Had my windshield replaced at a mechanic. The rearview mirror was positioned too high. I was told I would be contacted by CAG to set up a time for someone to come to my home to address it. A few days later I look out my window and a Complete Auto Glass van is in my driveway and my car doors are open. I go outside to chat and the man was oddly defensive, stating he'd never been greeted like that etc and then talked over me to ask if he had the wrong address or if I wanted him to come back. I was simply trying to explain that as a woman who was alone at home at the time, a call, text or knock - anything to indicate presence would have been nice and that I wasn't expecting him. He stated that he has done this a long time and often works with 2nd or 3rd shifters that don't want a call, text or knock. He said something about coming back later and I said no, you're here now I'm just letting you know that it's off-putting to just look out the window and someone is in your car. All on deaf ears. It would be nice if he checked the communication preferences for me (I was told I would be contacted and even if they attempted and left a message - that doesn't actually count as a conversation, acknowledgement or agreed upon day/time.) It would have also been nice if there was some understanding that this might be his everyday but how many people have a mobile windshield service or correction in their lives? Also I explained my concern and was told I was wrong and that nothing could be done even though it is clearly in a different position. The most disturbing thing was that I was a bit freaked out, approached him quietly and nicely and he was immediately on the defensive and frustrated. I recorded the interaction in case you think I'm exaggerating. Thanks for the one-time-ever service.

Had an appointment at 10:30am to get the windshield replaced on my Volvo xc90 and it was done by noon! The best experience I ve ever had getting my windshield replaced. And a 5 star rating to the lady who answers the phone, I believe her name is Jessica she s amazing! She made the entire process flawless for me. Fingers crossed I don t need to come back anytime soon but if I do, it ll be to complete auto glass!

I had both windshield replaced in my Freightliner Coronado. Now I have water pouring in on the driver side through the top of the windshield and the seals were not properly installed. Seal that comes down between both windshields flaps in the wind. Truck sat inside a shop, out of the weather for over 24 hours. So it would had ample time for adhesive to set.

Great company and service. I've been using them for 10 years now. I've gone through many chipped/cracked windshields. They service my vehicles with lane departure excellently.

Did a great job with my windshield replacement! Fast, easy, just one phone call to get my appointment set up AND my insurnace notified about it (they have a deal with them). This company was even thoughtful enough to transfer my work sticker and oil change sticker to my new windshield. Definitely coming back again when needed!

They come to you to complete the job which is awesome! I was able to schedule ahead and get service within the week. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly and helpful! They got the job done well and it was pretty fast. The technician even cleaned the dash of my car which he did for free just to be kind. Great people, great service, great place!

I took my car in with two small cracks (separate review: 131 is a hellscape of loose rocks and terrible drivers on a highway designed by people who must have been totally unaware of Michigan and how automobiles work). They were able to fix the cracks quickly, were super friendly and flexible. I'm sure I'll be back because 131 will never get fixed.

Complete has replaced 4-5 windshields in my vehicles over the years. They're prompt, the price is right, and they work with a myriad of insurance carriers if the glass is a claim. On top of it, they're good people. I appreciate doing business with people who are just fair and right!

If I could give 10 stars I would! This place is amazing and everyone who works there are so nice and helpful! They fixed my shattered windshield that occurred while driving up north, they helped me with my kids all while going way above and beyond to help an out of towner get back on their way! Used their service today and was initially happy with the service, but once my drive got to his truck, they damaged my drivers dashcam camera and charger as well as a paperwork holder. hundreds of dollars worth of damage. These guys are great! I needed to get my windshield repaired for a annual DOT. I called and they said come on by same day even gave me a discount for driving there. After they could not repair my windshield they replaced it in under a hour at a super affordable price! Hands down the best experience I have had with replacing my windshield. Drew was so quick at getting me a quote, ordering the windshield and scheduling someone to come to my place of employment to fix it. On the morning of I got a call that the gentleman would be here by 10:30am and he was early. Before I knew it my windshield was installed and the work done was perfect! Great people. Great service. Originally got a rock kicked up from the ground while driving behind a vehicle, the chip then cracked all the way across. The people working for this company were able to get me in and quoted and out faster than what I was quoted by safelite. Highly recommend looking into Complete Auto Glass. Ask for Jenny or Mel either one can help you get taken care of as well

