance manager did shady things) added things I don t need to the price of the jeep. Kept having to redo the paperwork to where it took over 2 hours to fill out. Jeep was priced at $32k I put $6k down plus a trade in knocking the financing price down to $22k plus tax (tax was also paid upfront not added to the loan) when I got all my paperwork from the lender weeks later. The loan is for $34k the finance guy added several extended warranty to the loan that I don t need nor did I want. Tried to get it all canceled and was denied. With a total of $10k put down and taxes and tag paid upfront. On a $32k jeep. How the heck is the loan amount $34k plus the interest?? Fox dealership stop robbing your customers!!! Thieves in the office to thieves in the garage. I did post the videos of getting robbed by the mechanic on TikTok and fb and other social media platforms. TikTok already has over 200k views in less than 2 hours. Fox dealership on Plainfield ave in Grand Rapids Michigan, do better be better or get sued!!!

I'm all for a quick oil change service, however I don't feel 10 minutes is enough time for them to do what they say they do. Pretty sure opening the hood, looking to see if there is an engine and closing it again isn't actually a 21 point inspection. Maybe slow down and do the job right?

I stopped there on a Friday morning before the holiday. I person was very quick with me as if he was in a hurry. Never mentioned topping off anything low on other fluids so I assumed he did! Said my tires didn't need rotating.I'm okay getting out quickly but it didn't feel right! Otherwise my service has always been good! Thank you.

Customer service is horrible. All the way up the later to the manager. They hold nobody accountable for anything. Truck sat at dealer for almost a week and never got in even though I dropped off the day before my appointment day, no call to let me know what's going on my truck, or what's not happening more likely. I will not return. I talked with the manager about the situation, and he was going to look into it and call me the next day. It never happened. 6 weeks went by, and I never heard a thing. Place was much better run before fox bought it they killed two dealers with one purchase. SAD!

Poor communication and follow-through. Said they fixed the problem but Not Fixed! (Auto start, stop). Fox Jeep service wanted to repeat the same 2-4 hour battery check they had done the week before. Right hand doesn t seem to know what the left hand is doing. Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Don't take your cars here! Went in to get my truck checked for overheating issues, and no hot air either. They said they checked and tested everything; even test drove it too, well atleats that's what I was told. They called me said everything checked out good. I picked up my truck and 5 minutes after driving off, issue was still there. I bought it from them less than a year ago. Had to take it back a couples days after purchasing it for the same current issue. I took it to them thinking they would know what the possible issue might be but I was wrong. These guys don't know what they are doing! AVOID BUYING AND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICES HERE!Service: Vehicle Inspection

My girlfriend gets her oil changed here regularly, so I tried it out with my car. I feel like they possibly wiped down her windows and if they do that they didn't do that to mine. They didn't fill my tires with air, in fact the next day (yesterday) I walked out to my car and it has a flat tire (newer tires) so now I get to figure that out also. I'm wondering if they even topped off the washer fluid. We looked at the tires after we left and they still looked a little low (just a little) so we knew then that they didn't even fill them with air. They gave me the paper that said everything was good and said "everything's perfect accept your pads in the back are getting a little low so start watching for that". Right after we left they closed down the express lanesand it was supposed to be open for another hour I believe. Not sure if they were in a hurry or what , but far from professional. I really enjoyed that place so it's a bummer.Service: Oil change

Not sure if I m gonna keep getting my car serviced here. Every stereotype about car salesmen and dealerships is TRUE here. I have never had my Jeep serviced anywhere else and always thought a dealership would be the best - I am second guessing my decision. I have an older Jeep - not brand new or expensive, but I love my car and take good care of it. I am not treated well - the techs are rude and I am ignored when I walked around the showroom during my oil change. I had a major repair done (under warranty) and they tried to make it seem like it was somehow my fault and not covered? I am not sure why they would want that, as I said I will not authorize any work that isn t covered under warranty. It takes a week to get it fixed when I am told it would take 2 days. No loaner cars while it s being worked on. I get it back and they damaged the wiring in my car causing my taillights to MELT the plastic housing. It could have caused a fire!! Unless you re buying a $70k new Jeep, you are not treated well.

