under extreme diress, cold, winds, snow this is not an easy job in this weather.. further my car was also buried in deep snow all around it.. DJ (driver) went above and beyond to get the snow cleared, get my car on the flatbed and safely to my home just outside my garage. thank you East Beltline towing! i hate snow

Jeremy from East Beltline Towing saved us tonight! I was waiting with my Mom after she called her insurance roadside assistance about a flat tire and Jeremy stopped to check on us. When we told him the problem he offered to fix it for us so we wouldn't have to wait. Who knows how long we would have waited. He was so kind and fixed the tire fixed within a few minutes! When he was done he gave us safety tips for getting back home and recommended a tire place near my Mom's house. I tried to pay him for his time and he wouldn't accept it. He was just on his way home from work and took the time to help us. I am so thankful he was in the right place at the right time! I'm saving his card and will call him first if I ever have the need again. I highly recommend East Beltline Towing!!!

These guys impounded my brother in laws car that had a broken tie rod. It was off the road and not in a hazardous location. I went to help him get the car back 12-14 hours since it had broken in the overnight hours, and the car was gone. EBL towing impounded it. $450 to get it back. Plus $50 a day if they keep it. What a ridiculous scam. I will never recommend this company and I will tell all my friends about this. EBL towing also did a bunch more damage dragging the car onto their flatbed. The whole wheel was folded under the car. I m assuming they have some sort of agreement/contract and get a kickback with Kent county Sheriff/GRPD and other local police agencies. My brother in law had the car towed back from EBL towing impound lot, to the same location it broke, but 1 extra mile back home, by the same truck and driver and the bill was $138. Don t use this company for any of their services. Spread the word about them. Find a smaller local company and give them the business instead. Ask your local mechanic for a recommendation on tow services.

I always call East Beltline when in need a flatbed tow. Prompt and gives updates on ETA. Recently the coolant pump went out on my 911 and DJ took great care in both handling my car and explaining the process as he worked. Very personable on the ride to drop it off at my house and had a great conversation afterwards.

East Beltline Towing and Service came out Friday night at 10:00 pm to tow a car in my son's backyard. The driver warned us that if he had to drive onto the grass, there might be some damage to the lawn. My son allowed it, but did not expect the driver to get stuck, with all 4 tires on his grass. A 2nd tow truck was unable to pull the 1st out. Two hours later, a 3rd truck, managed to pull the 1st truck out. The backyard was full of deep ruts, and now it is 2:00am. The owner of East Beltline Towing and Service told me at that time, they were not going to be able to tow the car they came for, and we would not be charged for their time. He said they tried to fix the yard as best they could, but nothing was really done. He did say that if my son would put front tires on the car, they would tow it, but not that night. So after 4 hours, my son was left with his car still in his backyard, and extensive damage to his grass. Ironically, my son called another towing service, who came out, hooked up his car, without going on his grass, and delivered it to its destination, within an hour. The next day I tried calling the owner of East Beltline Towing and Service and finally was able to talk to him on Monday, the 22nd. He has agreed to repair my son's yard in the spring of 2022.

I didn t catch her name but the Office lady who was working today was so kind! They got to me super quickly even though I was stranded on the side of 131.The driver, DJ, came in on his day off just to help me out and was just as kind as the office lady. Definitely got my future business!

A fantastic experience for for a not so fantastic occurrence in life! Having your car towed is never fun but East Beltine made the experience so much easier! From the kindness of Pam in dispatch to the amazing service and driving from Chris I could not be happier! The customer service was amazing and Chris made my life so much easier! Tom has assisted me several times in the past couple of months. jumping an older car that is in a car port at Heather Hills Village. I always appreciate his professionalism to update me on his arrival and feel comfortable with his recommendations. DJ, our tow truck driver, has excellent customer service. He asked if we had a hotel room, and we said we did, Homewood Suites on Stahl Dr. SE. It was about 3 miles from where he was to tow our car. He took us to the hotel, then went on drop off our car. He called a few minutes later to explain the address must be incorrect it was a dental office. He said he knew of a transmission company nearby and said if we could get our insurance company to authorize, he d take our car there. They did, and he was able to drop our car off. He had been working a very long day in the cold, which was made even longer by the the incorrect address, but never lost his pleasant nature. If DJ is an example of the kind of people you employ, you are truly blessed to have such an asset to your company.Service: Car towing

