I used Fly & Shine for the first time over the holiday season. As a mom of three, it's hard for me to be without a car for a day or two. Let me tell you how nice it is to come home from vacation to a clean car! Not only did the process run flawlessly with Crystal Clean, but we also had a few areas touched up with paint. To say I'm happy with the process is an understatement. We will be doing this again!

I do not think there is a better detailing business in Michigan. From the quality of their work to the professionalism of the staff, Crystal Clean is top tier quality. The cars they have cleaned for me have been complete transformations. It s like buying a brand new car each time I drop of off. Give them a try you won t regret it.

I recently bought a 2018 Subaru Outback with a higher mileage, and it has been my baby for almost 6 months now. I am such a huge perfectionist when it comes to my vehicle, so when I noticed a sandy yellowing on my headlights, I had to get them fixed. I ve always wanted to try Crystal Clean s services and this was the perfect opportunity. The office staff was so nice and when they quoted me for them, they gave me a discount because they weren t actually as bad as their normal cliental with yellowed/oxidized lights. Highly recommend!!

Had my 2013 Suburban detailed through the "fly and shine" program. Wow....I was very impressed with how clean she was when we returned. They also got out a dent.....very happy with their work.Returned home and sadly had a small accident in the driveway...back to Crystal Clean and it looks like it never happened! Thank you so much for your great service! Highly recommend!

I brought in my car for a basic interior detail, and they did an amazing job! Not a single spot was missed. I came to pick it up later in the day and they said it ll actually take overnight to fully dry, so for the inconvenience they delivered my car to me for free the following day. Worth every penny, I definitely recommend them.

We tried the Fly N' Shine service for the first time. That experience was largely positive and the car - as usual - was perfectly detailed. We had a little trouble finding the slot on the key dropbox at the drop off - we are tall people so it wasn't very evident until we bent down - but the pickup process was flawless. And it was great to get into an immaculate car! The only negative? The car had been dropped off early in short-term parking. Instead of the advertised 15 - 30 minute before arrival drop off so the car was warm and exit fees minimal, our car had been left hours earlier resulting in a $13 parking charge to exit the airport.

My toddler mom car needed a lot of tlc after three years of just vacuuming and wipe downs. Crystal Clean did a FABULOUS job. We had used them a few years ago for my husband s car and we figured they d do a great job again. My expectations were met and all of the sand, cracker crumbs, and various ick was gone. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I reached out to this business due to a recommendation from Infiniti of GR. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist on the phone I knew that I would like this place. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was eager to get my husband's SUV detailed due to taking it on a road trip with my girlfriends (I hate driving in a dirty car). I was able to get an appointment right away. I was shocked to see a clean facility (based on this line of work I assumed it would not be inviting). The building was very clean and inviting. When I picked up my car is looked/smelled brand new. I will be a customer for life. Thank you for making my husband's SUV look amazing!!

I did Crystal Clean's Fly 'n' Shine service out of the GR airport and I can't say enough good things about the job they did! The process for drop off and pick up was seamless, and my vehicle looks brand new. I would highly recommend them for any detailing needs!

We live on gravel roads and have two dogs. We had the interior done at CC and it amazing! There is no sign of dirt, mud, or sand anywhere in the front. The second row is immaculate as well. Our rubber mats are back to the original color. Amazing! Dog hair unnoticeable!!! So worth the $$$$.

My wife and I called in because we had a spilled milk situation in our vehicle that caused it to smell. Kyle at Crystal clean stated they were testing out a new product specifically for gasoline and milk smells, the hardest odors to remove from a vehicle. We brought our vehicle in for the treatment and can confidently say that it worked wonderfully!Thank you so much to Kyle and his team! Would certainly recommend their services, and will be using them for future car detailing

My friend had been lending me her car and as a thank you, I got her car detailed at Crystal Clean! I got the deluxe package and they took her 2017 Subaru Outback that smelled like cigs and had been taken around the block a few too many times if ya know what I mean and made her look like a brand new car right off the lot!! I also called on a Monday and they got me in next day and even delivered the car to me because I didn t have a ride back to pick the car up. Literally the best service. I 100% will be taking my car to Crystal Clean from now on!

We went from $500 last year for a full wax and detail to $907 for the same service this year. I understand a price increase but almost double is very disappointing. Also been get all our vehicles detailed there for many years now. Great service otherwise.

The Fly 'n' Shine service was worth every penny! The interior and exterior look great. No lingering cleaner/chemical smell. They even gave me a head's up that I was low on gas. Great service! 100% recommended.

Crystal Clean is fantastic! I called to see if they could fix two small chips in my windshield and they were able to get me in right away for at a great price. I also asked them to wash my vehicle and it came out sparkling. 5 stars!

When getting a vehicle detailed I would imagine many places do similiar work. Yet there is a difference here. They were excessively easy to work with, they picked up the vehicle got it done immediately and did a great job. They were pleasant to deal with and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the finished result. Great job Crystal Clean!Service: Auto detailing

Would highly recommend Crystal Clean - my Escape came back looking better than the day I bought it. Kyle is fantastic and kept in communication with me the entire time.With quick and easy pickup & drop off, I didn't have to take time away from work - and the online invoicing is great - the payment process was seamless and a terrific value.The Crystal Clean team gave my interior much needed TLC and I haven't seen a shine on the exterior like this in some time. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

I have used Crystal Clean detailing service for yrs. I send anybody that asks me about have a car detailed. They do a good job, they are fast. And rates are still reasonable for a full car detail. I cannot comment on the other services they offer, as I choose not to use them.The car pictured is my Stepdad's 2008 Volvo S80 V8 AWD, with 178,5xx miles on it, which you would never know by the appearance. He used to be a "snowbird" between Holt, MI. and Harlingen, TX. and make the trip twice a year for several yrs. He has since moved to TX. full time, and this year was his first trip back to W. MI. in several years. Surprised my wife with an interior cleaning. This was better than when we bought this car brand new. I will be taking my car within the next two weeks.
