The person I spoke to did not relay the information of what I wanted them to do to my vehicle correctly, so it took nearly 2 hours to change two tires, patch one and balance all 4.Then, when I tried to use my FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD, we tried 3 times then called the credit card company and those idiots just kept wanting me to read them every bit of information that it would take to steal my identity ALOUD in the middle of a busy auto shop in order to make sure that I am who I say I am...The service was trash. Your credit card company handling your credit cards is trash......and I didn't even get to save the 5% on my card because I had to use another credit card anyway.

I purchased a $200 lifetime alignment and I feel it was very lazily done. My camber may have been green but it was barely green. Camber adjustments are the harder to do but that shouldn't matter. I've scheduled another appointment to have them fully align my car

Can't recommend this location enough. They, like all, aren't perfect, but they own their service and stand by it. I've given them free reign to rack up a bill on services before and they've come back to me recommending other options, or advising me it isn't needed. They are truly professional, and they want you to leave happy and come back confident. You can trust them.

Happy to get my car in over the weekend, and the tech being able to resolve the issue with a low cost since it was a minor issue. We also use them for all our are tires. The store is in a great location, and it's easy to make an appointment since they are open 7 days a week.

Was so pleased with the service I got at Firestone! They got my car in, looked at and fixed within two days on a weekend. Everyone was very professional and very kind. Would highly recommend in the future.

So much better than the Firestone on 28th Street. They fixed the mistakes those guys made and were fast and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced.

Made an appointment and was told when I got there, sorry... We can't do any of what you need. Also the man at the register was absolutely rude and awful, talking down to me like how could I think you would actually put in my brake stopper. I have gone to Firestone for 20 years and this is the worst customer service ever.

Bryce and Noah rocked! Got a flat from a nail and screw in my tire. They took care of us in 1 hour in and out. Worked with the location at Wyoming, MI (Nicholas is the man there!) and got us taken cared of and very great work. Purchased tires in the past and done service in the past. Now for a tire repair and still 5 stars~!

I took my car in because it said I was having stabilitrak issues and this was the only place I could get to. Made an appointment for the following weekday and they told me that since there was low compression in cylinders 1 and 3, I d need an engine rebuild and that I am driving on borrowed time. I took my car, left and went to get a second opinion which said something completely different!Turns out the only thing wrong with my car is that the spark plugs had never been changed and were visibly bad which had started causing misfires! My new mechanic showed me that the discoloration on both of them is not normal and an obvious thing to see. Even compared them to the brand new ones and it was quite a difference. As soon as the new plugs were in, my car worked like it was brand new and I haven t had a problem since!I wasn t originally going to write a review however, I brought this up to a coworker who lives near me and she said she also has had a bad enough experience that she will not go to this Firestone either even though it is 3 blocks away from her house! I knew that going to a mechanic that I didn t know was risky because I am a woman and this is not my first bad car experience with getting something fixed, but I thought it d be different.

Firestone does a good job. Can't say I have ever been disappointed. Biggest thing, I think, is honest and trustworthy. Always feel like they have my best interest in their mind. That's a big deal and not always easy to find when searching for automotive service.

Amazing service. This morning I woke up to a flat tire when I was already planning on going to get my oil changed. I recently moved in, so I do not have access to tools to put my spare on. Fire stone was the only place open in the area and without appointment, took in my vehicle and promised to get me back on the road the same day. they very graciously called before they started any service to make sure I was OK with it. Unfortunately I couldn t afford the only tires they had in stock, so free of charge they put my spare on for me and put it right back out in the parking lot for me to come pick up. I will be back for those tires!

