Arrived 6/19/23 at 9am after calling 2weeks ahead. It s now 1pm and waiting. Can t get an answer but likely won t be working on it till tomorrow even though there s 3 shifts. Have patience. I hope to upgrade this posting ..6/19/23 at about 5pm the vehicle is in the work bay to begin. All work completed to my satisfaction at about 3am. The employees were very helpful. Would recommend. Update: 6/21/23 drove from Cummins service to mid Ohio and no issues. In fact the engine runs cleaner, smooth and fuel efficient.

Had these folks work on my previous motorhome over 10 years ago and they did a great job for me, was a major repair and done rite, so when I had a leaky hydraulic line with my current motorhome, I took it to them to have it looked at, they diagnosed it, and gave me a rough estimate of what it would cost, they did a very professional job, and again was done rite would highly recommend

Have had our Newmar motorhome serviced here several times. As a result of the recent hurricane I needed to move my service up a day so that I could return to Florida and my wife who was stuck in our home with no power, phone and flooding waters. Ron and the techs went out of there way to get my service done and on my way. Excellent people and customer service.

After contacting numerous local to Grand Rapids, MI, RV Service Centers that advertised that they work on generators, they don't. Finally one of them (Midway RV) told me to contact Cummins Bridgeway. And, thank you for the tip, Midway. I called the Cummins Service center and explained the problem I was having with my new to me 25 year old Onan Microlite 2800 Series generator in my older RoadTrek. They told me that they were a tad bit busy but if I could bring it up and drop it off, they'd take a look. I have to admit that when I went there and looked at all the big diesel rigs and quite a few fire trucks, I thought to myself that these people won't work on my small issue. Couldn't have been more wrong. Received a call that afternoon telling me what they found and what it would take to fix it. A few days later, they called and said it was ready. So, one new carburetor, new head gasket, valve adjustment and a complete tune up to include a new spark plug, an oil change, a new air, oil and fuel filter, and a load bank test, it now purrs like a happy cat. I was well treated and very impressed with the people I came in to contact with. The service manager knowing I was new to this type rig took the time to explain how to maintain and care for my generator to include when and how to exercise the system during the off season. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have had a terrible experience with Cummins. They worked on my sprinter van numerous times and did not fix the issues. I finally took it to a van builder in Colorado that was able to deal with part of my Webasto issue. They damaged the interior while removing a cooktop and broke the controller to that cooktop. I was told that a replacement part was ordered 3 months ago. I just found out from them that they are not taking responsibility for this part (that they damaged) and no longer work with webasto.It honestly has been a nightmare situation for me. Very disappointing.

Smart and efficient mechanics. Friendly and positive customer service. Clean waiting lounge and restrooms with wifi. Repair was $150 less than estimated because the bolts come off so easily. So they are honest too!

Great experience, from road service to getting tractor into shop for emergency repairs under load, to having 3 techs fix a gremlin of an air leak after I was paid up and pulling out. Folks were nice, shop ,& facilities were tidy, and my repair was taken care of. Will keep their number handy.

My husband owns a 2015 Volvo 780 and even though this is a new truck we had some major issues with it. That being said we have been in several different shops and Volvo dealers and no one could find the problem. Until we came to this shop, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly. So far we have been there twice and we are very pleased with the excellent service they provided. We like to say big Thank You to Scot from customer care, he is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Big Thank You to everyone in this facility from Waldemar and Elizabeth Nowak.

They are a big Cummins repair and sales shop. They also repair Oran Generators. WE had our Oran generator serviced there. Even though it was not a big diesel engine, they were very professional and explained everything in great detail. They resolved the issue we were having. Love that have hours that will work around any schedule. We will make sure them to others. Their service group is first class.

The dyno at accurate was down so I had to take a truck to these guys, they were pretty backed up and told me it may be about 3 days t get it in, I had no choice but to leave it.. It was 4-5, pretty late in the day so 2.5 day's. Anyway the next day 5 pm I get the dyno report and invoice delivered to my e-mail, got done early and very good communication.

Was having electrical problems, would not start after charging the battery on our Fleetwood Jamboree MH. They tested both batteries (after a long trickle charge) and the alternator. They did find a defective relay switch which they ordered and replaced. Was able to talk to the tech Jack who was very informative and knowledgeable in answering my many questions. The service personnel was pleasant and the shop was clean and modern. Overall I was very happy and will go back again.These people ROCK.

Mechanics fully answered all my questions. Have been in there a few times. The last time their tech threw away my lifetime air filter. Swapped a $300 air filter for a $40 filter.I will give credit to them that they realized and admitted their mistake, and are replacing it, at their cost. We will see...

We are living in our rv and had to get our Cummins engine repaired. Mike in service did a great job and ensured that our rv stayed plugged in to 50 amp service to keep our batteries charged and our fridge cold. The estimate for labor was 9 hours and they were able to complete in 5 hrs so our cost was significantly less. Thanks to all at Bridgewater Cummins!

Can't say enough great things about the service department of Cummin's Sales and Service. When my homes standby power failed to start on Thursday morning of Grand Rapids ice storm, I couldn't believe it. My call to Cummin's was answered promptly but I was told they probably couldn't get to me until Friday at the earliest. Big disappointment, but not for long! At about 2:00 PM they called and said a service man was on his way. The problem? My husband had done some clean-up and service on the generator last summer and forgot to turn it back on. Then I asked if he could show me how to turn on the exercise mode. Did you know you have to replace a 9 volt battery once in a while to make the exercise mode work? Yes, learned that too. Thanks everyone at Cummin's Service for a job Well Done! Kathy

I can write 10 pages or more about how good they're but yet it will not be enough so i really appreciate the work they done for me after everyone else said the cant help me or it will be weak long wait they did it in 6hrs with affordable price.Yes any time iam around here they will be my ppl.Thank you all of you guys atCummins sales and services in Grand Rapids mi

Huge place. They parked my motorhome in secured parking kept me informed, came in UNDER estimate, and had coach done BEFORE promised....crazy! very professional, will recommend to all needing factory Cummins and onan service!Mark M, July 2018

Good place to take your vehicle to be repaired and the only problem is they need to check everything after a road test we had to fasten our wheel cover on the driver's side back before we could leave.

Had a generator looked at $326 no parts 1.6 hrs and a $81 miscellaneous fee ! $81 fee for absolutely nothing ! Code 36 which basically ment they didn't know exactly what it was ! Generators runs the same And I'm no wiser but $326 poorer Not a FAN "Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
