I had such a great experience with Coit Auto Care. They were friendly and easy to talk to on the phone, able to get me in very quickly, and were very generous on the rate. Never oversold/upsold me on anything. As someone who has anxiety just thinking about calling an auto shop I really recommend them. They were amazing and made a new lifetime customer out of me.

The guys here do an amazing job. They are always so friendly and kind. I love coming back here because they make me feel like family. They make sure to look at things closely before diagnosing and charging. My car is in good shape because I continue to bring it here. Brought my Miata to Steve first to replace the differential, then repair the A/C, clutch, emergency brake and a tune-up. This car has NEVER RUN BETTER, and is blowing very cold A/C! I have an older used car. I ve spent a few thousand with Coit Auto over this past year or so for maintenance, AC, breaks, oil change, muffler issues, etc. Their prices have been fair for everything. For some of my more pressing issues when I first got it, they stayed after on a Friday so I could make it to a funeral out of town safely. I really can t see going to anybody else. I really appreciate them. I send my mom and friends here too.

This has been my go to place recently for oil changes and anything wrong with my vehicle. Fast, honest, and very reasonably priced. Will recommend 10 times out of 10!

Not real sure why this place has such a high review rate. My experience with them was absolutely terrible. I'm actually thinking about taking them to court! It really bothers me that Soo many other people say they did Soo many great things for them n then that's one of the reasons why I chose them n the first place. I didn't get nasty with them thru out the whole process. I'm sure I did show sm irritation at times but nothing that wld have or shld have warranted the way I was treated or the customer service I experienced!! It really baffles me. I don't know what the reason I was treated the way I was. By the time it was all over with they have made almost $5,000 dollars from me! They did several things that don't follow Michigan laws when dealing with auto repair. Because I have not decided on weather or not to take legal action at this time I want to be sure not to disclose any credible information Soo I'm only going to say as much but I definitely don't recommend this auto shop!!

Best service I have got so far ever since I got my car. Initially I was bit hesitant if my car was fixed, they patiently listened to me and Steve made sure I am comfortable to drive the car.

they took care of my baby for a lot less than I was expecting. it took a little bit, cuz they were backed up but that's the price of dealing with good service sometimes. would def go back. say hi to Bobby

Steve and his team are fantastic. Fair priced, timely service, great customer service. They make you feel like family and he won't let you out of the shop without a safe vehicle when he's done. If there is anything problematic in the future he will address it and won't let you go without it fixed right. They don't cut corners or BS you, straight to the point and I believe, safety is at the forefront of their establishment. I have been servicing my work vehicle there for years and would highly recommend their expertise to any would be customers.

Steve and the rest of the crew at Coit Auto are AWESOME. He always gets my car in and out quickly and even works me in when he is slammed. Always a fair price and exceptional work! HIGHLY recommend! My family and I will never go anywhere else.

Took my vehicle there to get wheel lugs replaced that were previously broken off by Sam's Club when they replaced my tires about a month ago. Sam's Club DID reimburse me for the repairs! Anyways, Steve was great to deal with and got me an appointment within 2 days of contacting him, which was super fast! The price for the work performed was fair and was done within 3 hours of me dropping off my car. Thanks for the great service!

Took my car in and they gave me an honest assessment knowing that the repairs would likely be more than the car is worth. They didn't charge any kind of diagnostic fee. This is the most honest repair shop I've ever been to. I wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend this place.

Great local auto repair shop. Steve can handle even the most complicated repairs or an oil change if that's all you need. Super customer service. He owns it. He works on it. He only uses the best parts for your car. Why, so you will not be back with a complaint or problem. Once he fixes it, its done. Period. Prices are what you would expect from a good auto repair shop. Not the cheapest but will not RIP you off either. Here you do get what you pay for and Steve stands behind his work. Old fashioned values in a shop that been around for decades. I know. LOL.

I have taken my car and my wife's van to Coit Auto Care and we are very happy with our experiences. The guys are super knowledgeable, they offer a very fair price and they are willing to answer a million questions. I am thrilled to have them in the neighborhood.

Stopped in for a recommendation on my SUV flat tire that was not drivable. I asked about towing services and also asked if anyone was able to come to my house to remove the flat tire for me. Steve offered to come to my house, take the flat tire off, take it back to his shop/repair it and then come back to my house and replace the repaired tire........ FREE of charge! Great customer service, friendly, I will/have already recommended this business to friends and family!! Thank you Steve!!!

Great place to have your car worked on. Knowledgeable guys. Nice staff with a small town feel. Super customer service. Can work on all makes and models. Fast and efficient. I can't say more.

First time coming here and they did a wonderful job. They even stayed late to make sure our repairs were done when we requested so I could make it to work. Car feels brand new again. Will definately be coming back!!!

Towed my car there for a starter issue, other shops wouldn't take it until Tuesday (it was towed Thursday) heard back by 1pm the next day it was done and ready to be picked up. I will absolutely go back to this shop.

I drive an older car with higher mileage and often have to get my car serviced. After living in GR for 8 years and trying out multiple repairs shops, I can say I finally found a place I throughly trust.