The truck came in less than an hour, which was well within the timeframe I was given by the dispatcher. The driver, Jeremy, was very professional. He was very careful with my car, ensuring that the front, which is very low to the ground, did not scrape as it was being pulled onto the truck bed. He was very understanding of all my concerns. Tow truck driver Tom showed up within minutes to get me off the side of the highway with my broken down truck. Tom had me wait in his heated truck while he got the truck loaded up. This place is awesome. My Audi only had been to the dealership for service until a bad plug. They fixed it and are more trustworthy than the local Audi dealership.

Wish I could leave less than one star. My son put his older truck in the ditch less than 2 miles from our house. Was told by the driver he needed to tow it to their shop because it was an accident. Was much, much further to tow to their shop which resulted in a much higher tow fee than it needed to be. To make matters worse, the driver never gave my son any paperwork so it took several calls and several weeks of "sorry the owner isn't here" to help you resolve this. I wanted my son to work this out with them so I didn't get involved until a few weeks later. Finally got hold of the owner and he says he is always there and isn't sure why we couldn't connect sooner. Just a good old run around! I'm sure this was done on purpose to take advantage of an inexperienced teenager with an older vehicle. So they finally find our truck on their lot and we have now racked up a huge "storage fee" on top of the ridiculous towing charge. Wasn't worth paying the fee so EB towing takes our truck and sells it. This whole experience sets my teeth on edge.Service: Car towing

These guys are good they got there with a half hour or less they even took my car to the repair shop with they dont usually do I didn't catch the guys name but he was really nice he's the one who towed the silver jeep at gaslight village if that helps he was a cool guy I appreciate his service

I called since my truck wouldn t start. With a battery 8 years old, think I got all the usefulness out of it! East Beltline Towing was right down the road and they were there in 10 minutes. It took Chris longer to do the paperwork than jump my truck. Thanks Chris!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Jeremy was our service provider with East Beltline Towing and he did a fantastic and very professional job. We needed to have a classic car moved and he was very meticulous about his work and ensuring nothing happened to the vehicle at all. Super nice person, very friendly, very well spoken and provided excellent service. We will be using East Beltline Towing again and we will specifically ask for Jeremy to help us once again with the next vehicle move. The helpful and handsome fellows over at East Beltline Towing always get my car fixed up and back on the road whenever I have something unexpected happen! This time my radiator blew out and they were able to get a tow truck out to me even on a busy Friday evening during rush hour. They kept me up-to-date with estimates and recommendations and got the repairs done super fast so I didn't have to sell a kidney to pay for the rental I was using. Never been disappointed by these guys! They all deserve a raise! (And no, no one told me to say that lol :D)Services: Engine repair, Car towing

They were very quick to take my call. After waiting on other services for five hours, I called them. Within 25 minutes the arrived and took care of me. Jeremy was great, he helped me both quickly and with great quality. Chris from East Beltline towing was amazing today in helping getting my car towed! Not knowing much about cars myself, he actually helped me spot the issue with why my car wasn t starting, and even recommended and towed it to a shop to get the repairs done! Got a flat on US131 during morning rush traffic. They had someone on site in about 15 minutes. I had aluminum capped lugnuts that moisture had gotten into and in winter froze making the heads of the lugnuts swollen, causing my factory included tire iron to be useless. Chris was super helpful and friendly and though it took about 20 minutes just to get the lugnuts off having to continually swap sockets and hammer them on/off, he successfully managed to help me get them off and the spare on. He was very patient despite the inconvenience of my specific scenario.I'd highly recommend them again!Service: Tire change
