The best auto related experience I ve had in years! So professional and honest from the start. My car repairs were done exactly when they promised despite some part delivery issues. They knew I needed my car for the weekend so stayed late on a Friday to complete it. I d recommend Doug s to all!

Yes they are very reasonable and very nice people they give me a loner until my car was ready they told me a week it was ready in four days they kept me updated with everything I will bring my car back anytime

First time having to file an insurance claim and get a repair completed. I would recommend Doug s 100% of the time. They got me a quote within an hour, sent it to my insurance, scheduled me to get repairs very quickly and finished up a little earlier than expected and my vehicle looks amazing. Carla and Terry are top notch and treat you like family.

Super friendly staff. Towing is helpful as well. They do a great job at what they do. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work done.

Doug s auto body went above and beyond with getting our Explorer fixed after two idiots and a truck backed a semi into the grill. Carla is a godsend and helped us not only get our car fixed but talk to insurance adjusters and get our rental setup after several misinformations and set backs. We paid very little out of pocket after getting her involved. That woman deserves employee of the year. On top of that, the Explorer is our family vehicle, we have 4 kids that treat very roughly. The waited around during the storm to make sure we d have our safe vehicle back. They cleaned the inside of our car! As a mom of 4 that s always fighting a never ending battle of not eating in the car and not having time to do anything else this right here made me cry. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for everything they did.

First time dealing with a claim and repair, they helped with the whole process and rental car. Really easy to reach by both phone and email, kept us up to date on the length of repair, got it taken care of super quick. Definitely would go back.

I just picked up my vehicle at Doug's. Cannot say enough about the great staff (Carla and Terry) who kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, to the excellent work done on my vehicle. A great place if ever you need body repair work done!!

I love these guys. They've fixed my car twice and have done an amazing job both times, and are extremely friendly. As far as I'm concerned, they're the best repair shop in town.

Exceptional customer service and repairs. I would recommend Doug s Auto Body to anyone. The hospitality was unmatched. The atmosphere has a very friendly, homely vibe and you can tell the workers all care. I had my entire hatch and back seat replaced and it came out seamless. They are good people to do business with. As a group, this team handles auto repair and customer service whose work exceeds expectations. Doug s is worth the investment. I m very thankful for Carla and her coworkers for maneuvering difficult scenarios such as insurance claims. Not to mention making sure the customer is taken care of. I trust these people through and through.

Doug's Auto Body did a fantastic job bringing my vehicle back to it's original condition after a deer accident. They were the only shop I could find with availability and a loaner vehicle. They were courteous and communicative and worked well with my insurance. Quick turnaround as well

Doug s Auto Body took care of the body damage for my car after an accident. They were extremely professional and courteous every time we spoke. They also were the quickest out of everyone that quoted me. My vehicle looked and drove like new after they finished working on it. I highly recommend this body shop.

Did some work for us repair and repaint on dents and scratches on the top of our vehicle from a car wash incident. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job repairing our car. Finished early as well. I'd definitely use them next time if we needed something else, and would recommend them to anyone.

I am amazed at the work done by Doug s! I must admit, I was a little concerned when I got a call that my car was done just 24 hours after I dropped it off.It was minor repair... a few scrapes, dents and a small hole.... I had such a great experience here and will definitely be using them for all future vehicle endeavors! As a woman who doesnt know much about cars, I always feel a bit intimidated when I have to bring my car in for work. Terry was super friendly and showed me how I can fix the problem on my own in the future.

Great work and an amazing job. They matched the color to perfection on a very old car and it completely transformed it. Clean work, no overspray, done when promised and priced lower than estimate. Add to that friendly service and you've got a great place to take your car.

I highly recommend them for all the body work you may need. They have the skills, knowledge, and personnel to get you back on the road better than new. Amazing costumer service. My car looks brand new! They even vacuumed my car out while it was in the shop. Service was exceptional and fast! Definitely suggest going here!

New management provides a great service. They fixed and painted my bumper. I found that bumper had a minor defect. They ordered a new bumper, painted it and installed free of charge.

Highly recommend took very good care of my car and didn't take forever either the office people were awesome very helpful and nice and polite all around a great body shop I wouldn't go or send anyone I know anywhere else but here I would give them 10 stars if I could keep up the great work guys and thank you for your incredible service on my car