Dropped off my car in the morning to get 4 tires put on. When I arrived later to pick up my car the price magically changed $85 more. I told the gal working the counter the price we agreed, she then got a huge attitude with me, well who did you talk to? I wasn t here when you dropped it off Then another gentleman buts in telling me sometimes things happen I was firm, held my ground they both got a manager on the phone trying to get me to talk to him so he can talk me off a ledge and give in. I believe in principle and said I didn t want to talk to anyone its not my problem. Long story short after a lot of awkward silence and me being firm telling them to honor the contract they finally let me go for the price I was told. I really felt disrespected by these two employees that made me feel like a liar. They didn t care about me. I would recommend you get a quote IN WRITING before you let this place do any work. The best part of it knowing I was right and she was wrong you could tell she didn t like being wrong. Will never go back getting them to fix their mistake was like pulling teeth.Service: Tires

I've been coming here for quite a number of times these past few months and they've been great each time. The complete vehicle inspection is very fair in terms of pricing and they look over a lot of things in the car that most places would charge $50-60. Every time I bring my car in, these folks shoot straight with me and clearly explain what is going on with the problems I'm having. They have the cheapest possible inspection of I believe $10. They've done two on my car since I've had it, and both times they were completely honest with me in saying nothing is wrong. Where many shops could easily say one or two things are wrong to juice up the bill, they do not do that. I trust these folks with my car, and I appreciate their customer service and their honesty.

I scheduled an appointment and had my car aligned there about 4 days ago. I replaced pretty much my whole front end before (the reason for my alignment) and after my alignment was done and i paid them they told me that my driver knuckle was bent and so they couldn t fully align it. I said its fine and that i would just get it replaced and bring it back since all their standard alignments come with a year warranty. They then told me that it would void the warranty if i replaced the part. I finally got that all figured Out that they would still adjust it afterwords under warranty. But i took my car to a different (actual) shop to replace the knuckle, they called me about a day later and told me the knuckle was completely fine and they had no problem adjusting it at all they charged me $45 to adjust it/diagnose. Hopefully firestone will refund me for this scam of a job they did on my car.Service: Wheel alignment

I brought my 2021 highlander I. On the 20th for a alignment they went out and got the wrong car I thought OK common mistake as it was the same just a different color. So the next day I decided to give them another shot and get an oil change on my other car I went online sat morn to schedule an apot after I did so I got a call from the business that my appt would not work as they were too busy...is that not the point of an appt?Guy on phone said I could drop it off and they would get the oil change done if I could leave it til Sunday at close so I did just called to verify it's done its not. Very Disorganized place of business I will take my business elsewhere next time. Thought this place would be a gem with good hours and open 7 days a week obviously not business biting off more then they can chew.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

All the folks I spoke with were very nice and helpful. They were looking out for me and my wheels and tires with their suggestions. However, I can't in good conscious give a high rating when they can't mount a basic truck tire on a wheel because they can't flex the sidewall and bead. Not a gigantic, stiff tractor tire or off-roading tire. A 31" E-rate All-Terrain tire (245/75/16 Toyo Open Country). Really frustrating to order the tires from tire rack and use their portal to schedule the installation appointment at this location only to waste two trips.Like I said, they were certainly nice. Just need to have better resources in their shop or advise people that they're unable to mount anything stiffer than a minivan tire.

Nick and Matt are awesome. I tried to schedule with the East Beltline location and they cancelled twice. When I had a trip the next day. I called this location and Nick got me in the next morning, first thing. He didn't have the tires I planned to purchase but got me a great deal on a better set,! When I arrived Matt took great care of me and has been great to work with!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Firestone swapped my tires, and when I picked it up the tailgate was heavily scratched (I know it was not like that when I dropped it off). They denied the claim, suggesting I should have thoroughly examined the vehicle before leaving the parking lot.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a shop quote me for some work that would have cost ~$2k. I went to Firestone for a second opinion and I didn't actually need all that work done, I needed a smaller (cheaper!) fix. I used to use Firestone only for the lifetime alignment, sometimes an oil change, but I'll continue to use them for maintenance now. Thank you for the honest service!

After a bad experience at another Firestone location, I took my F150 here for an alignment. The managers are friendly and helpful. I brought it back after doing some more front end work, and since the steering wheel had been a bit off the last time they did the alignment, they redid it for free despite the additional work I had done. This is the best location in the Grand Rapids area. Thanks!