I had my windshield replaced and didn t have a chance to use the auto wiper feature and it was a month later when I couldn't get them to working. I called, there was no issues they sent someone out. It turns out that on my car the auto sensing gel pack needed to be replaced with the factory one. The tech guy (Ryan) ordered one and a few days latter stopped back out to get it working. Very professional, friendly staff. Easy to schedule, transparent quotes and good work over all. They installed used back windshield glass on my car. I had gotten it from a scrap yard, and they cleaned it up really well before putting it on. They did a great job removing the broken glass from the previous back glass too. Only downside was the 4 hour window for remote installation. Luckily they showed up in the first half hour. I would definitely go with them again. Didn t pay a dollar over my quote and had a great result.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a windshield that needed to be replaced. They quoted me 195 for the windshield, so out the door I paid 214, which is a hell of a lot lower than quotes I got from other places. The technician showed up within the time frame. He was super friendly (I'd give a shout out, but I forgot his name!) and the process was quick! He even gave me "care instructions" while the glue set. Would definitely recommend! Oh, and they even have an option where you can text and set your appointment. The receptionist I chatted with was super friendly was well.

Very kind and professional. Got the job done efficiently in the parking lot while I was at work and asked me to come look at the new windshield before they left. He made sure I was satisfied before taking off. Setting up the appointment was easy and the staff was kind. I am very pleased.

Hopefully I am the rare occurrence of this absolutely terrible customer service. I would hate to see or hear of anyone going through this nightmare again.Called them last November to set up a repair job for my windshield due to a couple chips in it. I'm not the windshield professional here so I suggested to be prepared to replace it just in case. These guys wasted my entire day to show up unprepared. Said they needed to order parts. Ok sure.Two months pass by and on the coldest day in January, I had the luxury of watching my windshield spider vein all the way across the thing from the chips while I'm driving. Call them up again. What a surprise, they forgot all about me.Finally come out to replace it but didn't because it was "snowing".Called my fianc� who was at home waiting for them and guess what, sunny and clear skies. They didn't even show up.Came out the next day and finally replaced it.Fast forward to last month, about the beginning of April. Had a heavy rain all day. Get out to my car after work and my center console is all wet because the headliner is dripping. The only thing that has changed is the windshield. Called them up again, it would be another week to come look at it. Once again, wasted my whole day to show up unprepared to fix the problem. The tech thought he could tell it wasn't the windshield just by looking at at it. FAIL.I call my dealership who referred me to these people which took more than 3 weeks to get in to diagnose the issue and guess what......it was in fact....the windshield. Oh it'll be another week before they could replace it. Scheduled for yesterday(5-17-2022) and yet again, fails to show up. Called them and guess what again, they forget to order the parts. They'll have them on Thursday then call to set up another appointment to fix the problem.I can't wait to leave this whole situation in the past and will NEVER.....recommend or refer anyone to these people again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Went to Complete Auto Glass to see if they could replace fill a very large stone chip, the size of a quarter. Was amazed that they were able to do it!! Was a small spot left but extremely happy and they were very courteous and helpful. 15 minutes in their parking lot with no appointment. Thanks guys!

I had a huge branch fall in the parking lot of my apartment complex over the weekend and it completely took our my windshield. A friend of mine suggest Complete Auto Glass and they were at my house within a few hours and were able to get out and completely replace my windshield is less than an hour. It looks fantastic, is super clean, and they even vacuumed up my car as well as they could when they were done. I am so thankful for their friendliness, speed, and service!

I worked with Jon. Fantastic service, great price. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a windshield or glass replacement or repair.. I had insurance and they took care of my deductible. They came to my office and did the job on site. Super responsive and quick turn around.