I recently visited about a week ago for an oil change was informed I needed my cabin air filter replace. I allowed them to replace it with my oil change. Two weeks later my car is running funny and check engine light came on. My husband looked at my van and come to find out they never rehooked my cabin air filter back on. Brought it in to get looked at and all they did was turn my check engine light off and wanted me to make an appointment to get it fixed. I have been coming here for years to get my oil changed but looks like I'll have to find a new place to go. They never took ownership of what they failed to do. If you decide to go here please double check their work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Took them over a full month to fix my car, for a repair that honestly should have taken maybe 3 days. They were also evasive and were not transparent with the situation. The service manager takes long lunches at odd times, and acts like you're an inconvenience to her job (her initials are S.P.) I understand that parts are sometimes scarce in the post-Covid world, but my dad found the missing part on eBay in 10 minutes and 90% cheaper and offered to bring it down, oh but suddenly they "found" the part.Avoid this place like the plague.

Some positive: they performed most of the services quickly and completely. Unfortunately, when they showed me my very dirty cabin air filter, they tried to charge me $50 for a new one, when they're only around $20 most everywhere else. When I declined and asked them to just tap some of the debris out before reinstalling, they failed to do so. Minus 2 stars for this lack of good faith gesture common at other oil change places.

Went to get an oil change and it increased by 30.00 in the last month. Then I call around and find out the other 5 places I called were 20 to 35 less. Shame on you Fox got price gouging.

My wife and I have been working with this dealership to get our 2018 Jeep Compass fixed under warranty via Chrysler, in which we would need to conduct an oil consumption test over the course of several thousand miles. The first time we called we were told to just stop in and the service department could help us. We showed up later that day and they had no idea what we were talking about and just changed our oil. We tried to call back later that week to figure out what was going on and the person we were working with is no longer there and now we were to starting working with someone named Stephanie moving forward. The next time we came in, things were fine and everything went as planned. During this time I was texting Stephanie asking questions about what the process would entail, what "benchmarks" we had to hit to get the warranty repair completed, and how much this would cost if Chrysler would not fix it. Radio silence. The third time we went in, they told us that they need to start tracking every 2,000 miles instead of 1,000 miles for Chrysler to look into it and everything we had done up until this point was for nothing. The forth time we went in, turns out they didn't write down our previous milage and could not perform the test and we had to try again. At this point I've been calling Stephanie over and over, leaving voicemail after voicemail trying to get a hold of her and I never heard back from her.The battery in our Jeep died and they did manage to get us in same-day and told us it would take 30min to complete. They originally installed the wrong battery, and they then tried to hand us back the car with a ton of error lights on the dash which they had to reset. In the 2.5 HOURS my wife was waiting there, Stephanie talked to my wife and said that we would have to file a case w/ Chrysler ourselves and essentially the dealership was just washing their hands of the problem.I left a VM for the dealership GM, John Phillips, who did call me back but I was in a meeting at the time. We both agreed we would talk the following week Monday (last week August 1st, 2022). I left a VM for him on Monday, no call back. Left a VM for him on Tuesday, no call back. Tried to call Wednesday but he was no in the office. As I am writing this review, August 8th, I have yet to get a call back.I cannot stress, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. The lack of communication, professionalism, and coordination is insane and I truly do not know how they are still open and running at this point.Service: General repairs & maintenance

TruckWe brought in our 2014 ram eco diesel for a required recall. This recall would extend the warranty on several parts once it was completed. This was completed at Fox Dodge Ram over a year ago. When the truck broke down .again .I brought the truck to another Ram dealership. It turned out to be the fuel pump. This was an item that would have been covered under the extended warranty after the recall upgrade.Fox motors completed this last June but never updated the system (or so I m told) so I paid over $1500 out of pocket to get my vehicle repaired.I have been in touch with them for the past 4 months and no one can give me an answer as to what happened or how I will be compensated for a repair that should have been covered.I m tired of the excuses about a repair that should have been handled internally but instead I need to call 3x a week to hear they are still waiting for a response. This is far from acceptable and by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To be clear Fox motors never updated that my vehicle got the required update to extend the warranty, which it did. I had to bring it in and leave it on several occasions to be repaired. Then was forced to pay for a repair that was covered by their warranty. The only reason it wasn t was due to their negligence.I don t think it s much to ask to be compensated for a repair I had to pay for when it should have been covered in full.Stay away from this dealership and RAM products in general unless you have lots of time and money to waste. They will offer no help and give the run around even if the problem was clearly created by them.I have never left a review for anything, but people should know about how shady the operation they run is.I have tried calling my service rep and been transferred to the GM of the dealership and no one even butchers to answer the phone.

Grateful to have found a service team that makes me feel like family. Ryan and the staff go out of their way to make the service process as easy as possible and I never feel like I am being bamboozled. The service they provide will keep me in the Jeep family for years to come.
